The invention relates to the mining industry, namely the scraper conveyors stope.

Known scraper conveyors with side walls made of spectrophilia, both foreign and working in the coal basins of Russia, the pans are provided with horizontal shelves and vertical wall to which the bolts are attached to the shares from a face [Scientific-technical Dosi, 1991, S. 23, Fig. 3 and 4, S. 29, Fig. 3].

However, the known conveyors are characterized by low durability of the pans because of the rapid wear of the horizontal shelf supporting skis combine.

Known scraper conveyor, in which the shelves are reinforced due to the formation of additional ledge on the opposite side shelves setprofile [ed. St. USSR N 373432, CL E 21 F 13/08, 1973]. Known l-shaped elements from a range of rental metals [GOST 8509-72. Steel angle equal; GOST 8510-72. Steel unequal angles]. In the above technical solutions, the configuration of the pans used in the pipeline (the transverse movement of the lock).

Known technical solutions noted above do not solve the problem of durability of the pans in parts wear their shelves skis combine and online restore them to operation. (Maintaining the operational state of the reference shelves of pans for the combine).

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the offer (as adopted for the prototype) is a scraper conveyor, including becoming linear, consisting of pans, shelves which are equipped with additional elements wear. As shown by operating experience, with increasing intensity of treatment and increase the reference mass excavation harvesters increased wear of the horizontal shelves of the pans. Conveyorcontrol went towards increasing the thickness of the horizontal shelves of sparpaket. To increase the service life of the pans in the mines savariaud top shelf sparpaket additional wear strips. Using the experience of mines, manufacturers began to weld such wear strips in an industrial way. All this does not resolve item is as downhole, and the dam side, otherwise there is the problem of mounting the conveyor on the left and right faces. Heating of the stripe wear when welding dramatically reduces the effect of heat strengthening. Welding strips on the dam side leads in some cases to change the design of the dammed attachments: increases the depth of the pan. Secondly, this solution also does not resolve the question, as they wear out and weld the wear strips. The proposed solution overcomes the deficiencies noted and increases the service life of the pans by the rapid replacement of items of wear without changing the design of the pipeline and sparpaket sides of the pan.

The invention consists in that the scraper conveyor elements wear made in the form of removable pads G-shaped, the horizontal part is snug against the shelves pans linear rod and the vertical mounted by bolts on the pans from face of wall. While on the vertical portions of l-shaped plates connecting holes, providing a snug fit of the horizontal parts of the l-shaped plates to the shelves of the pans.

In addition, the vertical portion of the l-shaped lining the walls of the shares while fixing holes in the vertical part of the l-shaped plates made oval vertically.

In addition, the l-shaped plate may have a projection, for example, in the form of a continuation of the horizontal part at the bottom to overlap the top of the vertical wall plow blade and bolt heads.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the durability of the pans from setprofile without making any changes in the design of the pans, plowshares and bolted joints. A snug fit lining increases their lifespan. The complication in the implementation of the plates due to the introduction of the bolts for fastening and a slight decrease vertical resistance gives an advantage in Assembly and disassembly without removing plowshares and applicability to various types of tool joints pans. The presence of the tabs on the l-shaped plate allows to overlap the top of the vertical wall of the plow blade and bolt heads. Welded variant execution allows you to perform the l-shaped pad made of two different materials: the horizontal part of durable wear-resistant steel, and a vertical of more plastic that provides better fixation of the entire length of the pads on the sidewall. Scraper conveyor includes becoming linear, in which the pan 1 (Fig. 1) has a horizontal shelf 2 and the supporting surface 3 on its vertical sidewall, to which preventatives attachments. Between the support surface 3 of the pan 1 and the vertical wall 5 of the plow blade 4 is installed on pins 7 l-shaped plate 6. The vertical part of the l-shaped plates secured by bolts 8 so that its horizontal supporting element 10 adjacent to the horizontal shelf 2 pan 1. Horizontal element 10 has a shelf 11, which is its continuation towards the bottom, overlapping the top end of the vertical wall 5 to protect it from direct exposure to vertical forces.

The pan 1 is attached to the blade 4 with a vertical wall 5 (another implementation of the G-shaped plates 6, Fig. 2). From the transverse displacements of the l-shaped plates are held by bolts, pinning them in one case between the vertical wall 5 of the plow blade 4 and the supporting surface 3 of the pan 1, the other between the vertical wall 5 of the plow blade and bolt heads 14 (if necessary with the use of spring washers). In places docking skis combine the bevels 15 and gradually merge with the l-shaped plates 6 one pan on the l-shaped pickguard another pan.

When you wear horizontal elements 10 they are quickly replaced by new ones, and worn transferred to recovery.

