With bushing being shifted along axle it comes into meshing with toothed rim rigidly secured on wheel rim for rotating casing by wheel. With bushing in other position, teeth found on one of its sides engage with teeth of rear axle to fix casing of wheel.

Proposed device contains detachable grouser connected with lever made for fastening on automobile hub by support bolt passed through wheel disk, lever consists of three parts. Upper part forms, together with grouser, a common-l-shaped part in form of bent plate hinge-connected with middle part consisting of two shackles enclosing the plate, free ends of shackles being hinge-connected with third lower part of lever. The latter is essentially plate support of device of arbitrary form with holes in corners of isosceles triangle in plan, in vertex of which plate is arranged and hinge-fastened between said shackles. Said support bolt is fitted in one of two other holes. Bolt is provided with thread in middle part with turned-on locking washers with cylindrical projections pointed to each other, each being fitted in hole in support for free rotation. Lower part of support bolt is made cylindrical with flats for wrench on end not projecting beyond the contour of cylindrical part. Pin of cup is fitted in third hole of support. Axis of pin is displaced relative to axis of cup with eccentricity exceeding diameter of pin.

Proposed method comprises placing device increasing friction factor, for example, anti-spin devices including L-like cross-section metal bracket bent along tire circle arc. One end of said bracket is furnished with elements to fasten it to wheel disk, for example, hole to mount bracket on bolt attaching disk to wheel hub and opposite end is provided with grousers. Additional grousers with locking plate are arranged on bracket peripheral section to form triangle. Note here that additional grouser makes triangle base. Diameter of arrangement of said additional grousers is smaller than that of the main grousers.
