The objective of the invention is to design and create such a device, with which the private access and under x-ray control it is possible to determine the location of the roots of the pedicles of the vertebra and enter them in the clamps with the subsequent fastening of the latter in the supports external apparatus for mapping injured vertebrae.

Device for determining the level of a closed injection clamps in the body of the vertebra according to the invention contains two supports 1, set against each other and interconnected by connecting elements 2. The supports 1 are parallel to each other and in connection with elements 2 form a frame. On each of the supports 1 fixed bearing elements 3, 4, provided with holes through which each of the bearing members 3 and 4 by means of connecting elements 5, 6 and fastening elements 7, 8, 9 soedinenii move through each of the guides through the elements 12, 13, 14 and 15. At the free end of each of the screw elements 11 attached one end of spiegelzaal 16, 18, 17 and 19 by means of fixing elements 20, 21. Each of spiegelzaal 16, 17, 18 and 19 is made in the form of a rod, one end of which is threaded and a groove for fixing the end of the spokes 22 in each of spectation 23, 24.

Control the location of the spokes 22 and 37 carry on radiographs. The proposed device allows to determine the projection of the root arcs of one or more vertebrae on the skin. This makes it possible to avoid extensive skeletization vertebrae, and therefore, excessive bleeding and to preserve the skin of the patient. The proposed device longitudinal spokes protect the spinal canal and its contents from damage to their retainers. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting frame and threaded rods mounted thereon to enable their transpedicular introduction into displaced vertebra body to take place with triangular structure being formed which apex is directed towards vertebral body. The supporting frame has screws introduced in transpedicular way into vertebral bodies adjacent to the displaced one, and connective bars building rigid structure by means of crossbars. The device has additional removable reposition frame resting upon the connective bars and joined to the threaded rods by means of transverse beam serving as triangular rigid structure base movable relative to the supporting frame. The screws and threaded rods have two threaded parts separated with spherical head, one of which is used for being introduced into bone tissue, and the other one is used for making connection to the connective bars. The connection is made as detachable floating fixing members having concave spherical surface for receiving rod and screw heads with variable connection angle. The detachable floating fixing members of the threaded rods have slots for receiving fingers connecting the threaded rods to the supporting frame allowing variable connection distances from the connective bars.
