The inventive primer composition, comprising, by wt.%.: butadienestyrene rubber 100, bitumen 5 to 20, carbon black 10 - 40 and talc 5 - 10, taken in the ratio from 1 : 2 to 4 : 1, sulfur 1 - 5 and a 20% solution of 4, 4', 4" - triphenyltetrazolium in dichloromethane or ethyl acetate, 1 to 10, and an oil solvent. table 2.

The invention relates to the field of polymeric compositions used as a primer coating for insulation of pipes in the factory by extrusion coating to the primed pipe surface of molten polyethylene.

Closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the composition of the invention is a composition comprising rubber, bitumen modifier, corrosion inhibitor, oil solvent.

An object of the invention is to increase the adhesion / cohesion strength of the coating.

The technical result of the invention allows to increase the adhesion and cohesive strength of the coating due to the fact that priming compositions 4, 4', 4" triphenyltetrazolium in dichloromethane or ethyl acetate, as texturing agents fine fillers, carbon black and talc contains bitumen, and also contains an organic solvent in the following ratio, wt.h.

Technology of preparation of the composition is as follows.

As a solvent of the primer can be used in gasoline, BR-1, Br-2, B-70 (GOST 443-76).

Composition contains butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer (DST-30R-01), epoxide dian resin (ED-20), indene-cumaron resin, phenyl-2-naphthalene, polymethylsiloxane liquid (PMS-200), pigment filler "Prokal", chromium oxide, tetrabutyl orthotitanate, and organic solvents: toluene and/or xylene. Proposed composition can be applied at negative temperatures and temperature below dew point while anticorrosive coating formed therefrom is less inflammable and is stable in media of wet loose mineral fertilizers.

EFFECT: reduced inflammability and increased resistance to wet loose mineral fertilizers.
