Proposed suspension comprises support, load handling mechanism fitted thereon on axle of semi-axle and load handling mechanism balancing device to equalise it relative to said axles or semi-axles. Said balancing device represents a bell crank arranged on load handling mechanism pivoted thereto to interact with aforesaid support and its axle or semi-axle by one and opposite arms of bell crank, respectively.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles cargo handling mechanisms. Design of self-unloading body comprises mounted on wheels chassis, on which body and tipping mechanisms are installed. Body frame is made so, that in unloaded state it is raised and connected with energy accumulation mechanism in form of pneumatic cylinders and receiver. Receiver is actuated at moment of loading, and at moment of unloading body is capable to shift aside along guide beams by gravity. Guide beams are installed inclined, and body is tipping due to accumulated energy, and using pneumatic cylinders it is returned into initial position.
EFFECT: enabling unloading mechanism operation increasing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of freight car with movable center sill. Proposed freight car contains running bogies, brake equipment, body whose frame has movable center sill 5 with automatic couplers at angle, and shock-absorbing device 7 with support plates interacting with stops 9 of car frame and movable center sill. Shock-absorbing device contains damper 11 and flexible resetting device 12 installed successively in movable center sill between bolsters. Each support plate is connected with damper housing by flexible connecting members. Mating surfaces of support plate and damper housing are, respectively, of cone and sphere shape.
EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, reduced level of inertia loads at longitudinal impacts arising at shunting collision of cars.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of frame of hopper car body which is used for carrying alumina and processed materials. Proposed hopper car 1 has three-section body 2 installed on roll-under bogies 3. body has through apertures 5 of chamber 4 for storing carried materials of alumina processing, hermetically sealed compartment 7 for carrying alumina with upper hatches 1- and lower hatches for charging and discharging, and reduced weight frame. Chambers for storing carried materials are equipment with floorings, movable load-bearing frames 12 and pressing devices 13. End center sill parts frame 8 and bolsters are rigidly interconnected by load-bearing sidemembers 19 whose lower belts are aligned with planes of arrangement of discharge hatches of hermetically sealed compartment. Lower belts of sidemembers lie within limits of outlines of bolsters supported by V-shaped struts. Cantilever parts of center sills are equal in width to paired sidemembers enclosing ports of discharge hatches of hermetically sealed compartment.
EFFECT: reduced weight of car at preservation of its load carrying capacity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed railway tank car has barrel 2 mounted on frame of running gear 1 and secured on frame center sill in axial direction and on bolsters by means of box supports 3 secured on barrel. Unit for locking in axial direction is made in form of ring rod with three-dimensional hinge joints at ends. One of hinge joints is secured on barrel, and the other, on frame center sill. Axles are installed in holes of end face sheets of box support. Ends of each axle are made with eccentricity relative to middle part. Box supports are connected with support brackets by means of axle slide-fitted in end bushings and adapter rings.
EFFECT: elimination of thermal stresses caused by noncompensated temperature deformations when filling tank car with heated residual fuel oil.

Proposed modular hopper car has-drop-shaped body in cross section equipped with hopper with inclined sheets, load-bearing frame 3 with platform flooring and reinforced cantilever parts, center sill members, bolsters rigidly connected by frame side binding. Center sill members are closed on inclined sheets of extreme hoppers rigidly connected with flooring of platforms. Bolsters 4, side binding, inclined sheets and center sill members are interconnected by gussets to take up and distribute impact loads transmitted to hopper car from towing and coupling pintles.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced weight, improved reliability.
