(57) Abstract:

Usage: medicine, antimicrobial, disinfectant and sterilizing agent, used as a skin antiseptic for treatment of surgical and injectable fields elbow bends donors. The inventive antiseptic drug contains as active substances alkyl-dimethylbenzylamine chloride and ethyl alcohol in the following ratio of ingredients, wt. %: ethyl 77,0-81,0, alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride 0,08-0,12, water - the rest. As ethanol can be used denatured alcohol containing not more than 1 wt. % methyl ethyl ketone. The drug is bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal activity, does not cause allergic reactions. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 1 table.

The invention relates to medicine and can be used in clinical medicine as antimicrobial, disinfectant and sterilizing agent, used as a skin antiseptic for treatment of surgical and injectable fields elbow bends donors. The drug is bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal activity.

Known antimicrobial agent, with whom and water. (Patent RU N 2014085, CL 25/00 a 61 L, 1994). As the active substance using a mixture of alkaloids, the solvent ethyl alcohol as a binder is polyvinyl alcohol.

Of surface-active substances used for disinfection of cationic substances belonging to the class of Quaternary ammonium bases, which are highly significant bacteriostatic and bactericidal action. (Medical encyclopedia, 1987, S. 957, 1674).

Quaternary ammonium compounds are derivatives of ammonium salts in which the hydrogen atoms are replaced by organic radicals.

As these substances are known to use Catarina (p-alkylbenzene chloride), camioneta-10 (alkyltrimethylammonium chloride), ketamine (alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride).

Cationic substances used for these purposes in the amount of 0.5-1% in a mixture with other disinfectants, for example with hydrogen peroxide, easily soluble in water, storage racks, possess bacteriostatic properties, germicidal and detergent properties.

To disinfect the intestinal and drip infections of bacterial etiology using 0.5-3% aqueous solutions.

Object of the invention is the creation of an antiseptic agent with a broad spectrum of activity, with antibacterial and antiseptic properties. In addition, the object of the invention is the creation of the drug is safe to use, does not cause allergic reactions.

The task is solved in that the antiseptic preparation contains as active substances alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and ethyl alcohol in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: ethyl alcohol 77,0-81,0; alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (Ketamin) 0,08-0,12; water the rest.

As ethanol can be used denatured alcohol containing not more than 1 wt.% methyl ethyl ketone.

For preparation of drug use synthetic ethyl alcohol rectified THE 9182-010-23059311-93, an aqueous solution of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (Ketamin AB) THE 6-01-816-75, water GOST 20995-75.

To prepare the drug can be used ethyl alcohol containing up to 1%of the CTV not allocated from them simple physico-chemical methods (distillation, filtration), and are used for technical purposes.

Methyl ethyl ketone is a colorless liquid, well-soluble in alcohol. Effect on the skin weak (MPC - 200 mg/m3). (Reference "Harmful substances in industry, edited by N. Lazarev.In., 7th ed., L. : Chemistry, 1976, T. 1, S. 533).

The content in alcohol to 1% of methyl ethyl ketone does not change the safety performance of the drug in General.

Analysis of the proposed facility and its comparison with the prototype allows to conclude that the proposed object contains new components, the combination of which allows to solve the problem.

The combination of ingredients and their proportion allows to provide antiseptic and bactericidal effects of using the drug.

The proposed composition is prepared as follows. In the synthetic ethyl alcohol rectified poured with stirring an aqueous solution of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (Catamine AB) (in recalculation on 100% Ketamin AB) and add water to 100%.

The proposed composition used for the treatment or operating in the s 1000 grams of the drug taken 700 g of synthetic ethyl alcohol rectified in terms of 100% ethanol, add in 49 g of water 48-51%-aqueous solution of catamine AB (1 g assuming 100% ketamin AB) and bring the composition with water to 1000 g). The product is bottled in bottles with a capacity of 1 DM3.

The safety performance of the drug are determined according to guidance "Assessing the impact of harmful chemicals on the skin and substantiation of the maximum permissible levels of contamination of the skin". The Ministry of health USSR, Moscow, 1980).

The resulting preparation has the following performance security: when applied to the skin more than 10,000 mg/corresponds to the 4th class of danger irritant effect on the skin when applied 10 applications is missing.

The performance indicators are determined in accordance with "test Methods for disinfectants to assess their safety and effectiveness", Moscow, 1996).

The effectiveness of the disinfectant action on the skin in the mode of use in the treatment of the skin of the surgical field: a total microflora of not less than 100%; test-culture under artificial contamination of not less than 100,0%.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with disinfecting and sterilizing different objects. The suggested disinfecting preparation contains aqueous solution of oxidants obtained due to treating in anode chamber and low-molecular alcohol. The latter should be introduced into the above-mentioned solution of oxidants at the quantity of 0.1-5.0 volumetric % or after processing in anode chamber before application or - into initial solution before processing in anode chamber. The suggested preparation is of increased biocide activity at no increase in concentration of active substances.

SUBSTANCE: for disinfecting the objects of veterinary inspection one should apply a disinfectant that contains 30%-aqueous solution of acetic acid, alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, sodium carbonate, boric acid and trisodium phosphate at a certain ratio of components. The suggested preparation is of wide range of action towards bacteria, viruses and fungi and at concentration of 0.3-1.0% at exposure of 3 h causes 100% lethality of Escherichia coli, Streptococci and Staphylococci.

FIELD: medicine, in particular, medicinal materials used for disinfecting treatment of hands, surfaces, injection area or skin portion in the area adjoining to donor's elbow flexure part.

SUBSTANCE: disinfecting diaper is manufactured from absorbing material impregnated with liquid disinfecting composition and has sizes of (135-145) mm x (165-175) mm. Diaper is made from material composed of viscose, polyester or mixture of viscose and polyester. Thickness of material from which diaper is manufactured is 23-25 g/m2 and its absorbing capacity is 9.5-10.0 g/g. Diaper is impregnated with the use of 4.0-5.0 ml of liquid disinfecting composition including alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, alkyl dimethyl(ethylbenzyl) ammonium chloride, glycerol, ethyl alcohol, and water, with components being used in predetermined ratio. According to another version, diaper sized (55-65) mm x (71-81) mm is made of material having thickness of 55-65 g/m2; its absorbing capacity is 10.5-11.5 g/g. Said diaper is impregnated with the use of 1.0-2.0 ml of liquid disinfecting composition.

EFFECT: reduced contamination of environment with treated material, reduced production costs, simplified manufacture process and increased efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: method involves the following stages: a) applying 0.5-100% aqueous solution of enzymeless cleaning composition concentrate having at least 10% of at least one alkanolamine; b) treating with solution at room temperature to boiling temperature of the solution; c) rinsing. The cleaning composition concentrate is to be applied at stage a) as aqueous solution of 0.5-20% strength, preferentially of 0.5-10% strength, better of 1-5% strength. Treatment at b) stage is carried out at 55° C, preferentially at 35-50° C, better at 40 to 50° C with treatment time being equal to 2-30 min at stage b), preferentially 10 s to 10 min long, better 30 s to 5 min long. The method optionally includes thermal disinfection.
