The invention relates to the production of multi-layer waterproof paper and can biogo paper laminate (DBSP).

A known method of manufacturing a multilayer paper for the major layers of decorative paper laminate comprising a grinding unbleached sulphate pulp, ebb outer and inner layers, connect them, pressing and drying, the cellulose for the outer layers to grind 21-230SHR and internal to 26-350SHR /1/.

This method allows you to get a paper with a capillary-porous structure, providing the necessary primariamente paper and uniform distribution of the binder. However, the technology of processing of such paper is low due to the lack of strength in the wet state.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a method of manufacturing a multilayer paper for the main (inner) layers of decorative paper laminate, including the refining of bleached Kraft hardwood pulp and unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp cooking fibrous suspension, the introduction blagopoluchnaya supplements polyaminoamidazolines resin, ebb outer and inner layers, connect them, pressing and drying. The grinding is subjected to a mixture of bleached sulphate Lis the suspension only for outer (top) layer and/or subsequent layers, the total mass of which is 25-50% of the total mass of all elementary layers. And vlagoperenosu additive is used in an amount of 0.1 to 0.3% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers each elementary layer /2/.

This known method of producing paper allows to increase the adaptability of its processing in plastic.

The aim of the invention is to increase the strength and impregnating paper properties and from the plastic while subsequent intensification of the process of paper recycling in plastic.

The aim is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing a multilayer paper for the major layers of decorative paper laminate, including the refining of bleached Kraft hardwood pulp and unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp cooking fibrous suspension, the introduction blagopoluchnaya supplements polyaminoamidazolines resin, ebb inner and outer layers connect them, pressing and drying, bleached sulphate hardwood pulp and unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp grind separately from milled bleached Kraft hardwood pulp preparing a suspension for low tide one of the outer layers of rasmala the additive is introduced in both suspension for tint all layers when this outer layer of bleached Kraft hardwood pulp moulded mass, component 15-50% of the total weight of all the layers. Vlagoperenosu additive in the suspension of bleached Kraft hardwood pulp is injected in a quantity of 0.05 to 0.15% by weight of the absolutely dry fiber, and the suspension of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp in the amount of 0.02-0,075% by weight of the absolutely dry fiber.

The use of different fibrous semi-finished products for the formation of individual elementary layers allows the material with directional separation of the functions of its layers due to morphological structure and boomgaarden properties of softwood and hardwood pulp. Layers made of long, strong, flexible fibers of softwood cellulose tape form, perform a reinforcing function, and a layer of a more elastic fibers hardwood pulp tubular performs impregnating smallbusinesses functions. Introduction blagopoluchnaya additives in all layers captures the capillary-porous structure of the paper and provides a high level of strength in the wet state multi-layer paper as a whole and at the same time, the surface strength of the outer layer of hardwood pulp and between the Oh of cellulose is not possible to obtain a material with simultaneously high strength and impregnating properties.

Example 1. Bleached sulphate hardwood pulp grind until 180SHR, unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp to 160SHR. From milled bleached Kraft hardwood pulp preparing a suspension for low tide one of the outer layers of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp suspension for all other layers. In a suspension of bleached hardwood pulp is injected polyaminoamidazolines resin "Cumene" in the amount of 0.05% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers in the suspension of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp impose the same resin in the amount of 0.075% by weight of the absolutely dry fiber. Cast four elementary layer, with one of the outer layers of the weight 24 g/m2comprising 15% by weight of all layers cast from a suspension of bleached hardwood pulp, and the remaining three layers of the suspension of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp. Elementary layers were combined, subjected to co-extrusion and drying. The resulting paper weight 1 m2equal to 160 g, analyze. Then the paper is processed in decorative paper laminate. Trying to enter the package-preparation of the following composition: 1 sheet of paper overlay impregnated with an aqueous solution of melamine-formaldehyde resin to the content of sweetjane binder 50% four sheet obtained in example 1 laminated paper, saturated aqueous solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin content of the binder 30% of one sheet (compensatory) obtained in example 1 laminated paper impregnated with an aqueous solution of a phenol-formaldehyde resin content of the binder 36% When the set of package blanks DBSP for the decorative layer is placed multilayer paper outer layer of bleached pulp to the top. In this case, the layer of bleached pulp acts as a protective barrier layer, which, together with the decorative layer provides the opacity of the surface layer of the laminate. A sample of the plastic on the strength of the pack is pressed at a temperature of 140oC and specific pressure of 10 MPa.

Example 2. Multi-layer paper and plastic get analogously to example 1. The difference lies in the fact that the degree of milling of hardwood pulp is 220SHR, softwood pulp 200SHR. In the fibrous suspension on the basis of the hardwood pulp is injected vlagoperenosu additive in the amount of 0.15% by weight of the absolutely dry fiber, and on the basis of softwood pulp to 0.05% by weight of the absolutely dry fiber. The weight of the outer layer of hardwood pulp is 80 g/m250% of the total weight of all the layers.

Example 3. Me cellulose is the 200SHR, softwood pulp 180SHR. In the fibrous suspension on the basis of hardwood pulp vlagoperenosu the additive is introduced in the amount of 0.125 per cent on the basis of softwood pulp 0.06% of the Weight of all layers of the same 40 g/m225% of the total weight of all the layers.

Example 4 (control). Multi-layer paper and plastic get analogously to example 1. The difference is that the degree of grinding of softwood and hardwood pulp same and is the 200SHR. The mass layer of hardwood pulp is 16 g/m210% of the total weight of all the layers.

Example 5 (control). Multi-layer paper and plastic get analogously to example 2. The difference is that the weight of the layer of hardwood pulp is 88 g/m255% by weight of all the layers.

Example 6 (the prototype). A mixture of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp bleached Kraft hardwood pulp at a ratio of 1:3 grind until 230SHR. From milled cellulose prepared fibrous suspension. In the suspension to reflux outer (top) layer, which weight is 25% of the total mass of all elementary layers, enter polyaminoamidazolines resin in the amount of 0.3% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers of this elementardalinu examples 1-5. The resulting paper is processed into plastic analogously to example 1. The difference lies in the fact that the rate of impregnation of the paper obtained in examples 1-5 was 110-120 m/min, and the paper obtained according to example 6, 90 m/min Mode of manufacturing multilayer paper are given in table. 1, the results of the analysis of the paper samples in the table. 2. The test results of samples of laminates of paper produced by the proposed and the known methods described in the table. 3.

Analysis of sample properties of laminated paper (PL. 2) shows that the proposed method allowed us to obtain a material with simultaneously higher strength and impregnating properties than the known method. Increases the strength of paper from 60 to 65-90 H. Significantly improved impregnating properties of paper: capillary absorption increases from 32 mm up to 36-40 mm Surface absorbency of the paper increases from 6 to 2-4 C.

Processing of multi-layer paper laminate showed the possibility of a seamless transfer of the deep impregnation of the base paper at high speed impregnating machine. Testing of samples TBSP showed that in laminated plastic, paper, obtained by the proposed method, the reinforcing layers in rochestie properties with a slight increase its water resistance.

Thus, the invention provides for achieving results and meets industrial applicability, as feasible on the existing equipment with the use of industrially produced semi-finished products and chemicals.
