(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a method for regenerating catalyst for the dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins and can be used in petrochemistry. The catalyst for the dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins containing alkali metal on a solid inorganic carrier handle kubovy product distillation column under allocation of 1-hexene process of dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins in the presence of a catalyst containing alkali metal on a solid inorganic carrier. The treatment is carried out at the space velocity of the cubic product on the catalyst of 0.5 - 1.0 h-1, 50 - 100oC for 8 to 16 hours followed by purging the catalyst with hydrogen. Purging should be performed at 50 - 400oC, a pressure of 0.35 to 3.5 MPa, for 3 to 5 hours Method allows to increase mainegenealogy period, stable operation of the catalyst and the average performance of the catalyst. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 1 Il., table 2.

The invention relates to a method for regenerating catalyst for the dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins containing alkali metal on a solid inorganic carrier and can be used is imerissia lower olefins, containing sodium on the potash [1] in which the process is carried out at a temperature of 200oC purge hydrogen under pressure of 3.5 MPa for 3 hours

The disadvantages of this process lie in the formation of pyrophoric liquid products of regeneration, increased consumption of hydrogen.

The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method [2] in which regeneration of the catalyst in the dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins containing alkali metal on a solid medium, in particular sodium on the potash, carried out by blowing hydrogen or hydrogen-containing gas at 50 400oC and a pressure of 0.35 to 3.5 MPa.

The disadvantages of this method include low time mezhregionalnogo period, the short duration of stable operation of the regenerated catalyst and increased consumption of hydrogen.

The purpose of the invention increase mezhregionalnogo period, the duration of stable operation of the catalyst and reducing the consumption of hydrogen.

This goal is achieved by the described method for regenerating catalyst for the dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins containing alkali metal on a solid inorganic carrier by Obrenovi in the presence of a catalyst, containing alkali metal on a solid inorganic carrier, at the space velocity of the cubic product on the catalyst 0,5 1,0 h-1, a temperature of 50 100oC for 8 to 16 h and then purging the catalyst with hydrogen.

Preferably, the purge hydrogen is carried out at 50 400oC, a pressure of 0.35 to 3.5 MPa, for 3 to 5 hours

Distinctive features of the method are that the catalyst before the purge hydrogen is treated kubovy product column under allocation of 1-hexene process of dimerization and codimerization of lower olefins in the presence of a catalyst containing alkali metal inorganic solid carrier under these conditions.

The method is illustrated by the scheme shown in the drawing.

The propylene feedstock from the container 1 serves to alternately operating the reactors 2 and 3, from which the reaction mixture is directed to the separation in the distillation column 4 8 consistently allocate on line 9 recycled propylene, line 10 light fraction, line 11 methylpentan-1 (4-MP-1), line 12 hexene-1. Recycled propylene (line 12) is mixed with the original propylene on line 13. CBM product of the column 8 through line 14 is directed to obraztsy with a bulk velocity of 0.5 to 1.0 h-1when 50 100oC for 8 to 16 hours After treatment of the catalyst last rinsed with hydrogen under a pressure of 0.35 to 3.5 MPa, at 50 400oC, for 3 to 6 hours

Products cleaning and purging of the catalyst fed to the distillation column 15, the product top which accumulate in the vessel 16, and then through line 17 is directed to regeneration. VAT residue column 15 assign line 18, is mixed with kubovy product column 8, taken along the line 19 (Fig. not shown), and sent for recycling.

Data examples to illustrate the method, are given in table. 1 and 2. In table. 1 presents the performance conditions of the process table. 2 - the results obtained here.

From the presented data it follows that the described method allows to increase mainegenealogy period of stable operation of the catalyst and the average performance of the catalyst.
