(57) Abstract:

Usage: construction, for the manufacture of prestressed concrete structures. The inventive device for tension reinforcement, containing connected with the cylinder housing, which is focusing in the hollow piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder yoke installed on it parallel to and equidistant from its longitudinal axis by a pair of punches to move them into the holes made in the side of the case. In the hollow rod is placed a plunger with the possibility of reciprocating movement therein and interaction with capture. The capture is made in the form of a sleeve with a tapered bore to wedge or sleeve and has an outer annular groove for connecting it with the device. In the process of tensioning the valve housing with the sleeve moves relative to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the plunger rests on the wedge or sleeve while pressing them in the sleeve. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 5 Il.

The invention relates to construction and is intended for the manufacture of prestressed concrete structures under flow-aggregate conveyor and methods for their production.

A device for netgene is made of on the rod of the power cylinder (SU, A. with. 444868, class E 04 G 21/12, 1974).

The disadvantages of this device are complicated to manufacture, and waste valves that cut off after the operation of the tension.

Closest to the present invention is a device for tensioning reinforcement, including the body of the hydraulic cylinder with a rod gripper with self-locking jaws (SU, and.with. 1165761, class E 04 G 21/12, 1985).

The disadvantage of this device is the design complexity of the engagement, having an external thread for sleeve, the locking taut armature, and that rests directly on the support rod has a through groove, i.e., bifurcated fork tip. Such design features of the device does not provide axial perception of effort on the rod, lead to reduced durability, increase of labor required for its operation.

The technical problem is to simplify the tensioning armature mechanically due to the possibility of simultaneous installation on the valve end of the anchor and its tension, reducing the complexity of installation in tension and increase its reliability and durability.

The task is solved in such a way that the device for tensioning the valve housing with an emphasis in stock crossmember with coaxially mounted on it a pair of punches, the cylinder rod is made hollow and is provided with installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement therein and interaction with the capture of the plunger, and the grip is made in the form of a sleeve with a tapered bore and an outer annular groove and located along the axis of the cylinder, while in the edge with holes for the punches and the slot to install the bushings. Moreover, the tapered bore of the sleeve grip is made with a cone angle of 10-50o.

The device differs from the well-known fact that in case it introduced an intermediate link, the traverse with the punches. Running head plate with the punches with emphasis in the support plate by a pair of punches, arranged in parallel on the traverse and equidistant from its longitudinal axis and with emphasis in the hollow rod cylinder head plate, provides a uniform transfer of force on the end surface of the rod, which increases the reliability and durability of the hydraulic cylinder and the device in General.

The capture is in the form of a sleeve with an outer annular groove to facilitate the reliability of fixing of reinforcement in the tensioning process. The presence of the conical holes in the sleeve and the hollow cylinder rod with locations in him plunger is tension producing pressuring wedges or sleeves for receiving an end of the anchor.

This design decision piston rod arrangement in it the plunger and sleeve makes it possible to carry out simultaneously the installation end of the anchor and the tensioning forces. The angle of taper of 10-50oprovides optimum clamping fittings anchoring devices. The design of the grip excluded threaded connection, which facilitates installation and removal of the device when the tension.

The device consists of a housing 1 connected to cylinder 2 in which is placed a hollow rod 3 located therein by the plunger 4. The shaft 3 abuts against the yoke 5 with the attached punches 6. At the end of the body 1 is placed a sleeve 7 with anchors 8 (wedges or sleeve).

The device operates as follows.

To the valve 9 wear bushing 7 anchor 8 (as anchors use wedges or sleeves). Through the axial hole in the end of the body 1, the sleeve 7 with the anchor 8 and valve 9 is introduced into engagement with the housing 1 of the device through the external number is extended in the yoke 5. Through the nozzle 11 into the cavity of the cylinder serves oil. The plunger 4 is moved to the sleeve 7 with the valve 9 and rests on the anchor 8. Moves the cylinder 2 from the base plate 10 together with the sleeve 7. When this sleeve 7, resting on the wedge or sleeve 8, presses them into itself, catching the valve 9, and moving from the base plate, pulls armature. Upon reaching the desired tension force in the reinforcement 9 oil flow through the nozzle 11 is stopped, and the valve is fixed. Thereafter, the oil flows through the fitting 12, the spindle 3 with the head plate 5 punches 6 and the piston 4 returns to its original position. Punches 6 removed from the base plate, the device is removed from the sleeve 7 and carry out concreting. After hardening the sleeve with the wedge removed and sent for reuse.

SUBSTANCE: drum around which wire for fastening reinforcing rods is wound is mounted in shaft arranged in housing. Annular recess is formed along edge of opening of housing. Diameter of said recess exceeds that of lower part of housing. At side of opening of housing drum has flange arranged in said annular recess. On inner peripheral surface of opening of drum boss there is dent for preventing drum separation from its mounting shaft. On outer edge surface of shaft there is mounting recess for engaging dent.

