(57) Abstract:

The inventive method of manufacturing equipment for hot stamping of sheet blanks is in the manufacture of steel matrix form parts, casting it zinc punch, pre-fit the plug on the matrix by removing metal by mechanical means. The final fit of the punch through the matrix produced by the space between the matrix and punch blanks, heat-contact method and multiple clamping die tooling under the force of the press. 1 Il.

The invention relates to a pressure treatment of metals, in particular, to the manufacture of tooling for hot forming of parts from sheet blanks difficult-to-deform alloys.

Known combined matrix stamp for falling hammers and method of its manufacture (SU, and.with. N 85995, CL 21 D 37/00, 1978). The matrix consists of a steel cladding to the working surface and the base of the fill in a steel casing cement mortar or fusible non-deficient alloy. Known matrix can be used only during cold deformation of workpieces of relatively legkodeformiruemyh alloys, because of the heat given the Sona by casting it in the matrix due to its heating. Manufacturer of punch by mechanical fit is very time consuming.

There is also known a method of manufacturing tooling for stamping on the falling hammers (Gromov A. N. and other parts are manufactured from sheets and profiles during production. M Oboroniat, 1960, S. 344), in which the matrix is made of zinc, iron or plastic by casting into the ground with the subsequent processing on the coordinate milling machines and locksmith's work on the templates, and plug casting in the treated matrix. Due to the shrinkage of the material of the punch during its cooling and for final fit of the punch through the matrix cast punches are processed mechanically. Processing is usually performed on milling machines from templates. For tuning of individual sizes and finishing are used abrasive and polishing wheels, and in some places the scraper. The main disadvantage of this method is its high complexity.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the complexity of manufacturing of die tooling.

To achieve this goal, the final fit of the punch through the matrix produced by the space between the matrix and punch blanks, heat electrocontact the distinctive signs, specified in the claims, is not found in other industries, which makes this solution meets the criterion of "significant differences".

The proposed method of manufacturing equipment for hot stamping of sheet blanks of hard alloys is the production of steel matrix 1 (drawing) form parts, casting it zinc punch with 2 pre-fit it in the matrix, the space between the matrix and punch the workpiece 3, it is heated by the electric-contact method and multiple closing die tooling under the force of the press on which it is installed. The final and most time-consuming fit plug 2 of the matrix 1 (taking into account the thickness of the stamped part 3) is performed directly on the press, where the mouth is the cover with asbattery 4, the sheet 3 is placed over the matrix 1, include heat-contact method (through pre-fixed terminal 5) to the required temperature, turn up the heat and carry out the closure of a matrix and a punch mounted on the press slide, with a given force, after which the punch is returned to its original position. The last action, since heating of the workpiece, repeat repeatedly (at least 10 times). As a result of heating of the surface layer of the punch from the workpiece and repeated exposure compressive efforts, the surface of the punch "smoothed" and takes the form that exactly matches the form of a matrix taking into account the thickness of the workpiece. It requires no additional mechanical fit of the punch.

The proposed method was tested for the manufacture of die tooling for hot stamping of sheet resistance VT20. Matrix (drawing) made of steel, the punch of zinc alloy cast by the matrix. After a preliminary fit of the punch through the matrix snap-in installed on a hydraulic press NUS-250. The matrix was covered with asbattery at-1 according to GOST 6102-78. In addition, if a stamping parts be carried out immediately after adjustment of the punch through the matrix, it has a positive effect on the quality of formation of parts, as the stamp is in the process of fitting punch through the matrix is heated by the heated billet.

SUBSTANCE: tool has shaping surface designed for deforming aluminum blank at relative motion of said blank and tool. Shaping surface of tool is made of material preventing aluminum sticking onto it, for example from nickel base alloy containing more than 74 mass % of nickel. Tool may be in the form of roll or drawing die. Nickel base alloy may contain cobalt in quantity not exceeding 0.7 mass %. Total content of nickel and cobalt in such alloy consists 97.6 mass %, impurities are the balance.

SUBSTANCE: die set includes upper and lower plates. Punch holders where punches with cutting edges are mounted are arranged in upper plate. Lower plate includes die unit, unit with holes for removing blank and guides for punches. Dies with cutting edges and working window are mounted in die unit. Die set may have several punches and dies but no more than five. Dies, punches with punch holders and punch guides are mounted with possibility of rotation and they are provided with rotary pinions and members for fixing their rotation angle. Rotary pinions are mounted in upper part of punches. Members for fixing rotation angle of punches are arranged in punch holders. Graduations of punch rotation angle, of guides of punches with rotary pinions and dies with rotary pinions are applied onto punch guides.

Said recess is in the form of dead opening with non-pliable lateral walls. Working part is used as bottom of dead opening and it is in the form of plug made of material whose hardness exceeds that of material of receiving part. Plug is arranged (at side turned from worked plate) in dead opening providing geometry closing.

EFFECT: enhanced strength, increased useful life period of tool, lowered cost for making it.

SUBSTANCE: die holder with blanking and drawing dies is rigidly mounted on lower plate of die set. Drawing dies are made of antifriction polymeric materials. Central drawing punch having drawing portion and bead in lateral surface is mounted on upper plate. In lower plate spring-loaded intermediate plate is mounted with use of columns. Said plate carries mounted telescopically blanking and drawing annular sections; one drawing section is provided with shoulder. On non-working ends of drawing sections unclamping rings are mounted. Said rings may engage with respective beads of drawing punch and drawing section. Levers whose one ends are jointly secured to said columns act through their other ends upon intermediate plate.

EFFECT: improved quality, reduced cost price of parts.
