(57) Abstract:

Dynamic plane is designed for mechanization of coal extraction. Dynamic plane has a body, working bodies with cutting tools, vibration exciter, transmission sprocket, an endless traction chain, working branch which goes around the drive sprocket, and a slipping clutch, mounted on the shafts of the drive sprocket. Working bodies made with the possibility of limited longitudinal movement relative to the housing. Slipping clutch are located outside of the housing and the outer coupling halves are rigidly connected to each other by a traverse. The vibration exciter is made in the form mounted on the shaft of each sprocket Cam disk having the opportunity to interact with the rollers located on both sides of the Cam disc, the axes of which are connected with actuators connected to the working body. The plow can be supplied mounted on the chassis deflector shoes for traction chain. Top, roof, and bottom, soil, cutting tools can be static. 2 C.p. F. 4 Il.

The invention relates to equipment for mechanization of coal extraction, in particular coal plows.

The closest in technical essence to the invention is the dynamic plane, including housing, working bodies with cutting tools, vibration exciter, transmission sprocket, an endless traction chain, working branch which goes around the drive sprocket and slipping clutch, mounted on the shafts of the drive sprocket [2].

The disadvantage of this plane is that vibrations generated by the vibration exciter, affect not only the working bodies, but on the whole the plow, which raises additional dynamic loads, which reduces the reliability and deteriorating the controllability of the plane. In addition, the location of coupling limit point inside hampers their repair and maintenance.

The objective of the invention is to improve the reliability of operation of the plow and to improve its handling due to the transmission of vibrations from the vibration exciter only on the working bodies of the plane. In addition, the invention aims to improve the conditions of maintenance and repair of coupling limit of time.

Working bodies 11 pushers 14 are connected with the vibration exciter, each of which is made in the form of a Cam disk 15 mounted on the shaft 2 and cooperating with the rollers 16 located on both sides of the disk 15. The axis of the rollers 16 hard-link 17 is connected to the pushers 14.

The dynamic plane is carried out in two modes.

I. Pulling force does not exceed the total of the values of the couplings time limit configured on the drive power. In this case mounted on the shafts 2 inside the e rotated relative to the outer coupling sleeve 9. External coupling 9 are interconnected by a transverse beam 10 and have no possibility of rotation. After reduction of the moment of resistance to cutting to values less than the limit plane automatically enters normal operation mode.

The choice of the mode of destruction (power cutting or UDA.E. the plow is adapted to the strength properties of the rock generation.

Static upper and lower cutters are suitable for keeping the plane in the plane of the layer, improving its handling.
