The invention relates to pulp and paper production and can be used in the manufacture of high-grade papers, such as drawing, drawing, base for photosensitive, tetrad, writing, printing.

Known composition paper pulp, comprising a fibrous semi-finished product, a filler, a sizing agent (glue rosin modified mark TM or GM) and coagulant /1/.

Famous paper weight does not increase the hydrophobicity of the paper, and does not contribute to increasing the degree of retention of the filler in the finished product.

As the fibrous semi-finished products used coniferous sulphite bleached pulp, sulphate bleached hardwood pulp and sulphate softwood bleached pulp. In use as a filler kaolin, titanium dioxide, planfix. As rosin, modified rosin product is used, modified monoethylcellosolve ether maleic acid. As coagulant use aluminum sulfate or alum.

This composition paper pulp are not able to increase the hydrophobicity of the paper without increasing the consumption of rosin modified product, and does not increase the destructive efforts in the dry state and the degree of retention of the filler.

The aim of the invention is to increase the quality of paper by increasing hydrophobicity, breaking stress in the dry state and the degree of retention of the filler.

The proposed paper weight differs from the known fact that as rosin modified product it sod is soperton, obtained in the production of 2-ethylhexanol, or with primary fatty alcohols fraction C10-C18 in the following ratio of components:

As the fibrous semi-finished composition may contain sulfide white pine pulp, sulphate bleached hardwood pulp and sulphate softwood bleached pulp.

As filler paper pulp may contain kaolin, titanium dioxide, blantex, and as a coagulant aluminium sulphate or alum.

The entity receiving the modified rosin product is that you first carry out a modification of rosin anhydride and 1:(0,045 - 0,06), and then higher fatty alcohols in equimolar with respect to maleic anhydride. As a source of raw material for rosin, modified rosin product is used (gum or extraction), maleic anhydride and primary higher fatty fatty alcohols fraction C10-C18).

The essence of the synthesis of modified resin used in the proposed paper pulp, illustrated by example.

Example (invention). In a reactor equipped with a mechanical stirrer with a trap, thermometer and reflux condenser, load 1 wt.h. rosin, heated to 120oC and with stirring of 0.045 wt. including maleic anhydride. The mixture was kept at a temperature of 185oC for 1 hour. Then add 0,0986 wt.h. higher aliphatic alcohols and maintained at 200oC for 6 hours. The obtained rosin modified product 90% neutralized 20% aqueous solution of caustic soda and get glue containing 70% of dry residue.

Getting a paper from paper pulp according to the invention is carried out in the traditional way of production Klinik types of paper.

The invention is illustrated by examples.

Example 1 (invention). Pulp is prepared of the following composition, wt.h.

The composition of the paper pulp are presented in table 1; the properties of the paper in table 2.

Other examples are performed analogously to example 1 and differ in the composition of the fibrous material (cellulose sulphite white coniferous, bleached sulfate pulp coniferous, bleached sulfate pulp of deciduous), filler (kaolin, blantex, titanium dioxide), modified rosin product (composition of higher fatty alcohols: Axel grade, Axel grade B and aliphatic alcohols fraction C10-C18) and of coagulant (alum, aluminum sulfate). Properties of the paper are also presented in table 2.

Table 2 shows that the paper is made from paper pulp, containing a rosin-modified product of the interaction of rosin and monoether maleic anhydride with Absolom grade a or Absolom grade B or with primary fatty alcohol fraction C10-C18, have improved properties compared with the prototype. The degree of sizing bar method increased by 15-30% absorption of water by one-sided wetting decreased by 10-20% destructive force in the dry state and the degree of retention of the filler is increased by 10-25%

Essentially anhydrous and an aqueous sizing compositions comprise gluing substance, non-ionogenic surface-active substance, an anionic surface-active substance and a monohydric alcohol. Method for preparing an aqueous composition involves homogenization of gluing substance in the presence of surface-active substances and monohydric alcohol. Invention provides preparing sizing compositions that can be homogenized easily, i. e. they represent dispersions or emulsions formed by application of insignificant shearing forces, for example, such as stirring and provides preparing sizing compositions that are stable in storage.

EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of compositions.

SUBSTANCE: glue composition includes perchlorovinyl resin, plasticiser and adhesion-increasing additive. Composition additionally contains hydroxylated 1,2-polybutadiene or hydroxylated syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in quantity from 1 to 15 wt.p.; hydroxylated 1,2-polybutadiene with average weight molecular weight from 8000 to 12000 being applied. Degree of hydroxylation in hydroxylated 1,2-polybutadiene consistitutes from 2 to 27%.
