The method includes three stages: the first stage of sampling of pollutions, determination of their nature and an amount, a choice of technological parameters of treatment; the second stage provides for a thermo-preparation of a washing medium, its delivery under pressure of 1.0-1.5 MPa with the help of washing installation to provide a mechanical cleanup of an object from surface pollutions and the following treatment of the cleaned object with a washing medium depending on pollutions within 5-30 minutes; and the third stage provides for recuperation of the washing medium by the phase separation into three phases with a consequent control of the contents of the components in the liquid phase and correction of their concentration in the automatic mode under the linear law up to the required values before its return into the cycle of treatment.
