Method of decorating the surface of materials

(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of action of laser radiation on the surface of the material and can be used in the manufacture of furniture. Put the picture in the form of the cut surface material depth, a smaller thickness of material, by laser radiation. In the formed slits filled pasty self-hardening filler. The profile of the cut are in the form of grooves, excluding loss of filler, for example, in the form of a trapezoid, extending deep into the material. Trapezoidal slots alternate with rectangular. In addition, the amount of the filler is not equal to the volume of the slot. The cross section of the filler varies along the slots. The filler to harden give reliefwartrol form. The filler used powdered material, diluted adhesive, and colors of filler change during the formation of the figure. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 9 Il.

The invention concerns the impact of laser radiation on the surface of the material with the purpose of obtaining a decorative surface and can be used in the manufacture of furniture.

The known method of decorative material processing [1], which consists in brktney surface treatment material impact on the local surface energy radiation[2], which can be used to decode the surface of the material.

The disadvantage of these methods is the low productivity of the process, the complexity of installation and low efficiency and limited color range of images.

The closest to this invention is a method of decorating the surface of materials, including drawing in the form of incisions on the surface of the material depth, a smaller thickness of material, by laser radiation [3].

The disadvantages of this method are the complexity used for processing installation and the limited color gamut of the drawings.

The objective of the invention is to increase productivity and reduce the cost of decorating the surface of the material, and expansion of opportunities of various patterns with various colors.

To solve the problem in the way the length of the drawing slits perform rectangular and/or trapezoidal cross section, which is filled pasty self-hardening filler, filling them at different depths along the length of the cut.

In Fig. 1 shows an example of executing decorative RV place of the slit, filled with filler; Fig. 4 is an embodiment of the slot, excluding loss; Fig. 5 - option run slots alternating trapezoidal grooves with rectangular, Fig.6 - cross section a-a in Fig. 6; Fig. 7 and 8 ways to fill the slots.

The device for implementing this method comprises a nozzle laser system 1, which is moving on the plane, according to figure 2, the delivery system 3 filler 4 in the slot 5 on the material 6 and the bucket 7 for shaping the filler, for example a relief 8.

The method is implemented as follows.

The laser beam is a slit 5 in the material 6, and then into the slot 5 of the supply system 3 is poured into the slot 5 pasty self-hardening filler 4. To eliminate loss of the filler 4 after its hardening, the slot 5 may be in the form of a line extending in the depth of the material 6, and the slot can be made with alternating trapezoidal grooves with rectangular. To extend the decorative possibilities of the method the amount of the filler 4 is poured into the slot 5 is greater than or less than the volume of the slot 5, and filling the slots 5 may vary in volume during the slits 5 is about to give reliefwartrol form 8. As filler, you can use the powdered material is dissolved adhesive, and to improve the design color gamut filler change during the formation of the image.

Using the proposed method allows to increase the productivity and efficiency of the process, simplify the installation for decorating the surface of the material and to expand the color gamut of the drawings.

1. A method of decorating the surface of the material, including the drawing in the form of incisions on the surface of the material depth, a smaller thickness of material, by laser radiation, characterized in that the length of a picture cut out perform rectangular and/or trapezoidal cross section, which is filled pasty sootvetvuyuschim filler, filling them at different depths along the length of the cut.

2. The method according to p. 1, wherein the filler to cure, give relief form.

3. The method according to p. 1 or 2, characterized in that the filler used powdered material, diluted adhesive.
