A method of manufacturing a cushioning material

 

(57) Abstract:

The method can be used in the asbestos industry for the manufacture of gaskets used in internal combustion engines. The cushioning material is made of nowelcomescreen on a metal grid colocystoplasty composition and coating grafiservices pasta. Fiber-polymer composition is prepared by sequential mixing of rubber, filler, asbestos, in the presence of a solvent. At the stage of preparation of the rubber composition further treated by oligopyrroles. Substantially improved resistance to aggressive environments. table 2.

The invention relates to the asbestos industry, in particular to a method of manufacturing a cushioning material, used mainly for production of gaskets used in internal combustion engines.

A known method of manufacturing an elastic sheet material with a metal armature inside, lies in the fact that the frame is in the form of a metal grid covered with a method of rolling fibrous polymer composition consisting of rubber, asbestos and fillers, the surface of the material having the [1].

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase the resistance of the cushioning material to the action of aggressive media, in particular, petroleum products and oils.

Another view of the achieved technical result can be an expansion of the range of gasket materials.

To achieve the technical result is proposed a method of manufacturing the cushioning material method nasalcavity on a metal grid fibrous polymer composition consisting of rubber, asbestos, fillers, and grafiservices paste, characterized in that, in the manufacture of fibrous polymer composition rubber in the presence of a solvent such as gasoline, is further processed in the mixer by oligopyrroles [2]. The choice of oligoadenylate depends on the chemical nature of the rubber, for example:

1. Butadiene-styrene rubber is processed by trimethacrylate triethanolamine (TMTAA).

2. Butadiene-styrene rubber in a mixture with branch, Rubezhnoe, Ukraine is treated with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TGM-3).

3. Branch, Rubezhnoe, Ukraine rubber in a mixture with a polybutadiene is treated with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TGM-3).

An example of manufacturing the cushioning material known and proposed methods are presented in table. 1.

The resulting mixture was fed to paronit rollers for receiving sheet of the cushioning material with the reinforcement of the metal grid of a specified thickness. The leaf surface is covered gravitationally pasta. The temperature of the work roll 80 - 95oC.

Properties of the material, is made known and the proposed method are presented in table. 2.

From table. 2 it follows that the set of distinctive and essential features of the invention allows to obtain a cushioning material with high resistance to aggressive media, in particular, petroleum products and oils, to expand the range of gasket materials.

A method of manufacturing a cushioning material, comprising preparing colocystoplasty composition of sequential mixing of rubber, fillers, asbestos in the presence of a solvent such as gasoline, followed by nowelcomescreen on a metal grid and floor grafiservices paste, characterized in that at the stage of preparation colocystoplasty rubber composition further treated by oligopyrroles.
