(57) Abstract:

The PVC composition may be used as a compound for the manufacture of the bottom of a Shoe. Processed by casting under pressure. The composition includes, including: polyvinyl chloride 100; diphenylolpropane 0,1 - 0,15; epoxy resin ED-16 2,1 - 2,2; stearic acid 0,3 - 0,35; barium stearate 1.1 to 1.2; cadmium stearate 1.1 to 1.2, titanium dioxide 2,1 - 2,2, dioctylphthalate 69 - 71 dioxane and the mixture of high-boiling alcohols and their esters 29 - 31. The last component is the fraction flotation-oxala, wikipeida up to 90% at 115 - 160oC and a pressure of 5 to 10 mm RT.article table 1.

The invention relates to compositions based on polyvinyl chloride for injection molding and can be used as the plastic for making bottom shoes.

Also known polymer composition for manufacturing the bottom of a Shoe molding under pressure, comprising, by weight.h.:

Ester plasticizer - 30 - 120

Stearate of zinc - 0,2-0,8

The disadvantage of this composition is insufficient thermal stability of the material based on it.

Closest to the technical nature of the claimed object is a polyvinylchloride composition for manufacturing the bottom of a Shoe molding under pressure, comprising, by weight.h.:

Polyvinyl chloride - 100

The diphenylolpropane - 0,1-0,15

Epoxy Dianova resin (ED-16) - 2,1-2,2

Stearic acid - 0,3-0,35

Stearate barium - 1,1-1,2

Stearate cadmium - 1,1-1,2

The disadvantage of this composition is a low hardness and thermal stability of the material based on it.

The objective of the invention is to increase the hardness and thermostabilized, the diphenylolpropane, epoxy Dianova resin grade ED-16, stearic acid, barium stearate, cadmium stearate, titanium dioxide and dioctylphthalate, additionally contains a mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling ethers, represents the fraction of photorealistically, wikipaedia up to 90% at 115-160oC and a pressure of 5-10 mm RT. Art., in the following ratio, wt.h.:

The diphenylolpropane - 0,1-0,15

Epoxy resin (ED-16) - 2,1-2,2

Stearic acid - 0,3-0,35

Stearate barium - 1,1-1,2

This mixture of dioxane high-boiling alcohols and their esters - 29-31,

it allows to increase the hardness of 50-60%, and thermal stability at 100-130%.

A mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling esters represents the fraction flotation-oxala, (TU 38.103429-88), wikipaedia up to 90% at a temperature of 115-160oC and a pressure of 5-10 mm RT.article.

A mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling esters has the following physicochemical characteristics:

Example 1 (the prototype). 100 wt.h. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixed at 100-110oC with stabilizers: 1.1 wt.h. stearate cadmium and 1.1 wt.h. of barium stearate, and then add 100 wt.h. plasticizer is dioctylphthalate (DOP) and 2.1 wt.h. epoxy resin (ED-16), and then add 0.3 wt.h. stearic acid and 2.1 wt.h. titanium dioxide and 0.1 wt.h. diphenylolpropane. The heated mass is passed through a die of the extruder at 150-180oC to obtain a granulated plastic to the bottom of a Shoe.

Example 2 (the claimed object). 100 wt.h. polyvinyl chloride is mixed at 100-110oC with stabilizers: 1.1 wt.h. stearate cadmium and 1.1 wt.h. of barium stearate, and then the resulting mass is added to 69 wt.h. dioctylphthalate and 31 wt.h. a mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling esters and 2.1 wt.h. epoxy resin, and then add 0.3 wt.h. stearic acid, 2.1 wt. including titanium dioxide and 0.1 wt.h. diphenylolpropane. The heated mass is passed through a die of the extruder at 150-160oC to obtain a granulated plastic to the bottom of a Shoe. Examples 3-5 is similar to example 2.

The composition and properties of ipom materials on the basis of the claimed compositions have 50-60% greater hardness and 100-130% greater thermostability.

In addition, there is a reduction in the cost of material by use of the composition of three times cheaper than dioctylphthalate component-mixture of dioxane high-boiling alcohols and their esters with lower toxicity (III-IV class of danger).

The inventive composition based on polyvinyl chloride is introduced for the manufacture of flexible PVC for bottom shoes Dzerzhinsk ON "Plastic".
