This, in turn, may bias the load-carrying tape with the axis of the pipeline, which ultimately leads to the low reliability of the prototype.The invention solves the problem of increasing the reliability of operation of the device for loading the belt conveyor by ensuring optimal distribution of the load over the width of the conveyor belt, and eliminate the possibility of displacement of the conveyor belt about the, including and located over the conveyor belt hopper with the outlet on the front wall and attached to it with the possibility of vertical movement of the valve, provided with a deflector rollers installed in the area of the tailgate on both sides of the conveyor belt symmetrically relative to the axis of the conveyor, while the profile of the lower edge of the flap is made on the profile of the surface of the conveyor belt.Comparative analysis of the essential features of the prototype and the proposed technical solution shows the presence in the latter of distinctive features, which shows the relevance of the proposed technical solutions to the criterion "novelty".Thanks to the implementation of the distinctive features of the proposed technical solutions together with characteristics in common with the prototype, we offer you a new technical result is ensured uniform and optimal distribution of load on the conveyor belt across its width when strictly fixed position of the tape relative to the axis of the conveyor, which allows to achieve the purpose of the invention.This technical result is not clear from known the character of the proposed technical solutions together with characteristics, in common with the prototype. This allows us to conclude that the proposed solution meets the criterion of "inventive step".In Fig. 1 presents the proposed device; Fig. 2 is a view along arrow in Fig. 1.The device comprises a hopper 1, the front wall 2 which has an outlet opening 3.On the front wall 2 of the hopper 1 are also movable flap 4. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.
EFFECT: device of simple design providing effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock under ground, particularly, for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level. For this purpose loose material reloading device is used which contains inclined and horizontal sections with drive arranged on support between two conveyors. Device is installed in housing with windows from side of conveyors, and is made in form of chain with scrapers passed over rollers and installed for moving in pair of trapezoidal guides. Housing is installed on support by means of hydraulic jacks. Angle of tilting α of side of trapezium is within 35° and 45°.
EFFECT: simple design, provision of effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level.

On side of hopper rollers are located for turning container bottom from vertical position into horizontal one.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for charging belt conveyors with large-size lump loads at increased speed of conveyor belt movement. Device for charging belt conveyor with large-size lump loads is provided with chute tilted to horizon and secured on frame. Chute consists of bottom and size walls. Chute made in form of straight-line section and curvilinear section adjoining straight-line section. Front edge of curvilinear section of chute is arranged at minimum clearance over carrying run on belt. Bottom of curvilinear section of chute adjoining front edge is made up of horizontal rollers orientated in cross direction relative to longitudinal axis of chute. Roller are arranged at minimum clearances relative to each other and are installed for rotation. Rollers can be made solid and furnished with axle-shafts for fitting in frame bearings.
EFFECT: provision of effective and reliable operation of charging device at changes of physical and mechanical properties of transported load owing to provision of guaranteed slipping off of load lumps from front edge of curvilinear section of chute at any angle of tilting of belt conveyor.
FIELD: automatic processes for moving elongated products to working zone or at cleaning their surface.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed for feeding tube to working zone at threading its end portions and it includes tie rod parallel to product feed axis. Said tie rod may perform reciprocation motion along its lengthwise axis by means of drive unit jointly coupled with it and being in the form of pneumatic cylinder. Row of rotary levers is arranged at one side relative to product feed axis. Said levers are jointly connected with tie rod and they are provided with supporting brackets carrying centering rollers and with supporting brackets carrying rests. At least several centering rollers have autonomous drive units for their positive rotation. Tie rod includes member for adjusting its stroke values in forward and backward directions providing predetermined position for alternative contact of centering rollers or supporting rests with elongated product.
EFFECT: simplified design, lowered power and material consumption, enhanced operational reliability of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyor loading devices. Proposed device contains loading chute, guide sides found in zone of delivery of load onto carrying run of belt, and roller supports for carrying run of belt. Two disks inclined to side of axis are installed between roller supports symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of belt. Said disks can interact with transport load before its delivery to load carrying run of belt. Disks are made for rotation by independent drives with angle of inclination to horizon up to 20 degrees. Peripheral velocity of rotation of disks exceeds belt moving speed. Disks are installed with clearances between belt and lower edges of guide sides which overlap in plan upper part of disks, including their central part. Loading chute is furnished with L-shaped divider located in section of loading chute adjoining guide sides symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of belt.
EFFECT: acceleration of transported load before delivery to carrying run of belt, reduced wear of belt.

SUBSTANCE: unit of intermediate unloading designed for removing loose material from conveyor belt used in closed-type roller belt conveyor device has first pair of front and rear rollers, second pair of front and rear rollers, and scraper. First pair of front and rear rollers supports conveyor belt in concave state. Second pair of front and rear rollers and platform of support frame of scraper support conveyor belt mainly in flat state. Scraper is arranged between front and rear rollers of first and second pairs. When platform of support frame of scraper is lifted and as a result conveyor belt rests on said frame and on rollers of second pair, scraper removes loose material from conveyor belt. When platform of scraper support frame is lowered and conveyor belt rests only on rollers of first pair. Scraper is arranged at a distance from conveyor belt, and loose material remains on conveyor belt.
EFFECT: provision of safe operation of conveyor at no adverse effect on environment, compact design of intermediate unloading unit, reduced power consumption.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to conveyor building, namely to loading devices of belt conveyors. Loading device contains gutter and guide edges installed on conveyor frame above weight-carrying branch of belt with two replaceable aprons made of elastic material in the form of flat plates that are fixed on their bottom part, bottom edges of which are installed above the working surface of weight-carrying branch of belt. On guide edges on external side of every apron, flat springs are installed as cantilevered and oriented normally to plane of belt, and to the bottom free ends of which steel plates are fixed installed along guide edges with the possibility of their interaction with external surface of aprons in their bottom part. Aprons and flat springs are arranged as oriented parallel to steel plates with slot cuts, in which rectangular brackets are installed, being fixed in guide edges. Wooden wedges are inserted between crosspieces of brackets and flat springs.
EFFECT: provision of efficient and reliable operation of loading device of belt conveyor, reduction of belt and aprons wear, elimination of jamming of lump weight between aprons and belt.
