(57) Abstract:

Longitudinal and transverse reinforcing bars of nets and cages for reinforced concrete laid out in the design position and then knit manually tie-wire, pre-wound on the device for tying reinforcing mesh, made in the form of a coil with an open annular channel formed around the perimeter. The device is fitted between the thumb and index fingers, tie-wire is placed along the longitudinal rod, then at the intersection with the transverse rod bypass both rod tie wire, rolling it on the rod, then put the tie wire along the longitudinal rod to the next intersection of the rods. As a result of use of the invention is achieved technical result consists in increasing the speed knitted wire mesh and reducing the consumption of tie-wire. 2 S. and 4 C. p. F.-ly, 11 ill.

The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the production of reinforcing mesh and frameworks in construction and factory conditions.

There is also known a method of connecting terminals of the wire mesh using a springy wire having the shape of a snake, the middle part of which covers one of the rods, and the ends make for located perpendicular to the first rod, the second rod [2] . Described in the analog [4] the latch for connecting intersecting reinforcing bars made of elastic plastic material and contains an inter-connector, parallel branches coupled openings and bearings with ribs. The middle part of the openings formed elastic arcs. The drawback of this release is its high consumption.

The closest analogue, taken as a prototype of the claimed method is a method of tying wire mesh wire twisting using a special reinforcing hooks: double folded annealed rebar wire is m, and then, taking them hook, fold in the harness, at the same time pulling from the cross rods [5]. The disadvantage of this method is the relatively low speed coupling frame and high flow tie-wire.

For the prototype device for tying rebar grids and frameworks adopted the device for connection of rebar, including bending facets connected with racks in which a toothed wheel associated with bending disks and on disks attached additional bending elements for the final fastening of the ends of the wire [6]. This analog is characterized by the complexity of its organization and the inability to apply it in construction conditions.

The task of the invention is to increase the speed of knitted wire mesh and reducing the consumption of tie-wire.

This task is solved in that in the beginning laid the longitudinal and transverse reinforcing bars in the design position, and then skip the tie wire along one of the longitudinal rebar and the point of intersection with the transverse rod bypass its both terminals, rolling the wire to the rods, after which the stack of binding wire VD is Esna relative to the point of contact between the rod side of the transverse rod, then to round its longitudinal rod, positioning along the transverse rod, and cover again with the outer side of the transverse rod, obviative around him 360o. Tie-wire may skip external relative to the point of contact between the rod side of the transverse rod, and then to round it cross the longitudinal and transverse rods, again to cover the transverse rod on the outer side and guide along the longitudinal rod to the next intersection of the rods. In addition, the tie-wire may pass from the inner to the point of contact between the rod side of the transverse rod, then wrap it on 360othis rod, around the longitudinal rod, to pass with external relative to the point of contact between the rod side of the transverse rod on the other side of the longitudinal rod, and then again around the longitudinal rod and the cross rods and, again rounded transverse rod on the inner side, to guide it along the longitudinal rod to the next intersection of the rods. This analysis allows us to conclude about the presence of novelty in the claimed method and device.

Comparing the claimed invention with other known technical solutions of the same problem shows that by using the described techniques knitted mesh and frames it is possible, firstly, to reduce the consumption of tie-wire, secondly, to accelerate the process of tying nets and cages and, thirdly, located along the rods, tie-wire serves as an additional reinforcement of the product. All of these effects can be achieved by known processing methods, which confirms the feasibility of the method and of the device and the possibility of obtaining them using the new positive effect.

The invention is illustrated by the examples of execution. In the drawings shown: in Fig. 1 - 7 - various the device for mating nets, in Fig. 10 - the device is in operation, Fig. 11 is an embodiment of the device.

In the process of knitting the wire 1 is placed along one of the longitudinal 2 rebar, pre-laid out in the design position. In cases where no strict requirements to the fixing rods of the grid relative to each other, their possible ligation at the intersection in a checkerboard pattern, as shown in Fig. 8, or by the location of the tie-wire in the cells to the diagonal. However, in the latter case, consumption, tie-wire increases.

Device for tying reinforcing mesh may be made integral from a single piece of material: metal, wood, plastic, etc. It may have on the ends of the freely seated on the axis 23 of the cushion 24. The dimensions of the device are selected based on the minimum size of the cell or mesh reinforcement frame.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of protective perimeters of objects against unauthorised penetration of physical persons, equipment and animals into their territory. The method includes winding of a continuous reinforced razor-wire of a necessary length onto a drum practically without gaps between turns and connection of parallel adjacent neighbouring turns of the wire by a mechanical method along the coil between each other by means of metal brackets in a staggered order and with a set pitch. At the same time the drum is turned into the position required for the installation of the brackets. Reinforcement hook contains shaft on one end of which handle is installed which can be rotated, and the second end of the shaft is tapered and bended as hook. Lever is hinged on the handle. The lever is capable to change position relative to handle. Two more levers are installed on shaft of reinforcement hook which levers can travel along hook and relative to each other and they are interconnected by elastic element. As a result due to simple fastening elements using, binding with wire pieces without loop is provided and production is cheapened.

Mechanism consists of two jaws (6, 7) moved down on the elements to be connected (8). There are provisions made for means (20) of supplying wire (12) along guide surface (10) of the first jaw (6) to guide surface of (11) the second jaw (7), thus forming a wire loop which envelopes the above elements on three sides, and in this case ends of this loop can be twisted on the fourth side of elements (8). SUBSTANCE: method includes use of a piece of the wire as fastening element which part is bent with formation of the lug for grasp with reinforcement cage, fastening element supply under flooring of reinforcing bars, lug grasp with reinforcement cage, throwing of fastening element through it from condition of an arrangement of flooring of reinforcing bars in wire loop and a tightening of a loop several turns of the reinforcement cage at deduction of a tail of the fastening element. For this purpose use the manual delivery unit; the container with a holder for placing of the fastening elements is established in its case, submitting gear and a clip. The manual delivery unit is brought to flooring of reinforcing bars, the fastening element is taken from the container, and the fastening element supply under flooring of reinforcing bars is carried out by its telescopings by means of the delivery unit. Holding of a tail of the fastening element at tightening of a loop by turns of the reinforcement cage is performed by means of a clip of the mentioned device which sizes allow to carry out joining in close places.

EFFECT: labour productivity increases.
