The invention relates to wheeled vehicles and is aimed at improving the operation of the vehicle.

A device for pulling vehicles out of the soil with low bearing capacity, contains the bracket, the flange of which is secured to the drive wheel, and a support plate fixed on the axis through bearings [1].

However, this device requires additional time to bring it into the working or transport position.

The objective of the invention to improve the operating conditions of the vehicle.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for lifting the vehicle from the soil with low bearing capacity, containing pendulum rod, thrust plate, thrust bracket, work and managing the cylinders, soglashenie, and Vice versa the two cylinders.

The device is fixed to the disc 1 wheels and contains a bracket 2, a flange 3 which is made with 4 holes for mounting on the disk 1 by bolts 5. On the axis 6 and satanay fork 7 installed base plate 8, the end 9 of which is connected in a hinged connection 10 with the end of the pendulum rod 11 and its other end 12 is connected by a hinge 13 with the flange 14 of the vehicle, thus to the axis 6 of the base plate 8 is mounted telescopic hydraulic cylinder 15, managed small retractable hydraulic cylinder 16.

The device is mounted on the disc 1 of the wheel and the Board 14 of the vehicle before leaving the machine yard. Before entering the soil with low bearing capacity of the base plate 8 is supplied to the initial position by means of two controllable hydraulic cylinders 15, 16. After fixing the axis 6 of the base plate 8 in the bearing fork 7 device rotates with the wheel.

By spinning the wheel support plate 8 lie on the ground on the sides of the vehicle, which is supported by them and is moved by means of them until the wheels will not touch the gr is th rod 11 and telescopic hydraulic cylinder 15, the base plate 8 is held in a horizontal position and, therefore, eliminated its sticking in the ground or indentation. After departure from soil with low bearing capacity wheel is in the initial operating position, from which the base plate 8 cylinders 15,16 is in the transport position. Immobility design in the transport position is provided by the locking cavities cylinders 15,16.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additional equipment temporary mounted on wheels. Proposed device contains detachable grouser connected with lever made for fastening on automobile hub by support bolt passed through wheel disk, lever consists of three parts. Upper part forms, together with grouser, a common-l-shaped part in form of bent plate hinge-connected with middle part consisting of two shackles enclosing the plate, free ends of shackles being hinge-connected with third lower part of lever. The latter is essentially plate support of device of arbitrary form with holes in corners of isosceles triangle in plan, in vertex of which plate is arranged and hinge-fastened between said shackles. Said support bolt is fitted in one of two other holes. Bolt is provided with thread in middle part with turned-on locking washers with cylindrical projections pointed to each other, each being fitted in hole in support for free rotation. Lower part of support bolt is made cylindrical with flats for wrench on end not projecting beyond the contour of cylindrical part. Pin of cup is fitted in third hole of support. Axis of pin is displaced relative to axis of cup with eccentricity exceeding diameter of pin.

EFFECT: increased operating properties and reduced impact loads on parts of transmission.

Proposed device comprises chain, arc-like plate with eyelet with two holes receiving tensioning studs with nuts whereto said chain is secured. Note here that arc-like plate can be secured to wheel rim with the help of pin.

SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel comprises tire with rim, hub with side disks and axle, drive ring, fasteners to joint drive ring to hub, push rod and recoil brake. Thrusts are mounted on drive ring. Brake interacts with thrusts. Drive ring is provided with perforated corner plates arranged in midplane and secured on drive ring inner surface. Said ring may change its axial position and be locked by fasteners on threaded rods arranged parallel with axle and rigidly coupled with said disk. Side disk diameter exceeds that of hub. Rods pass through drive ring corner plate perforations.

Proposed method comprises placing device increasing friction factor, for example, anti-spin devices including L-like cross-section metal bracket bent along tire circle arc. One end of said bracket is furnished with elements to fasten it to wheel disk, for example, hole to mount bracket on bolt attaching disk to wheel hub and opposite end is provided with grousers. Additional grousers with locking plate are arranged on bracket peripheral section to form triangle. Note here that additional grouser makes triangle base. Diameter of arrangement of said additional grousers is smaller than that of the main grousers.

SUBSTANCE: revolving drive wheel with rim and grouser are arranged on machine body. Pin is fitted on said rim with geometrical center not aligned with wheel rotational center. Grouser made up of paddle with rod and blade is pivoted to said pin. Second end of hinge rod is jointed with machine body to displace there along in the plane of wheel rotation. Said pin is secured on wheel to vary distance from wheel rotational axis top in geometrical center. Aforesaid grouser is secured on wheel pin by fast-release joint. The scull blade is replaceable.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to devices intended for increasing traction and perfecting coupling of wheeled running gear used in agriculture and forestry. Post is arranged in guide bush locked by pin and trapezoidal jaw to support hook by its lower end and, by pin top end, to support rod that enters wave-shaped groove. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in sprinkler machines. Proposed wheel comprises pneumatic tire 1 with rim 2, hub 3 with axle 4, drive ring 6 with stops 7, fasteners to joint drive ring 6 with hub 3, pusher and self-adjusting brake interacting with stops 7 Stops 7 are mounted on removable shackles secured to drive ring 6 on the side of its outer circumference. Note here that shackle inner surface is aligned with drive ring outer circle arc. Thrust bolts are fitted on one side of shackle to enter shackle threaded holes to contact with drive ring 6. Adjusting screws are fitted on opposite side of said shackles to enter threaded holes and provided with taper ends to enter taper recesses on drive ring surface.

SUBSTANCE: wheel comprises a tire 12 with a rim 11, a hub 10 with lateral discs 5 and an axis 9, a drive ring 7, fasteners 2 to connect the drive ring 7 to the hub 10, a pusher 13, and an anti-recoil brake 16. On the drive ring 7 the stops 8 are mounted. The brake 16 interacts with the stops 8. The drive ring 7 has joint plates 15 with holes 14, mounted in the center plane and fixed on the inner surface of the drive ring 7. The drive ring 7 is mounted with the ability to change the axial position and fixation by the fasteners 2 on the pins 6 with screw 3, located parallel to the axis and rigidly attached to the lateral disc 5. The lateral disc diameter is made larger than the diameter of the hub 10. The pins 6 pass through the holes 14 in the joint plates 15 of the drive ring. In the pins 6 there is a set of radial holes 4 located in planes parallel to the center plane of the wheel. In the holes 4 of the pins 6 the removable thrust pins 1 are mounted.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to improve the control accuracy of the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire of the rim.
