The invention relates to the production of mineral fertilizers in the membranes of humic substances. Humanitariannet fertilizer includes granular fertilizer, HUMATE alkali metal and urea-formaldehyde resin in a ratio of components (wt. %) 95,7 - 96,6, 3,0 - 4,0 and 0.3 to 0.4, respectively; the method of producing fertilizer includes cladding granules of mineral base fertilizer shell of alkali metal HUMATE, after cladding hematopoi shell of the fertilizer granules further treated with a solution of alkali metal HUMATE and urea-formaldehyde resins. The consumption of fertilizers is reduced by improving the digestibility of its plants. 2 S. and 2 C.p. f-crystals. table 1.

The invention relates to the production of fertilizers, in particular mineral, and can be used for the manufacture of mineral fertilizers in the membranes of humic substances.

Known mineral fertilizers in hematopoi shell based on at least one of the group of fertilizers - urea, super phosphate or potassium chloride, clad biologically active humic drug.

Known fertilizers increase the stress (drought, soil salinization and others) at the expense of increasing the digestibility of fertilizers humates.

Also known is a method of obtaining mineral fertilizers in hematopoi shell, in which mineral based fertilizers sprayed humic drug, for example an aqueous solution of potassium HUMATE.

A disadvantage of the known gumanitarnogo fertilizer and method of its production is the high consumption of fertilizers due to the fact that they do not provide optimal absorption by plants of mineral base fertilizers because of the low content of humus in the shell results in detachment from the fertilizer granules during storage, transportation and fertilizer into the soil.

The objective of the invention is to reduce the consumption humated fertilizers by providing the possibility of preventing the detachment of hematopoi shell from granules of mineral base fertilizer.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that humanitariannet mineral fertilizer, including granular fertilizer, such as urea, superphosphate or potassium chloride and alkali metal HUMATE, according to the invention further comprises a urea-formaldehyde resin when following the urea-Formaldehyde resin - 0,3-0,4

This technical result is also achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining gumanitarnogo mineral fertilizers, such as urea, super phosphate or potassium chloride, comprising the cladding of granules of mineral base fertilizer shell of alkali metal HUMATE, according to the invention, after the cladding hematopoi shell fertilizer further treated with a solution of alkali metal HUMATE and urea-formaldehyde resin.

Namely processing of the granules gumanitarnogo mineral fertilizers aqueous solution of alkali metal HUMATE and urea-formaldehyde resin provides penetration of humates in the structure of mineral base fertilizer and prevents delamination of hematopoi shell from its surface, thereby stabilizing the content of humates in the shell and, consequently, improve digestibility of plants fertilizer and increase its impact on growth, development and yield of crops while reducing the consumption of fertilizer.

The introduction of gumanitarnogo mineral fertilizers urea-formaldehyde resin is justified to improve the adhesion of hematopoi shell with mineral-based fertilizers and polochanka a consequence, the reduced specific consumption and overdose prevention.

A reduction in the content of urea-formaldehyde resin is less than the stated does not give the desired effect, as it leads to the production of fertilizers with low content of HUMATE due to insufficient adhesion of hematopoi shell surface of the mineral substrate fertilizer.

The increase in the content of urea-formaldehyde resin is above the upper limit was not feasible due to unproductive consumption.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method of producing a complex slow-acting fertilizer based on urea-formaldehyde resin, thus, to intensify manufacturing and improve agrochemical properties of fertilizer contains the following: the sewage containing dissolved formaldehyde and urea-formaldehyde resin is added with orthophosphoric acid until pH = 2,0, then introduced with urea in mole ratio of formaldehyde to urea of 1.0: 1.5. The resulting mixture is held for 3.5-4.0 hours. The resulting polymer is filtered off and dried in vivo. And then it is mixed with ash, considering that the content of K2O is 10 wt %.

EFFECT: invention ensures to obtain a slow-acting complex fertilizer based on urea-formaldehyde resin with the complete and non-waste disposal of waste water and combustion products of wood wastes from woodworking enterprises, allowing to reduce the entry of radionuclides of cesium-137 in agricultural products, and to improve nitrogen phosphorus and potassium nutrition of plants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active zeolite fertilizers containing potassium, phosphorus, calcium, trace elements and phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms. Method for biological activation of mordenite-containing tuff with fraction size below 2 mm involves its mixing in rocker for 2-4 h with an aqueous suspension of phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms containing 109 cells/spores in the mass ratio = 1:(0.2-0.6) followed by keeping at temperature 4°C for 12 h and following drying up to the friable state. The prepared fertilizer consists of mordenite-containing tuff with fraction size below 2 mm and (4.5-8) x 108 cells/spores of phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms. Using biologically activated mordenite-containing tuff in the dose 5 t per hectare as measure for 3 years provides increasing amount of phosphate-mobilizing soil microorganisms by 14-16 times and phosphatase activity by 3-4 times as compared with addition the same dose of conventional mordenite-containing tuff. Also, the content of mobile phosphorus in soil increases from 13-33 to 31-40 mg/kg, nitrate nitrogen from 18-31 to 21-48 mg/kg, and exchangeable potassium from 69-81 to 89-98 mg/kg.
