The invention relates to a traction mechanisms, mounting, which will be used for repair, handling in various industries. Essence: the winch in the first embodiment includes wear ring, made in the form of two tees with threaded holes interconnected by an adjusting screw, and the first tee is placed between the cheek and has a hole to install it on the secondary axis, and the second tee, placed between the rocker arm has a hole for the rocker arm shaft. The second option clamps winches have a slanted end plane at an angle of 60-80o. The invention relates to mechanisms for lifting and lowering loads on construction sites and can be used for repair, loading and unloading operations in various sectors of the economy.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed technical solution is a winch, comprising a housing with a cavity in which is located a thrust associated with the front and rear grippers, each of which consists of two cheeks, between which the axes installed rocker, shaped cutouts are placed axle szhimy with grooves, the tension mechanism, the rope with the hook and the handle forward or reverse /2/.

A disadvantage of the known winch, taken as a prototype, is a short-term operation due to significant wear mechanism of seizures.

The aim of the invention is to design a winch with a longer service life, reliable in operation while increasing its capacity.

These technical results are achieved by the fact that according to the first variant in the winch, comprising a housing with a cavity in which is located a thrust associated with the front and rear grippers, each of which includes two cheeks, between which the axes installed rocker, shaped cutouts are placed axle szhimy with grooves, the tension mechanism, the rope with the hook and the handle forward or reverse, each gripper is equipped with wear, made in the form of two tees with threaded holes interconnected by an adjusting screw the first tee is placed between the cheek and has a hole to install it on an axis, and the second tee, placed between the rocker arm has a hole for the axis associated with the rocker.

Constructive performance wear can increase the lifetime of the winch, to increase reliability and capacity.

The adjusting screw in the middle part has an element of "turnkey", which ensures the performance of the compensator.

This allows you to increase the lifetime of the winch, to improve the reliability and capacity by increasing the areas of the circumference of the rope grooves of szhimy.

According to the third variant of the invention in the winch combined the previous two options for performing grabs. In the hoist, comprising a housing with a cavity in which is located a thrust associated with the front and rear grippers, each of which includes two cheeks, between which the axes installed rocker, shaped cutouts are placed axle szhimy with grooves, the tension mechanism, the rope with the hook and the handle forward or reverse, each gripper is equipped with wear, made in the form of two tees with resebomaima hole for installation on the axle, and the second tee, placed between the rocker arm has a hole for the axis associated with the rocker arm, while the slanted end plane of szhimy angled 60-80o.

This allows you to more fully solve the problem.

The adjusting screw in the middle part has an element of "turnkey", and cheeks made grooves under the axis of the second tee of the wear ring and the window in the area of the element turnkey adjustment screw.

The Association of the three technical solutions is because they refer to objects of the same type, same destination, providing the same technical result.

Winch (Fig. 1) includes a housing 1, made for example, of thin sheet steel and consists of two halves connected by four bolts 2, provided with handles front 3 and rear 4 stroke. The handle of the front turn 3 represents the two shoulders of the lever 5, which is seated on the axle 6 supported on two bearings 7, placed in the lid of the housing 1. With tie rods 8 and 9 two shoulders lever 5 is connected with the front 10 and 4 stroke. Two shoulders of the reversing lever 4 is planted on the axis 14, is placed in a longitudinal groove of the housing of the winch. The axis 14 in turn is connected by means of clips 15 and a spring 16 and take-down screw 17, supported on the housing 1 of the winch. Using the sleeve 18 and guy wire 17 to regulate the tension of the spring 16.

Each gripper 10, 11 consists of the cheeks 19, 20 similar in construction, between which the axis 21 planted two plate rocker 22. The cheeks 19, 20 grippers 10, 11 fastened together three enclosures 23 by means of nuts 24.

The winch is equipped with a wear ring 29 (Fig. 1, 4, 5) made in the form of two tees 30, 31 with the screw ostertagi 35. Right (second) tee 31 is placed between the rocker arm 22 has a hole 38 for the axis 21 of the rocker. The adjusting screw 34 in the middle part has a crosspiece 39 turnkey. In the cheeks 20 is made a groove 40 at the axis 21 of the right tee 31 and the window 41 in the area of the jumper 39 turnkey adjusting screw 34 (Fig. 5).

On the housing 1 of the winch in the area of the arm reverse 4 performed a longitudinal groove with cavity 42 (Fig. 1).

In the front part of the housing 1 includes a hook 43 for securing the winch to an anchor (not shown) or hanging it at work, at the rear entrance bushing 44, which serves to direct the rope 27.

The winch uses a steel rope with a metal core. The hook 43 is equipped with a safety lock 45.

The winch is equipped with detachable lever 46 for lifting, lowering and movement of cargo (Fig. 1). The lever 46 is a connection between two pipes that are members of one another. Pipe of larger diameter is worn to handle 3 or the handle 4 depending on the raising or lowering of the load.

The winch operates as follows.

Work lead the clamp rope 27 with a force, proportional to the load, and promote it in the appropriate direction. To move cargo must be worn sliding the lever 46 on the front end of the handle stroke 3 (rear 4), and make sure that the lever is securely wrapped around the handle. Next, produce a lever smooth rocking motion, with the front 10 and rear 11 grips will move with two shoulders of the lever 5 and the rods 8, 9, 12, 13 in opposite directions, alternately tightening the rope 27. The winch on the principle use of friction-slip, resource and capacity depend on the area of the crimping of the rope grooves 27 of szhimy 25, 26. To produce billets of szhimy and tees wear is possible machining, and stamping or casting. The latter is preferable due to lower costs and consistent quality.

The invention can be used in commercially available traction mechanisms, mounting type MTM-1,6, MTM is 3.2, which will significantly increase the operating life of 4 times and capacity by 20% from the original.

The drum is made in the form of three coils of winding of guys of the first, second and third tiers, each of which is fixed on a shaft, each of which is fixed on an additionally introduced bracket.
