SUBSTANCE: tool has shaping surface designed for deforming aluminum blank at relative motion of said blank and tool. Shaping surface of tool is made of material preventing aluminum sticking onto it, for example from nickel base alloy containing more than 74 mass % of nickel. Tool may be in the form of roll or drawing die. Nickel base alloy may contain cobalt in quantity not exceeding 0.7 mass %. SUBSTANCE: die set includes upper and lower plates. Punch holders where punches with cutting edges are mounted are arranged in upper plate. Lower plate includes die unit, unit with holes for removing blank and guides for punches. Dies with cutting edges and working window are mounted in die unit. Die set may have several punches and dies but no more than five. Dies, punches with punch holders and punch guides are mounted with possibility of rotation and they are provided with rotary pinions and members for fixing their rotation angle. Rotary pinions are mounted in upper part of punches. Members for fixing rotation angle of punches are arranged in punch holders. Graduations of punch rotation angle, of guides of punches with rotary pinions and dies with rotary pinions are applied onto punch guides.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of die set due to shortening time period of operation for trimming festoons at making thin-wall envelopes.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pressing blank through annular forming device by means of unit having plunger, punch and collector. Punch is mounted in distal end of plunger. Inner surface of punch is arranged around outer surface of plunger. Collector is joined with proximal end of plunger. Large number of inlet pipes is used for supplying cooling fluid to inner surface of punch and around outer surface of distal end of plunger. Large number of outlet pipes is used for discharging cooling fluid from inner surface of punch. Said inlet and outlet pipes are arranged mutually in parallel.
EFFECT: highly uniform cooling of punch.

Said plate carries mounted telescopically blanking and drawing annular sections; one drawing section is provided with shoulder. On non-working ends of drawing sections unclamping rings are mounted. Said rings may engage with respective beads of drawing punch and drawing section. Levers whose one ends are jointly secured to said columns act through their other ends upon intermediate plate.
