Refrigerator-freezer

(57) Abstract:

The invention can be used for storage products. Refrigerator-freezer includes refrigerators and freezers. In the upper part of the latter is inclined evaporator associated with the fan. In the back of the case is made air ducts cold and warm return air from cooling in the freezer. Over the evaporator or to the side of him is an additional duct associated with the return duct warm air from the top or side of the suction part of the evaporator. Organized air movement, coinciding with convection flows. Increased efficiency of the evaporator, reduced energy consumption of the refrigerator. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

The invention relates to refrigerators - freezers, in which the cooling of the freezing and refrigerating chambers are at the expense of the evaporator associated with the fan located in the upper part of the freezer.

The closest in design to the present invention is a double-door fridge-freezer system No-frost, company "Ocean", with the lower placement of freezer compartment (Application for Europatent N 90110175.8, the service refrigerator company "OCEAN", the cooling of the freezing and refrigerating chambers are at the expense of located oblique to the horizon in the upper part of the freezing chamber evaporator associated with fan and cold air enters the refrigerator compartment through an air duct located at the rear wall of the refrigerator, and the intake of warm air at the bottom front of the refrigerator compartment.

The disadvantage of this design is that of the refrigerating chamber air is taken from the bottom, i.e. in the evaporator reaches the coldest air in the chamber and the temperature difference between the evaporator and cooled therein by air is reduced, thus reducing the efficiency of the evaporator, increased consumption of electricity. The presence of channels in the lower part of the refrigerating chamber additional inconvenience to the consumer: you can hit the evaporator dirt and water during cleaning in the chamber or in the event of a capsize vessels.

The purpose of the invention is the efficiency of the evaporator, reducing the energy consumption of the refrigerator.

For this fridge-freezer, containing insulated door and a body, separated by the insulated wall is knitted with fan, ducts, ypolnennye in the back wall, above the evaporator or to the side of him is an additional duct, the inlet of which is connected with located in the rear wall of the return duct warm air, and the outlet is connected to the top or side of the suction part of the evaporator. Moreover, an inlet opening located in the rear wall of the return duct warm air is located in the upper part of the refrigerating chamber and the outlet in the upper part of the freezer. The movement of air in both chambers coincides with convection flows. Cold air falls to the bottom of the camera, the warmer air rises and is taken from the upper part of the chamber to the evaporator.

The experiments showed that the proposed solution allows to reduce the power consumption of the refrigerator, to increase freezing ability. The lack of channels in the lower part of the upper chamber prevents the accumulation of dirt and food in the evaporator.

In Fig.1 shows the proposed fridge-freezer, front view; Fig. 2 - section a-a of Fig.1; Fig.3 - section b-B of Fig.1; Fig.4 - freezer-refrigerator, front view (for option location on the United additional return duct warm air).

Cooling Cabinet contains supenanny wardrobe 1 with freezer compartment 2 and a refrigerating chamber 3 separated by the insulated wall, the inclined located in the upper part of the freezing chamber evaporator 4, the separator 5 chamber evaporator and a fan 6, providing the airflow through the evaporator, the evaporator drain pan 7, the duct cold air 8, which is served cold air from the evaporator in the refrigerating chamber is made in the rear wall of the return duct warm air 9, and differs in that the evaporator is installed in the duct 10, the inlet of which is connected with located in the rear wall of the return duct warm air, and the outlet is connected to the upper part of the evaporator. Moreover, an inlet opening located in the rear wall of the return duct warm air is located in the upper part of the refrigerating chamber and the outlet in the upper part of the freezer.

In Fig. 4 and 5 shows the possible location of additional duct 10 to the side of the evaporator. This duct, the inlet of which is connected with located in the rear wall of the return duct warm without condensate made of insulating material.

In Fig. 6 shows a variant supernova additional duct 9 return of warm air, in this case the duct, supenanny in the back of the fridge and over the evaporator, connects the upper part of the refrigerating chamber and the upper suction side of the evaporator.

The movement of air in both chambers coincides with convection flows. Cold air falls to the bottom of the camera, the warmer air rises and is taken from the upper part of the chamber to the evaporator. The air in the refrigerator is moving along two trajectories. In the freezer 2 driven by the fan 6, the air flows into the evaporator 4 where it is cooled and sent through the separator 5 of the chamber of the evaporator, the gap between the rear wall and the pallet 7 of the evaporator in the freezer compartment. In the refrigeration compartment 3 (Fig.3) the cooled air goes through superannua in the back of the refrigerator the duct 8. The outflow of warm air from the refrigerating compartment through supenanny in the rear wall of the refrigerator and into the return duct warm air 9, which is located above the evaporator (Fig. 1-3) or at the side of the evaporator (Fig.4, 5) additional duct 10 is returned to the suction h is inogo separation is carried out by superannua in the back wall and above the additional evaporator duct, which connects the upper part of the refrigerating chamber and the upper suction side of the evaporator.

1. Fridge-freezer, containing insulated door and a body, separated insulated bulkhead in coolers and freezers, obliquely located in the upper part of the freezing chamber evaporator associated with fan, air ducts made in the back wall, characterized in that the evaporator or to the side of him is an additional duct, the inlet of which is connected with located in the rear wall of the return duct warm air, and the outlet is connected to the top or side of the suction part of the evaporator.

2. Refrigerator-freezer under item 1, characterized in that the additional duct is separated from the evaporator insulated partition.

3. Refrigerator-freezer under item 1, characterized in that it further duct is located in zapisuemoy refrigerator parts.
