Device to prevent tipping of the vehicle reduces the risk of overturning of the vehicle, mainly tractors due to the automatic disabling of the ignition system. The device contains 4 of the same design group contact-breaker ignition and alarm (CPSS):

The pendulum 1, mounted on a vehicle, through the spherical hinge is vertical and has the ability to move when the tilt of the vehicle along the longitudinal and transverse vertical planes passing through the center of gravity of the vehicle.

Each group of contacts has one pair of normally closed contacts 2 and 3, and one pair of normally open contacts 4 and 5. One of the contacts of each pair of normally closed contacts mounted on one side of the rolling element 6, on the other side of which is secured the plunger 7, is made of dielectric material and with the possibility circuit normally open contacts 4 and 5 when moving the rolling element 6. When the inclination of the vehicle, the pendulum 1, moving icaet pins 2 and 3 and closes the contacts 4 and 5. Normally closed contacts 2 and 3 of each group are connected in series and serially included in a circuit low voltage ignition system of the vehicle. The device works in the following way (see Fig. 1).

When the vehicle ignition system provides a supply of a specified constant voltage "CPSS" - SX, then "CPSS" - LB, then "CPSS" - HRP, then "CPSS" - PB, and further to the internal combustion engine in the vehicle weight.

This is achieved by the operation of the internal combustion engine.

When the inclination of the vehicle by an angle exceeding specified in either direction, i.e. in the longitudinal or transverse direction (see Fig. 2), the pendulum 1 is in contact with one of the movable elements 6, which provides the unlocking pins 2 and 3. Thereby breaks the circuit to the ignition system of the engine. The vehicle stops. When the tractor front axis is unloaded above allowable level, transmitter supplies the signal to electronic control unit that generates a control signal and supplies it to electric hydraulic valve (10). Electric hydraulic valve is connected on one side to hydraulic cylinder (7), and on the other side via hydraulic lines (12) and (13) to pressure line of hydraulic system of tractor and drain line. Depending on the signal supplied to electric hydraulic valve (10), hydraulic cylinder (7) connected to it moves beam (4) with ballast weight (6) now in tractor movement direction, and then to initial position.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing the stability of straight-line movement, improving the controllability of hinged tractor unit, improving the uniform distribution of vertical loads on supports of the unit and improving sensitivity of the system actuation.

The latter consists of two helical differentially interconnected springs. Pendulum upper end is secured to axles of said springs. Pendulum lower end is connected with varistor slide built in one of arms of resistance bridge circuit. Outputs of bridge circuit measuring diagonal are connected to comparator inputs. Comparator output is connected to contactor with contacts connected storage battery to exploder of gas generator with air cylinder communicated with mechanical anti-overturning assembly. Air cylinder comprises piston, extending rod with end spring-loaded retainers and stop. Said stop consists of carcass coupled with panel on outer side and with rod via its bracket on inner side. Said stop comprises limiters, retainers and wheels hinged to stop carcass by levers whereat springs act from above.