EFFECT: improved design preventing wire penetration into gap between housing and drum, enhanced operational reliability of drum and machine for binding reinforcing rods.

SUBSTANCE: reinforcing bar binder feeds wire while rotating a wire reel installed in chamber and binds reinforcing bars. The chamber comprises the first detecting means to detect wire reel rotation and the second detecting means to detect number of second wire reel parts to be detected during reel rotation by the first detecting means. Binder body is provided with control means to control the amount of fed wire or wire torque depending on the number of second parts detected by the second detecting means.

EFFECT: increased structural simplicity and provision of automatic regulation of fed wire amount and torque thereof.

Light reflected from detected object and light reflected from lid is received for determining difference between their intensity values.

SUBSTANCE: armature guy is carried out at first in angular cells on construction contour, then in central cell, after in cells adjoining to central cell on all central axis across construction, then on cells of layer adjoining to central layer of cells in direction to external contour and at the end cells located on construction perimeter. In angular cells an armature guy is made in spans between a corner pillar and the first from it in two axes on construction location. In cells adjoining to central cell, on all central axis a guy is made on longitudinal spans on construction location, on cells of a layer adjoining to central layer of cells, guy is made in two mutually perpendicular spans, beginning from central axes concerning central cell, thus guy on different parts is carried out by different devices.

EFFECT: increase of load-carrying capacity of construction floorings and reliability of devices for armature guy.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to construction engineering and can be used for binding of reinforcement cages of concrete products. Reinforcement hook contains shaft on one end of which handle is installed which can be rotated, and the second end of the shaft is tapered and bended as hook. Lever is hinged on the handle. The lever is capable to change position relative to handle. Two more levers are installed on shaft of reinforcement hook which levers can travel along hook and relative to each other and they are interconnected by elastic element. As a result due to simple fastening elements using, binding with wire pieces without loop is provided and production is cheapened.

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: mechanism is intended for attaching extended elements to each other, and especially such elements as reinforced bars and electric cables by means of at least one wire. Mechanism consists of two jaws (6, 7) moved down on the elements to be connected (8). There are provisions made for means (20) of supplying wire (12) along guide surface (10) of the first jaw (6) to guide surface of (11) the second jaw (7), thus forming a wire loop which envelopes the above elements on three sides, and in this case ends of this loop can be twisted on the fourth side of elements (8). Twisting means consist of device (14) rotating relative to jaws (6, 7) and guiding the wire (12) at its supply to jaw and removal from jaw.

EFFECT: providing possibility of wire straightening with overcoming the resistance by the value required for twisting the wire loop ends.

SUBSTANCE: reinforcing bar wire-tying machine incorporates wire drum with data detection and wire identification device designed to detect and identify wire on the drum flange side surface and allows wire twist force or feed amount control proceeding from the wire identification data detected in starting wire-tying with the help of the rotation detection lever. The drum comprises cylindrical bush with a pair of flanges on its sides and has an extending section on the outer side surface with a reflecting symbol on the bush outer side surface. The type of wire coiled around the said drum is determined from the number of disclosed reflecting symbols when the detection signal is input from the aforesaid lever. The wire data is detected at the drum high-rotation wire-tying speed, not in coiling the wire on the drum.

EFFECT: reliable wire-type data detection.

FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: method includes use of a piece of the wire as fastening element which part is bent with formation of the lug for grasp with reinforcement cage, fastening element supply under flooring of reinforcing bars, lug grasp with reinforcement cage, throwing of fastening element through it from condition of an arrangement of flooring of reinforcing bars in wire loop and a tightening of a loop several turns of the reinforcement cage at deduction of a tail of the fastening element. For this purpose use the manual delivery unit; the container with a holder for placing of the fastening elements is established in its case, submitting gear and a clip. The manual delivery unit is brought to flooring of reinforcing bars, the fastening element is taken from the container, and the fastening element supply under flooring of reinforcing bars is carried out by its telescopings by means of the delivery unit. Holding of a tail of the fastening element at tightening of a loop by turns of the reinforcement cage is performed by means of a clip of the mentioned device which sizes allow to carry out joining in close places.

EFFECT: labour productivity increases.

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: reinforcing bars of reinforced concrete structures are set into place and attached manually with a reinforcing hook using fasteners. A piece of wire is used as fastener, and some part thereof is bent into halves so that a closed or open loop with a tail piece can be formed of one or two wire strands. Reinforcing hook is equipped with a lock that allows maintaining the fastener's tail piece.

EFFECT: invention allows improving labour capacity when attaching bars by means of reinforcing hook.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used in machine for reinforcement material binding with wire. The reel is fitted with reel rotation control sensor. The reel has two flanges, inner cylinder area where reel mounting shaft is inserted, and outer cylinder area around which wire is spooled. Between inner and outer cylinder area there are multiple objects with quantitatively differing physical characteristics which objects are detected by reel rotation control sensor.

EFFECT: reliable wire consumption detection is provided.
