The invention relates to the protection of oilfield equipment. Product serial connection of ethylene oxides (MA) and propylene (OP) to the higher alcohol fraction C16-C20(VGS) in a molar ratio (10-14) : (16-20) : 1 respectively can be used in the compositions of asphaltene-maloperation deposits (ARPD) on oilfield equipment. The composition of the paraffin inhibitor contains (%) product serial attach OE and OP to WGS 10-30 modifying additive 1-3 and organic solvent - rest. The composition may further comprise water 4-6%. Composition for preventing paraffin has a low pour point and stable while maintaining high efficiency. 2 S. and 1 C.p. f-crystals, 3 tables.

The invention relates to the protection of oilfield equipment from asphaltene-maloperation deposits (ARPD) and can be used for paraffin control in the processes of production and transportation of oil.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is an inhibitor asphaltene-maloperation deposits, including product serial attach oxide glycol-based primary fatty alcohols or alkoxydimerisation the methyl sulfate and the solvent in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

However, the known composition requires the use of expensive and scarce raw materials and is not a high technological parameters.

The present invention is the task of domestic product serial attach ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to higher fatty alcohol (VGS) as the source for the composition to prevent ASPO, not inferior in performance to the original counterpart, but with a higher level of adaptability.

The problem is solved by obtaining the product of the sequential joining of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to WIS fraction C16-C20when the molar ratio (10-14) : (16-20) : 1, respectively, as the source component for the composition to prevent paraffin deposition and composition for preventing paraffin deposition, including the above product fitting, modifying additive and an organic solvent in the following ratio of the components 16-C20- 10 -30

Product serial attach ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to WIS fraction C16-C20receive the traditional way of obtaining non-ionic surfactants by oxyalkylene connection with a movable hydrogen atom (Schoenfeld N. Surfactants based on ethylene oxide. M.: Chemistry, 1982, 65 C., S. 18).

The solvent composition contains an aliphatic alcohol (methyl or butyl, or isobutyl or isopropyl) or aromatic hydrocarbons (nefras Ar-120/200 or acibenzolar faction, or butylbenzene fraction), or their mixture.

Comparative analysis of the features of the invention with the prototype allows us to conclude that the claimed product connection and the combination of essential features of the claimed composition previously unknown.

Known level of science and technology is not detected inventions, similar to the claimed product connection and similar inventive combination of features of the composition to prevent paraffin and which would lead to the achievement of higher technical result than the claimed products, which allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed product and composition criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

For evidence of conformity of the proposed solutions to the criterion of "industrial applicability" provide examples of obtaining product on the accession of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to WGS faction and 1.26 g of crystalline catalyst KOH. Removal of oxygen are purging with nitrogen and vacuum with stirring at a temperature of 80-100oC with increasing temperature up to 110oC. In the reactor serves to 86.7 g of ethylene oxide and the process is conducted at a temperature of 115oC and a pressure of 200-300 KPa to complete absorption of the ethylene oxide. Then the product oxypropylene introduction 171,4 g of propylene oxide at 120oC and a pressure of 250 -500 kPa.

Examples of the preparation of the composition and the results of tests of its effectiveness.

Tests are conducted on the oil type 1 and 2 containing paraffin, resins and asphaltenes in the ratios shown in table.2.

The data of examples 1 to 12 and properties are given in table.3. The claimed composition for preventing paraffin deposition in comparison with the prototype has a lower freezing temperature to minus 60oC, which is 2-3 times lower than that of the prototype, more stable while maintaining a high efficiency of inhibition.
