SUBSTANCE: cardboard has one of layers containing additives of metal salt, metal oxide or enzymes for decomposing of disinfecting composition, in particular, hydrogen peroxide, or reacting therewith for obtaining of gas serving as barrier for penetration of the given disinfecting composition through edges into cardboard.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in protecting of cardboard from penetration of disinfecting composition into cardboard and, accordingly, into liquid food.

SUBSTANCE: food slice consists of two or more products, for instance, nut paste and jelly. Proposed method provides simultaneous and separate transfer of each of two or more products to place of extrusion, control of water activity of two or more products either before and after separate transfer of products, simultaneous and separate extrusion of each of food products and injection of food products into tubular film web which is sealed in longitudinal direction. Food products are combined into preset portion of food using method of portion control which changes speed of extrusion basing on amount of available portion of food product. Food products inside packed portion preserve their identity. Then portion of food products is sealed inside flexible film. Invention provides slice in form of cohesion mass containing two or more different food products with possibility of simultaneous complete release of food products from wrap by hand which is sufficient for holding, handling, eating or using food products in other places as need be.

SUBSTANCE: proposed container for solid, pasty and also liquid and loose products, particularly, food products, contains lower part to receive product and upper part made in form of container cover. Film is applied to lower part to be separated when opening lower part of container closed by upper part. Lower part of container has closed projecting edge passing around hole of container on which upper part is secured with possibility of disconnection. Circular recess is made on section of edge in upper part of container to receive edge of container lower part. Bottom of recess is formed by film applied to upper part of container. Recess is made in form of slot, and edge is made in form of ridge in cross section, so that when edge is fitted in recess, "slot-ridge" joint is formed. Proposed container is easy to open, breaking of film when opening container cover is prevented, and cover itself is not damaged at opening. Such container is easy to manufacture and is not expensive.

Valve assembly comprises jointing flange made completely or partially from electrically conducting synthetic material and representing threaded flange with valve body screwed therein. Jointing flange is connected with the support or container outer facing by conductor.

SUBSTANCE: coating composition contains a polyvinyl chloride polymer, an acrylic resin which is preferably a polymer obtained from monomer acrylates or methacrylates, such as acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, propyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, pentyl acrylate, hexyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, propyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, pentyl methacrylate, hexyl methacrylate resins, copolymer resins of said components or mixtures thereof, a cross-linking agent which is obtained from phenol, para-tert-butylphenol, xylenol or mixture thereof, and formaldehyde, an additive, a dye and a solvent component, and the composition essentially does not contain bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (BADGE) and bisphenol A resin. The coatings are suitable for containers made from three parts, as well as for metal cans made through deep-drawing. The coatings are particularly useful for covers which are torn in order to open due to their unusual flexibility and resistance to sterilisation.
EFFECT: composition provides coatings for metal cans which have suitable flexibility, resistance to scratching, adhesion and sterilisation during processing while in contact with food.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of packaging materials for food products and beverages, particularly barrier films, laminated packaging materials and packaging containers. The barrier film has a base polymer film and a barrier layer containing an inorganic oxide deposited on the base film via gas-phase deposition. The layer of inorganic oxide is additionally coated with a healing layer of cross-linked organopolysiloxane which is covalently bonded with the inorganic layer. The laminated packaging material has a barrier film. The packaging container is made from said barrier film.
EFFECT: packaging material has good barrier properties with respect to oxygen and water vapour, improved strength and softness.
