(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the printing industry and the development of a method of manufacturing bronze hot stamping foil, which can find application in the printing industry for stamping different binding material, as well as for marking of the details of the shoes. The inventive method allows to obtain high-quality bronze foil, providing clear impressions on the product with higher strength of prints to abrasion and otmerivanie, more environmentally friendly way. On a polyethylene terephthalate film is applied wax separation layer from a solution of lignite wax in an organic solvent, then applied the bronze powder in the composition for a primer layer of an aqueous suspension comprising a polymeric binder, a filler, and optionally surface-active substances at the following content, wt.%: polyvinyl acetate dispersion 4,0 - 5,0, polyvinyl alcohol is 0.1 to 0.6, starch 0,04 - 0,1, Aerosil 0,1 - 0,25, ochre 3,5 - 4,3, bronze powder, 28 - 32, polyoxypropylene 1.8 to 2.5, washing powder "rainbow" 0,8 - 1,5, water - the rest.

The invention relates to printing about the nd application in the printing industry for stamping different binding material, as well as for marking of the details of the shoes in natural leather lining.

The traditional method of manufacturing hot stamping foil includes a serial application to a polymer substrate wax, varnish, Wallpaper and adhesive layers [1]. The resulting foil is intended for stamping inscriptions and drawings on the covers of books. The lacquer layer of the foil are performed on the basis soluble binder, such as polyvinylacetal, cyclohexanecarboxaldehyde resins or their mixtures, the background layer comprises sputtered in vacuum aluminum, and a primer layer applied from a polyvinyl acetate emulsion copolymer emulsion of vinyl acetate with dibutylamine, Starovoitova latex. This foil has a fragile, non-elastic lacquer film.

Other known methods for producing the printing foil are different from the above used substances in compositions for applying lacquer and adhesive layers are, however, typically use a suspension of the coating components in organic solvents, which creates a fire hazard conditions on production.

Previously, attempts were made to manufacture foil hot tionately technological properties and could be used only for specific materials printed surfaces, such as dederen, calico, paper, i.e., characterized by selective enforcement.

A known method of manufacturing bronze roll foil on paper, when the paper support is applied fusible substance, and then mechanically rolled bronze powder to create a paint layer [3]. In this method of manufacture is considerable dispersion bronze powder that significantly affects the environment and conditions of labor. This method is energy - and material-intensive, and the resulting bronze foil is insufficient printing technical properties, namely: high falling, otmerivanie etc.

Closest to the present invention is a method of manufacturing bronze hot stamping foil, including the consistent application of polyethylene terephthalate film of wax separation layer, the pigment layer of bronze powder and primer-based polymer binder and filler [4] . According to this method, the bronze powder is also mechanically rolled down on polyethylene terephthalate film, pre-coated with wax from its melt that does not eliminate significant Paignton layer based on a polymer binder and filler is in the composition based on organic solvents, that creates a fire hazard conditions on the production. Obtained in this fashion bronze foil is characterized by insufficient printing technical properties: clarity of prints and resistance to abrasion.

The present invention is to develop a method of manufacturing high-quality bronze hot stamping foil in an environmentally friendly manner, in the absence of organic solvents and dusting of bronze powder. High quality bronze hot stamping foil obtained by the invention, provides clear prints on products with higher mechanical strength.

The problem is solved with the invention of the method of manufacturing bronze hot stamping foil, in which polyethylenterephtalate film is applied wax separation layer from a solution of a wax composition on the basis of lignite wax in a mixture of organic solvents, after which the bronze powder is applied in the composition for a primer layer of an aqueous suspension comprising a polymeric binder, a filler, and optionally a surfactant - polyoxypropylene and washing powder malovany "rainbow" the next time with the>Starch - 0,04 - 0,1
