(57) Abstract:

The outlet can be used in machine building, in particular in all machines for ventilation of the inner cavities of the housings drives and variable-speed drives, which use a lubricant. The outlet includes a housing made in the form of rigidly mounted on the flange on one side of the cylindrical sleeve and the rack and on the other side of the baffle. Desk located inside the cylindrical sleeve, the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the cover, which is fixed at the front plug connection. The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to the structure of the breather traction gear trains, and can be used in any machines for ventilation of the inner cavities of the housings drives and variable-speed drives, which use a lubricant.

Known outlet, comprising a housing with a vent cap air chamber having communication with the atmosphere, and mounted on the housing (U.S. patent N 1995288, CL 184 - 6.12, 1935).

However, the known design, though contains a small number of parts, has a relatively complex design, the coy to the proposed device is an outlet, comprising a housing connected holes in communication with the cavity of the machine, and mounted on the housing cover (ed. St. USSR N 1805261, CL F 16 H 57/04, from 03.07.90).

However, this known device has a relatively complicated construction due to the necessity of drilling the lateral (oblique) holes 4, asymmetry due to the presence of the flange 11, necessarily requires the placement of filter elements, and oily items is inconvenient to clean.

The technical result is the creation of such a vent, the construction of which is reliable in operation and is made of simple technological elements, and less waste oil.

The problem is solved in that at the outlet, comprising a housing connected holes of communication with the cavity of the machine, and mounted on the casing cover, casing as rigidly attached to the flange on one side of the cylindrical sleeve and the rack and on the other side of the baffle, and Desk located inside the cylindrical sleeve and has a height exceeding the height of the cylindrical sleeve, the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the cover, which is fixed on the rack detachable connection, in addition, the deflector is made in the form of a U-shape segnetoelektricheskoi sleeves, the height mentioned all less than their width, and the space between the flange counter and a cylindrical sleeve filled filter gasket.

The invention consists in that the housing structure is made of four simple parts rigidly connected to each other.

The drawing shows the design of the proposed device.

The outlet includes a housing made in the form of flange 1, which is rigidly fixed to one side of the stand 2 and the cylindrical sleeve 3 and on the other side of the deflector 4 and the cover 5, forming with the end of the cylindrical sleeve 3 air channel 6 for communication with the atmosphere. Cover 5 mounted on the stand 2 and the fixed detachable connection in the form of a nut 7 and washer 8. Air duct 6, limited cover 5, through the ring the view U-shaped bent plate, the width and the distance between the opposite curved ends of which exceeds the outer diameter of the cylindrical sleeve 3, and the height of the above-mentioned ends is less than their width. The fastening elements of the body are welded.

When the oil spray cast rotating gears of the gearbox (not shown), hit in the lower part of the deflector 4 and drain back into the gearbox. Smaller droplets are carried by air currents and falling from the sides of the deflector 4, for the most part remain in it. Most small drops that fall through the openings 10 into the chamber 9, is deposited on its walls and merging into larger droplets flow down through the openings 10 into the cavity of the gear.

As a result, the cavity reducer communicates with the atmosphere and there is no loss of oil, because all the oil spilled on the elements of the vent and deposited them back in gear.

A circular slot 11 of the air channel 6 is blown oncoming flow tangentially and prevent direct ingress of dust into the chamber 9.

Thus, the proposed outlet is reliable, prevents dust and dirt into the cavity of the gear, virtually eliminates the loss of oil, is easy to disassemble and okidaitojima on the housing cover, characterized in that the casing as rigidly attached to the flange on one side of the cylindrical sleeve and the rack and on the other side of the baffle, and Desk located inside the cylindrical sleeve and has a height exceeding the height of the cylindrical sleeve, the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the cover, which is fixed at the front plug connection.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical gear reducer has housing 1, three stages assembled from cylindrical gear wheels 3, 5, 7 which are rigidly connected with shafts mounted rotatably in bearings 9-12 in housing. Lubricating fluid 13 is located in lower part of housing. Third-stage wheel 7 is partially immersed in lubricating fluid. Fitted on shaft of second-stage wheel 5 is washer 15 which rotates together with pinion stem 6 performing axial and angular motion. End faces 16 and 17 of gear wheels 3 and 7 of first and third stages directed towards second-stage wheel 5 are located in one plane. Washer 15 is pressed to end faces of gear wheels 16 and 17.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to reliable delivery of lubricant to teeth of wheels of higher stage.

SUBSTANCE: proposed breather has stepped housing 1 with air escape hole, cap 6 and hemispherical dampening element 5. Rod 2 is fitted in air escape hole. Upper part of rod 2 is provided with circular groove. Lower part of rod 2 which is taper in shape extends beyond housing. Dampening element 5 is received by circular groove of rod 2. Cap 6 mounted immovably on housing 1 is provided with slots 7 in its lower part. Clearance is formed in between bottom of cap 6 and end face of rod 2. As soon as pressure reaches its excessive level, rod moves upward letting the air outside through clearance formed between dampening element 5 and through hole of housing 1, flat and slots 7.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability; avoidance of water penetration inside mechanism at immersion of breather in aqua medium.

The flange of the first crankcase joint is curved and provided with base bearing surface for bearing units of the driven pinion from the side of the plane cooperating with the crankshaft. The pinions have the second joint plane that is parallel to the first one. From the opposite side, the curved flange is closed and provided with ring port for receiving the driving pinion with bearing units containing the third joint plane. The ring port is overlapped by means of the segment projection provided on the base bearing surface of the bearing unit of the driven pinion.
