The invention relates to the production of multi-layer paper and can be used in the pulp and paper industry for paper production for the major layers of decorative paper laminate.

A known method of manufacturing a multilayer paper for the major layers of decorative paper laminate, vkluchau connection and drying, for the exterior of elementary layers of cellulose grind 21-23oSHR, and for internal elementary layers to 26-35oSHR /1/.

This method allows you to get a paper with a capillary-porous structure, providing the necessary primariamente paper and uniform distribution of the binder when it is impregnated, but the technological processing of such paper in plastic impregnation fundamentals of aqueous solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin is low due to insufficient strength of the paper in the wet state.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a method of manufacturing a multilayer paper for the main (inner) layer of the decorative laminate, comprising the grinding of fibrous semi-finished product of a mixture of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp bleached Kraft hardwood pulp preparation of the crushed pulp fiber suspensions for different tint of elementary layers of the paper web, introduction to the suspension polyaminoamidazolines resin outflow of elementary layers, their connection and drying. While the above resin is injected into the suspension to reflux of the upper layer and/or schedulesthe 0.1 to 0.3% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers each elementary layer /2/.

In this way use the pulp that has passed, as usual, the machine, and hence heat treatment at drying, the degree of swelling of a mixture of softwood and hardwood pulp after the dissolution of the pulper is 110-115%

This known method of obtaining a multilayer paper allows to increase the manufacturability further processing it in plastic.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the paper and from the plastic while improving the technological process of paper recycling in plastic.

The aim is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing a multilayer paper for the major layers of plastic, including the grinding of the original fibrous semi-finished product on the basis of unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp preparation of the crushed pulp fiber suspensions for a variety of elementary layers of the paper web, introduction to the suspension polyaminoamidazolines resin outflow of elementary layers, connect them, pressing and drying, as a source of fibrous semi-finished product using a substrate containing unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp with a degree of swelling 140-150% and polyaminoamidazolines resin is Loew. And polyaminoamidazolines resin is used in amounts of 0.02 to 0.14% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers each elementary layer.

In the proposed method uses unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp supplied to the grinding liquid flow directly from the pulp mill, bypassing the machine and not subjecting to heat treatment during drying, leading to irreversible keratinization cellulose fibers. Use unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp with a degree of swelling 140-150% contributes to the rupture of the primary sheath fibers, exposed inner surface, facilitates the formation on the surface of the fibers of the finest microfibril. In addition, in the manufacture of paper from such fibers largely preserved internal channels and pores, the hydrophilicity and accessibility to the penetration of reagents than using fibers subjected to the irreversible process of keratinization. Introduction polyaminoamidazolines resin in the fibrous suspension for elementary layers, the weight of which is 50-100% of the total weight of all layers, fixes "loosened" capillary-porous structure and creates using the minimum amount of resin high strength is absorbed.

The introduction of the resin in suspension for elementary layers, the weight of which is less than 50% by weight of all the layers, that is less than the specified formula limits, leads to the necessity of increasing the resin concentration in the upper layers of the paper. This can cause difficulties when it is wet pressing, and also lead to differences in capillary-porous structure of paper, which can further impede rapid, uniform and seamless transfer impregnated laminated paper on high-speed impregnating equipment.

Example 1. Laminated paper obtained as follows. Take as starting prefabricated fibrous substrate, containing 100% unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp with a degree of swelling 140% i.e. pulp coming from the pulp mill liquid flow, and grind until 20oSHR. From milled cellulose prepared fibrous suspension to tint all of the elementary layers. In the resulting suspension is injected polyaminoamidazolines resin "Cumene" in the amount of 0.05% of absolutely dry fiber, that is, in this example, the resin is introduced into the suspension for elementary layers, the weight of which is 100% of the total mass of all elementary layers. Cast four ale is assay 1 m2equal to 160 g, analyze. Then the paper is processed in decorative paper laminate. Trying to enter the package-preparation of the following composition: one sheet of paper overlay impregnated with an aqueous solution of melamine-formaldehyde resin content binder of 70% of one sheet of decorative paper impregnated with the aqueous solution of melamine-formaldehyde resin content binder 50% four sheet obtained in example 1 laminated paper impregnated with an aqueous solution of a phenol-formaldehyde resin content of the binder 30% of one sheet (compensatory) obtained in example 1 laminated paper impregnated with an aqueous solution of a phenol-formaldehyde resin content of the binder 36% of the Sample of plastic on the strength of the pack is pressed at a temperature of 140oC and specific pressure of 10 MPa.

Example 2. Multi-layer paper and plastic get analogously to example 1. The difference is that the grinding is subjected to cellulose with a degree of swelling of 150% of refining lead to 16oSHR, the resin "Cumene" in the amount of 0.14% by weight of the absolutely dry fiber is introduced into the fibrous suspension to reflux the top three layers, the weight of which is 50% of the total weight of all the layers.

Example 3. Mnogosloino is no 18oSHR, the resin "Cumene" enter in the amount of 0.07% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers in the fibrous suspension for the top three layers, the weight of which is 85% of the total mass of the layer.

Example 4 (control). Multi-layer paper and plastic get analogously to example 1. The difference is that vlagoperenosu additive (Kymene") is introduced into the fibrous suspension to the upper layers, the weight of which is 48% of the total weight of all the layers.

Example 5 (the prototype). Laminated paper obtained as follows. As a source of fibrous semi-finished product take pulp folder unbleached coniferous sulphate pulp bleached Kraft hardwood pulp, dissolving in the pulper at a ratio of 1:3. The degree of swelling of the mixture of cellulose after the dissolution is 110% of the fibrous suspension is subjected to grinding to 23oSHR. From milled cellulose prepared fibrous suspension: for outflow of the upper layer is injected polyaminoamidazolines resin in the amount of 0.3% by weight of the absolutely dry fibers elementary layer. Cast four-layer paper with a weight of 1 m2equal to 160 g, pressed and dried analogously to examples 1-5. The resulting processed into paper, is received by examples 1-4, was 100-110 m/min, and the paper obtained in example 5 - 90 m/min

The modes of production of a multilayer paper are given in table. 1, the results of the analysis of the paper samples in the table. 2. The results of the analysis of laminates of paper produced by the proposed and the known methods described in the table. 3.

Analysis of sample properties of laminated paper (PL. 2) indicates that the paper produced by the proposed method has more high strength properties (both dry and wet) and impregnating properties. Increase impregnating paper properties (capillary absorption from 32 mm up to 34-36 mm, and the speed of propitiatory with one-sided wetting from 6 up to 3-4 (C) makes it possible to increase the speed of impregnating machine. It can be successfully implemented due to the increase of strength properties of paper in dry and wet conditions. A fairly uniform distribution blagopoluchnaya additive provides improved manufacturability of paper recycling in laminated plastic and improvement of its quality.
