A method of manufacturing documents and securities

(57) Abstract:

The inventive method involves the application of a sheet of a continuous tape foil so that its two end stations were available for connection to a source of current, and applying a tape over the foil between its end sections of the additional image, which is a carrier protected from falsification of information.

The invention relates to the fabrication technology, securities and documents and can be used for printing and filling out of forms of identification, insurance policies, credit cards and other documents requiring protection against forgery media.

A known method of manufacturing documents and securities, including the application of a sheet of a continuous tape foil so that its two end plot available for connection to a source of current, and the application located between its end sections of the additional image, which is protected from a fake information.

The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of filling protected from a fake information forms of securities and documents at any time after their manufacture, as well as vozmogli documents and securities, and simplified control of their authenticity.

The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing securities and documents, including the application of a sheet of a continuous tape foil so that its two end plot available for connection to a current source and application between its end sections of the additional image, which is protected from a fake information.

Thus according to the invention, the additional image is applied over the specified foil tape.

This allows to simplify the control of authenticity of documents and securities carried out by fixing the availability of current when connected end sections of tape foil to the power source and to provide protection against forgery media due to the discontinuity of the ribbon foil when it attempts to replace.

The proposed method provides the ability to populate protected from a fake information forms of securities and documents at any time after their production. In addition, the invention includes the ability to control the shape and/or availability of strips protective foil (visualization), as well as change and recovery conductive foil, for example, when establishing the form of foil strips at prospecive the delky information that is, increases the security of documents and securities from the fake.

The method is implemented as follows.

On the worksheet, which is the form of documents or securities of the same samples which carry the information about the owner of the documents, the denomination and/or the owner of the securities, or any other requiring protection against forgery information on the product information area put a continuous tape foil, forming a non-intersecting line a given configuration, by hot stamping or decal so that after filling the form the end sections of the foil tape was available for connection to a source of current. Then on top of the foil tape to put additional image bearing protected from a fake information. This image can be a photograph, recording, or symbol corresponding to the identity of the owner, the nominal value of securities or any other securities or identifiable information. If there is no attempt to replace the media continuity foil tape is not broken and when it connects end sections to the current source by any known device for monitoring and verification of electrical circuits of pixie the owner of the document or the Erasure of the inscription or legend is discontinuity foil tape. In this case, when the authentication by using the same instruments recorded no current flowing through the foil tape.

Thus, the proposed method allows us to simplify the control of authenticity of documents and securities, and to protect against forgery media forms in the same sample.

A method of manufacturing documents and securities, including the application of a sheet of a continuous tape foil so that its two end plot available for connection to a source of current, and the application located between its end sections of the additional image, which is protected from a fake information, wherein the additional image is applied over the specified tape foil.

FIELD: production of optically diffraction protective elements.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of optically diffraction protective element. The protective element with a sample formed out of the separated surfaces and having the form of a laminated structure used for notarization of authenticity of a document contains, at least, a transparent protective layer, a transparent varnished layer and an adhesive layer. The separated surfaces of the sample consist of the background surfaces and elements of the sample. At that in the field of the background surfaces the varnished layer is formed smooth and even and in the field of elements of the sample the relief structures with the definite optically effective depth "h" are formed in the varnished layer. The background surfaces for the light illuminating a laminated serve as the even reflecting planes and the relief structures are two-dimensional diffraction gratings, which are formed out of the bas gratings with the periods (dx;dy) and the periods (dx;dy) are smaller, than the given limiting wavelength (λ) in the shortwave part of the spectrum of the visible light so, that elements of the sample absorb and disperse the illuminating light. At that in each relief structure the ratio of the absorbed and the dispersed light is given and depends on the given optical effective depth (h) in the relief structure. Thus the invention ensures a high protection of an element against its reproduction by copiers.
