Usage: in the wind industry. The inventive wind power installation comprises a support, a rotary blade, the control device and the generator. On the support has a vertical shaft. The axis of rotation of the blades is placed on the consoles, mounted on a vertical shaft, and biased towards the leading edge of the blades. The control device is designed as rotation stops interacting with blades and pivotally mounted on brackets fixed on the consoles. One rotation stops installed with the possibility of centrifugal deflection, the second spring-loaded. The generator is kinematically connected with the shaft. 4 Il.

The invention relates to wind energy, relates to wind turbines and can be used to convert wind energy into electric for production purposes.

The invention improves the reliability and reduce the intensity of the wind energy installation.

Reliability especially decreases with increasing engine power by increasing the length of the consoles and square blades when necessary chain of great length.

Using the control device limiting the rotation of the blades with the displacement of their axes of rotation in the direction of the leading edge increases the reliability in operation by eliminating the chain of transmission of the rotation of the blades and reduces the consumption due to the reduced length of the vertical shaft, the height of the supports and exceptions vane.

Proposed wind-thermal power plant has tower housing consisting f lower contraction part with intake tangentially directed channels inclined to its vertical axis and provided with air gates, middle cylindrical part with monorail, upper diffuser part with deflector, windwheel installed horizontally on vertical shaft and resting additionally on monorail through movable supports, and additional contraction channel arranged coaxially inside lower contraction part of tower housing. Shaft is connected with energy consumer. Heat sources are arranged in lower part of tower.

EFFECT: increased specific power, improved reliability and operating conditions of plant.
