The invention relates to the field of construction roll roofing and waterproofing materials. Proposed roll roofing material with high elasticity and resistance to frost with preservation of the basic operational properties, including film-forming, elastic filler, plasticizer and modifier additive in the following ratios, wt. hours: polyvinyl chloride 51,0 - 54,0; rubber SKD or SKN-26 1.5 - to 3.5; rubber powder 25,0 - 27,0; dioctylphthalate 9,5 - 10,5; rosin 2,3 - 2,6; chloroparaffin the 6.5 to 11.5; rubber liquid SKN-26-IA 3,0 - 6,0. table 2.

There are various compositions used to produce roofing and waterproofing materials, including film-forming, elastic filler, plasticizer and modifying additives. However, these technological solutions make it possible to obtain coatings with low physical-mechanical characteristics and resistance to frost.

Closest to the proposed to the technical essence and the achieved result is rolled to the or butadiene-nitrile (SKN-26) rubber, rubber powder, dioctylphthalate, rosin and chloroparaffin. This composition has good heat resistance, durability, but the lack of elasticity and resistance to frost. The solution we adopted for the prototype.

This objective is achieved in that the roll roofing material, including film-forming, elastic filler, plasticizer and modifier additive additionally contains, as modificarea supplements, liquid NBR SKN-26-IA, in the following ratio, wt.h.

The use of liquid oligomeric butadiene-nitrile rubber SKN-26-IA, as a modifying additive, improves plasticization of the polymeric ingredients in the composition, increasing the elasticity and resistance of the material as a whole. The composition is prepared as follows.
