Usage: railway transport, mainly for the carriage of General cargoes. The inventive car truck includes a frame consisting of longitudinal supports and the side beams, a transverse end and intermediate beams and floor, rigidly attached along the contour to the longitudinal side and transverse end beams, the intermediate beams made in the form of clips from the coupled open on the vertical wall of the C-shaped bent sections connected to each other at areas located outside the zone of intersection on the longitudinal support beams to provide high rigidity in the vertical and horizontal planes. 5 Il.

The invention relates to railway transport, namely the device cars-trucks designed primarily for the carriage of General cargoes.

Famous car truck (RU, patent N 2009924, B 61 D 9/06, 94 g), the upper frame for perception of impact loads has a 4-ply floor with a top plate, pivotally connected to the frame.

The disadvantages of the known hoppers are: the complexity of the design ver the-dump trucks, includes top frame containing the longitudinal supports and the lateral, transverse end and intermediate beams and sheet floor, rigidly attached along the contour of the side and end beams.

The upper frame such hoppers for the perception of shock loads from falling lumpy cargo floors equipped with rubber U-shaped profiles (SU, and. C. N 1194745, class B 61 D 17/10, 1985), viscous oil-asphalt mass (SU, and. C. N 895775, class B 61 D 17/10, 1982), spring shock absorbers (SU, and. C. N 1676889, class B 61 D 9/06, 1991) or other special cushioning devices. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in a car-truck comprising a top frame containing the longitudinal supports and side rails, transverse end and intermediate beams and floor, rigidly attached along the contour to the longitudinal side and transverse end beams, intermediate transverse beams made in the form of clips from the coupled open on the vertical wall of the C-shaped bent sections connected to each other at areas located outside the zone of intersection on the longitudinal support beams to provide a high resistance in the vertical and horizontal planes.

Open C-shaped bent profile, due to the bending radii has a curved beam with increased flexibility. The intermediate beams in the form of clips from paired and connected by a bent shape gives them a high resistance in the vertical and horizontal planes. Connection profiles in the clip in areas outside their bearing on the supporting beams, allows a greater flexibility of open curved profile with a curved areas to absorb shock loads.

The present invention allows efficient use of nmost its production and consumption, eliminate the use of expensive, non-stability properties of materials and to increase reliability, including the maintainability of the car.

Car-truck includes an upper frame 1, consisting of longitudinal side 2 and support 3 beams, transverse end 4 and the intermediate beams 5 and sheet floor 6, rigidly attached along the contour of the side 2 and terminal 4 beams.

Each of the intermediate transverse beams 5 consists of two coupled open open on a vertical wall C-shaped cold-formed sections 7, connected together in areas located outside the zone of intersection on the longitudinal support beams to provide high rigidity in the vertical and horizontal planes.

Shock at the initial moment is perceived sheet floor 6 and partially extinguished them in proportion to the mass of the affected part of the sheet and due to its flexibility, as fixed on the contour of the plate. From the leaf of the floor 6, the load is transmitted to the cross and falling cargo and restrictocin transmission of longitudinal support beams.

Suspension of vehicle weight bearer includes support (1) and weight bearer (4) installed on it by means of axis (2). Mechanism of weight bearer balancing relative to axis (2) is arranged in the form of double-arm lever (6), which is installed on vehicle support and interacts with its one arm with weight bearer (4), and with the other arm - to weight bearer axis.

EFFECT: invention increases reliability, providing for installation of weight bearer on horizontal axis.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in various industrial branches. Proposed suspension comprises support, load handling mechanism fitted thereon on axle of semi-axle and load handling mechanism balancing device to equalise it relative to said axles or semi-axles. Said balancing device represents a bell crank arranged on load handling mechanism pivoted thereto to interact with aforesaid support and its axle or semi-axle by one and opposite arms of bell crank, respectively.

EFFECT: balancing load handling mechanism with displaced center of gravity of handled cargo.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to dumpcars. Proposed dumpcar comprises lower frame 8 with unloading cylinders 13, body 1 with sides 2, and upper frame 5 with lengthwise elements 6 wherein fixed are hooks 7 with side turn axles 4. Body turn axles 11 are aligned with unloading cylinder axles 12 for attachment said cylinders 13 to frame 5. Aforesaid lengthwise elements 6 wherein fixed are hooks 7 with side turn axles 4 are arranged on the right or left side on rod, above unloading cylinder cover 15. In unloading, side 3 rests on lower frame swivel joint and cylinder brackets 9, 10.

