The invention relates to the refining and petrochemical industry, and in particular to compositions of unleaded gasoline having an octane number not less than 76 and used as automobile and aviation gasoline. The essence of the invention: a composition of unleaded gasoline, comprising, by weight. %: fraction of butane-pentane 1-15; fraction C6-C7production of ethylbenzene and/or fraction C9the pyrolysis condensate fraction, and/or a mixture of xylenes with a boiling point 135-145oC, and/or the fraction of C10production of ethylbenzene 1-25; methyl tertiary butyl ether and/or diisopropyl ether 1-20; straight-run gasoline and/or gasoline catalytic cracking, and/or fraction of isohexanol of broad fraction of light hydrocarbons to 100, you get a gasoline with high octane numbers and good compatibility with engines that allows to use them in the winter and summer seasons. table 1.

The composition is prepared from the individual components that need to receive, and thus pollute the environment and, in addition, it cannot be used as a summer fuel. The high content of butane entails a high vapor pressure, which causes the formation of steam pockets in the fuel system, in addition, according to modern requirements on gasoline composition, the content of aromatic hydrocarbons should not exceed 25%.

The closest is the composition of unleaded gasoline [2], which contains, wt%:

Significant disadvantages of the proposed compositions are relatively narrow resource base for its reception, and including, the limited resources of fraction C7-C8alkenes production of propylene trimer.

The essence of the invention is a composition of unleaded gasoline using a hydrocarbon fraction characterized by a high octane number and high chemical stability, including butane-pentane fraction, C6-C7the fraction of the production of ethylbenzene and/or C9the fraction of the pyrolysis condensate fraction and/or a mixture of xylenes with a boiling point 135-145oC and/or C10the fraction of the production of ethyl benzene, methyl tertiary butyl ether and/or diisopropyl ether, naphtha and/or catalytic cracking gasoline and/or fraction isohexanol of NGL, taken in a certain ratio.

The main components of unleaded gasoline are encouraged to use waste, not finding qualified applications:

C6-C7and C10the fraction of production;

C9fraction of pyrolysis condensate fraction.

High chemical stability of the proposed composition is achieved by the absence or small amount used in fractions of unsaturated hydrocarbons.

Distinctive features of the invention is a new composition of unleaded gasoline, which is an integral part of the composition taken in the following ratio, wt.%:

Fraction of butane-pentane - 1-15

Fraction C6-C7production of ethylbenzene and/or fraction C9the pyrolysis condensate fraction, and/or a mixture of xylenes with a boiling point 135-145oC, and/or the fraction of C10production of ethylbenzene - 1-25

Methyl tertiary butyl ether and/or diisopropyl ether - 1-20

Straight-run gasoline and/or gasoline catalytic cracking and/or fraction of isohexanol of the NGL - 100

The use of these signs gives the opportunity to improve the quality of gasoline due to its chemical stability, to increase resources for motor fuel by the use of high-octane components, to reduce environmental pollution due to disposal in the preparation of gasoline wastes and by-products of existing facilities.

The introduction of new distinctive characteristics in combination with the achieved effect (high octane number and use of the produced compositions as winter and summer fuels, as can be seen from table) that are not described in any similar way, refers to the "inventive step" of the invention.

The invention meets the criterion of "industrial applicability", as evidenced by the following set of conditions:

the invention is intended for use in industry;

for the invention, as it is described in the independent claim, confirmed the possibility of its implementation using the steps described in the application of tools and techniques.

For experimental verification of the proposed composition was prepared 19 mixtures of components (table). The table shows not only the formulations of the compositions, but the results of their testing: this is the motor octane number, Reid vapor pressure, as well as the distribution coefficient detonation resistance (krbc).

Example 1. In a container mix the boiling temperature of 135-145oC (selected, for example, of the products of the reforming of straight-run gasoline, and so on), 8 kg of diisopropyl ether. The mixture was thoroughly stirred and to it through the bottom of the tank perelavlivaet 1 kg butane-pentanol faction. Ratio of initial components, and the results are shown in the table.

Examples 2-19. Was carried out as described in example 1. Data structures and their experimental verification is given in the table.

The table shows that the composition of the proposed compositions have high octane numbers and such vapor pressure, which allows to use them as summer and winter fuels.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to fuel compositions and methods of their production on the basis of petroleum heavy fractions, and also to utilization of oily wastes and by-products of petrochemical industry. The fuel composition contains 1-7 % of recovered oil products, 3-9 % of the heavy gas oil of a catalytic cracking or the heavy gas oil of the time-lagged carbonization, or the heavy pyrolized resin, or a vat residue of production of butyl alcohols, and the rest - the residual fuel oil. The composition is produced by a premixing of 10-70 % of recovered oil products with 30-90 % of the heavy gas oil of the catalytic cracking or heavy gas oil of a time-lagged carbonization, or the heavy resin, or the vat residue of production of butyl alcohols at the temperature of 20-70°C. The received mix is then commixed with the residual fuel oil at the temperature of 25-50°C with production of a quantitative structure of the above-stated fuel composition. Realization of the given invention allows to produce a stable fuel composition, to effectively utilize the recovered oil products, to use as stabilizers of the fuel mixture the available products of a petroleum and petrochemical rerefining, to reduce power inputs, to improve an air medium ecology, to obtain an economic effect at the expense of utilization of the oily wastes and by-products of oil refining and petrochemical industry and production of additional volumes of the residual fuel oil.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of a stable fuel composition, effective utilization of the recovered oil products, use of the available products of a petroleum and petrochemical rerefining as stabilizers of the fuel mixture, reduced power inputs, improved ecology, an economic efficiency.
