Hydropower plant consists of a gateway 1 with the walls 2 and a bottom 3. Gateway 1 has input and output gates (not shown). Hydropower plant works as follows.

When the gateway 1 is filled through the inlet valve, a hollow tank 9 is in its extreme upper position. At the same time from another cylinder cavity 4 through one of the check valves 14, the fluid passes into the discharge pipe 15, and then through the check valve 16 enters the tank 17 high pressure. When the hollow tank 9 reaches the extreme lower position, the gateway 1 open the discharge valve to completely remove the liquid. This closes the inlet 10 and open vypuskajut. Then in the gateway 1 close the outlet and open the inlet valve, and therefore fills gateway 1 liquid, and when it occurs is the rise of a hollow tank 9 to its extreme upper position. The process in the cylinder 4 is repeated only when reverse motion of the piston 5.

When making hollow cylinder 9 a series of vertical reciprocating movement of the discharge pipe 15 into the tank 17 is supplied to the liquid and creates a certain pressure. The liquid under the action of the generated pressure is supplied to the actuator 19, causing it to rotate. The actuator 19 is kinematically connected to the generator 20, which rotates, generates electricity. The return fluid in the exhaust pipe 21 enters the tank 22. Simultaneously, the tank 17 during the formation pressure in its upper part there is an air cushion 18, which protects the tank from 17 strains. At the same time when creating excess pressure in the tank 17 through the bypass valve 25 and pipe 26 carries out the overflow in the tank 22 from which the fluid through the check valve 23 and pipe 24 is poured into the gateway 1.

Nega, not suitable for major works. Construction of the proposed power plant will allow to use it where there are no energy sources, where it is difficult to transport, especially in mountainous regions, without flooding of fertile land.