EFFECT: increased volume of body, decreased weight.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles cargo handling mechanisms. Design of self-unloading body comprises mounted on wheels chassis, on which body and tipping mechanisms are installed. Body frame is made so, that in unloaded state it is raised and connected with energy accumulation mechanism in form of pneumatic cylinders and receiver. Receiver is actuated at moment of loading, and at moment of unloading body is capable to shift aside along guide beams by gravity. Guide beams are installed inclined, and body is tipping due to accumulated energy, and using pneumatic cylinders it is returned into initial position.

EFFECT: enabling unloading mechanism operation increasing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of freight car with movable center sill. Proposed freight car contains running bogies, brake equipment, body whose frame has movable center sill 5 with automatic couplers at angle, and shock-absorbing device 7 with support plates interacting with stops 9 of car frame and movable center sill. Shock-absorbing device contains damper 11 and flexible resetting device 12 installed successively in movable center sill between bolsters. Each support plate is connected with damper housing by flexible connecting members. Mating surfaces of support plate and damper housing are, respectively, of cone and sphere shape.

EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, reduced level of inertia loads at longitudinal impacts arising at shunting collision of cars.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of frame of hopper car body which is used for carrying alumina and processed materials. Proposed hopper car 1 has three-section body 2 installed on roll-under bogies 3. body has through apertures 5 of chamber 4 for storing carried materials of alumina processing, hermetically sealed compartment 7 for carrying alumina with upper hatches 1- and lower hatches for charging and discharging, and reduced weight frame. Chambers for storing carried materials are equipment with floorings, movable load-bearing frames 12 and pressing devices 13. End center sill parts frame 8 and bolsters are rigidly interconnected by load-bearing sidemembers 19 whose lower belts are aligned with planes of arrangement of discharge hatches of hermetically sealed compartment. Lower belts of sidemembers lie within limits of outlines of bolsters supported by V-shaped struts. Cantilever parts of center sills are equal in width to paired sidemembers enclosing ports of discharge hatches of hermetically sealed compartment.

EFFECT: reduced weight of car at preservation of its load carrying capacity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for transportation of heavy-weight containers, pipes and other long-length loads or their combinations. Proposed frame of railway platform body with vertical side pillars has side beams, center sill, end beams, bolsters and intermediate transverse beams. Bolsters, end and intermediate transverse beams connect side beams with center sill, lying in one plane forming plane of frame. Vertical size of each side beam exceeds vertical size of frame plane forming beams. Upper part of profile of each side beam projects over frame plane. Railway platform body contains said frame. Platform body is provided with end face walls on ends of frame.

EFFECT: increased strength and vertical rigidity of platform body frame without considerable increase of metal usage.

SUBSTANCE: proposed railway tank car has barrel 2 mounted on frame of running gear 1 and secured on frame center sill in axial direction and on bolsters by means of box supports 3 secured on barrel. Unit for locking in axial direction is made in form of ring rod with three-dimensional hinge joints at ends. One of hinge joints is secured on barrel, and the other, on frame center sill. Axles are installed in holes of end face sheets of box support. Ends of each axle are made with eccentricity relative to middle part. Box supports are connected with support brackets by means of axle slide-fitted in end bushings and adapter rings.

EFFECT: elimination of thermal stresses caused by noncompensated temperature deformations when filling tank car with heated residual fuel oil.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of hopper cars for loose cargoes. Proposed modular hopper car has-drop-shaped body in cross section equipped with hopper with inclined sheets, load-bearing frame 3 with platform flooring and reinforced cantilever parts, center sill members, bolsters rigidly connected by frame side binding. Center sill members are closed on inclined sheets of extreme hoppers rigidly connected with flooring of platforms. Bolsters 4, side binding, inclined sheets and center sill members are interconnected by gussets to take up and distribute impact loads transmitted to hopper car from towing and coupling pintles.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced weight, improved reliability.

SUBSTANCE: proposed bogies of passenger car is provided with central frame 11 installed between cross beams. Flexible stops 14 and rigid stops 16 are secured on central frame to limit transverse displacement of bogie relative to car body. Bracket-loop rigidly secured on central frame is designed for mounting vibration damper.

EFFECT: increased running speed of car to exceed 160 km/h.

SUBSTANCE: proposed hopper car contains central sectional beam whose middle part is inner sheet of discharge hopper 5. Posts of body are made of angle sections, two of which being arranged along cross axis of car, provided with stiffening ribs and interconnected by brace. Upper framework of side walls is made of angle sections. Sliding roof 4 consists of two parts opening by mechanism equipped with shutoff-and-sealing device.

EFFECT: improved reliability and safety of cargo.