The invention provides Assembly and disassembly without removal of shares and increases the durability of the pans.

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: conveyor comprises lower and upper pan flights and hauling chain with scrapers. Lower pan flight represents a flat surface created by metal sheets with width from 400 mm to 1500 mm, in which scrapers move with double-sided rigid fixation to hauling chains. Hauling chain is made of nonseparable links with length of 5-8 m, which are connected to each other by means of split rings with splinting. Guides are arranged in the form of vertical supports of semicircular section that protect hauling chains against horizontal displacement, with plates rigidly fixed in them - limiters that protect hauling chains against vertical displacement.

FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: scraper conveyor comprises a scraper-chain traction contour (2) closed on drive (1) and end sprockets, two driving units and a fixed frame (6). Drive units and the drive sprocket are installed on an additional frame (7) with the possibility of its displacement parallel to the longitudinal axis (8) of the conveyor relative to the guides of the fixed frame. The additional frame is spring-loaded with spiral compression springs (9) to a stop (10) of the fixed frame at the side of the end sprocket of the conveyor. The stop may move along the longitudinal axis of the conveyor and be fixed. At the opposite side the additional frame is limited with a limiter (11) mounted on the fixed frame. The total working force of compression springs and their working travel is determined using appropriate formulas.

EFFECT: cyclic oscillations of scraper-chain traction contour of the conveyor are reduced, and appropriate reduction of dynamic loads is provided at the scraper-chain traction contour and the drive sprocket.

SUBSTANCE: unit includes machine telescopic frame (10) having base (1) and front part (2) made capable to be displaced relative to base by means of hydraulic cylinder (20) and containing carrying recesses (6) to support shaft of chain drum. The hydraulic cylinder (20) is supported at one end by connecting joint (30) on side plate (4) of machine frame front part (2) and at the other end - by connecting joint (30') on side wall (15) of machine frame base. Connecting joint contains recess in side plate and/or in side wall and carrying brace (40) attached with possibility of detachment in recess (31), herewith, structurally identical recesses are made in both side plates and in both side walls.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, effectiveness, broader functional capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock in underground mines for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level. For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.

EFFECT: device of simple design providing effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrating facilities and it can be used for letting out ore or other materials and their separation. Proposed vibrating feeder has resilient supports, working member consisting of charging and discharge parts and vibrating drive consisting of two shafts with unbalance weight and motors, one per each unbalance weight. Place of arrangement of vibrating drive is determined basing on the fact that line of connection of axles of unbalance weights is located in area limited by two straight lines square to direction of vibration, one of which passed through center of mass, and the other is located at a distance from center of mass of 1/10L to side of charging part of working member. Axle of unbalance weights are located at different sides from line of direction of vibration passing through center of mass at distance equal to not less than 1/8 where L is distance between resilient supports in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: improved stability of operation of vibrating feeder at unstable supply and impact loads on working member at discharging.

For this purpose loose material reloading device is used which contains inclined and horizontal sections with drive arranged on support between two conveyors. Device is installed in housing with windows from side of conveyors, and is made in form of chain with scrapers passed over rollers and installed for moving in pair of trapezoidal guides. Housing is installed on support by means of hydraulic jacks. Angle of tilting α of side of trapezium is within 35° and 45°.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for selective transportation of mineral resources. Proposed conveyor contains rigidly mounted on buntons chute-like section guide conductors with curvilinear sections, articulated members with two load-carrying units freely suspended from axles and arranged symmetrically on each member and provided with gear wheels for selective transportation of load, and guide rolling supports on axles of members for engagement with said guide conductors. Rolling elements of rolling supports are made in form of balls. Conveyor is furnished also with distributed linear hydraulic drive. Guide rolling supports are provided with metal journals with rectangular seats on free places of which detachable inserts are installed accommodating said rolling elements in form of balls. Detachable inserts are installed for corrective displacement by means of pressure spring to adjust distance between guide rolling supports and inner surfaces of chute-like section guide conductors.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with multichain traction member. Proposed scraper conveyor contains endless traction member consisting of parallel traction chains, two outer chains and one inner chain, closed in vertical plane on end sprockets and resting on guides of panline flight. It is provided with scrapers secured in turn by ends on outer chains, alternating with scrapers freely fitted with clearances between outer chains and attached by ends on inner chain. Scrappers secured on outer chains are provided with cavities for accommodating inner chain. Traction member is furnished with additional inner chain, both inner chains being arranged in middle part of panline flight symmetrically to each other relative to longitudinal axis of conveyor, and scrapers being secured by ends on both inner chains. Distance between outer and inner chains is set less than distance between inner chains.

EFFECT: increased length of flight owing to increased summary breaking force of traction member chains.
