The invention relates to coatings industry and is used for protection of concrete, metal and aspectoriented surfaces from weathering and destruction. The purpose of the invention - improving water and heat resistance of coatings based on epoxy-urethane compositions. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the composition the proposed composition is poliuretanowy thermoplastic elastomer derived from polyether and a diisocyanate, epoxy Dianova resin, solvent, polyethylsiloxane liquid Aluminy hardener. table 2.

The invention relates to coatings industry and is used as a corrosion-resistant coating to protect metal, concrete and aspectoriented surfaces from weathering and destruction.

Known polymer composition A. C. 899599 for protective coatings, including epoxy resin, polypropyleneoxide, amine curing agent, a filler, an organic solvent. However, coverage on the basis of this composition differ insufficient chemical resistance.

As a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer is used, the product obtained on the basis of polyether - polyoxyethyleneglycol and 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate.

This urethane polymer has compared to used in the prototype greater elasticity, resistance to frost and chemical resistance to aggressive environments, which contributes to a positive solution of a technical problem.

As pigments used titanium dioxide, zinc white, iron oxide pigment, iron oxide red, crowns lead yellow, black.

The technological process of preparation of the composition consists of the following stages:

1. Preparation of a solution of thermoplastic polyurethane in a solvent.

2. Mixing the resulting solution with an epoxy resin, solvent and polyethylsiloxane liquid.

3. Pereir composition with the introduction of pigment and filler.

The preparation of the composition is carried out in a reactor equipped with a stirrer. Charged to the reactor solvent, thermoplastic polyurethane and dissolved under stirring at a temperature of 60 - 65oC. After complete dissolution loaded epoxy resin, polyethylsiloxane liquid, filler, pigments and mix to obtain a homogeneous mass.

For the preparation of compositions according to the formulations specified in table.1. the basis of the added amine hardener and mix thoroughly.
