(57) Abstract:

Usage: the invention relates to conveyor equipment. The inventive device for intermediate unloading belt conveyor contains mounted on the stationary frame by means of the rotary bracket convex discharge roller located under the upper branch of the conveyor belt and the drive of the lifting and lowering roller. The drive of the lifting and lowering of the roller made in the form of built-in discharge roller motor associated with gear. One of the gears, the gears are installed on the fixed frame and the other of the gear wheels on the swivel bracket, the device sabiendo emphasis for fixing the working and idle positions of the discharge roller. 5 Il.

The invention relates to conveyor equipment, namely, devices for intermediate unloading bulk material from the conveyor belt, and can be used in beneficiation and sintering plants, blending the folds of coal and ore pretreatment enterprises, etc.

A device for intermediate unloading conveyor belt, in which the storm of lnvar between the main grooved roller carriages. The rise of each of the discharge roller is carried out by means of mechanical or hydraulic drive.

However, the structural complexity of the device makes it bulky, expensive to manufacture and, moreover, does not provide security works in harsh mining conditions.

The objective of the invention to simplify the design, reduce the size of the device, as well as increased safety for maintenance of the pipeline.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the device for intermediate unloading belt conveyor, containing mounted on the stationary frame by means of the rotary bracket convex discharge roller located under the upper branch of the conveyor belt and the drive of the lifting and lowering roller, according to the proposed solution, the actuator is made in the form of built-in discharge roller motor associated with gear, with one of the gears, the gears are installed on the fixed frame and the other gears on the swivel bracket, the device is equipped with a stop for fixing the working and idle positions of the discharge roller.

Thus, the panel is built into the housing of the discharge roller. The ability to use a motor of lower power stems from the fact that in the proposed design for the rotation of the roller requires less effort than in the known device, where the roller is connected to the actuator by means of the lifting device. Simplification and compactness of the device increase, in turn, the safety in the operation of the pipeline.

In Fig. 1 shows the proposed device in an unusable state, and Fig. 2 is a profile projection; Fig. 3 the device is in working condition; Fig. 4 the same profile projection Fig. 3; Fig. 5 structural scheme of the device.

Device for intermediate unloading, located between a standard roller conveyor includes a discharge roller 1 (Fig. 1) mounted on the frame 2 of the device, pivotally connected with a support 3 mounted on the frame of the conveyor. In case the discharge roller is mounted the electric motor 4 (Fig. 5), the output end of the shaft 5 which transmits rotation to the gear wheel 6 7 8 9 outdoor gear. This toothed wheel 6 7 8 rotate on the swivel bracket 10 of the frame 2 of the device, and the wheel 9 is rigidly connected with the support 11 mounted on the channel bars of the frame of the conveyor. The roller 1 rotates on vasani interconnected by a cross member 15, provided with a stop 16 provided for fixing the working and idle positions of the discharge roller 1.

The device operates as follows.

In the operating state of the discharge roller 1 is in its extreme upper position, in an unusable state in the lowest position.

For the drive roller to the operating state includes a motor, and a roller, lifting, occupies the extreme upper position, the tape thus takes the opposite globstat. Switch off the engine and the roller is rotated by the moving tape which is in contact.

The return of the discharge roller in the off state is re-enabling the motor, whereby the roller, dipping, occupies the lowest position. The upper and lower extreme position of the discharge roller are fixed fence 16.

Device for intermediate unloading belt conveyor, containing mounted on the stationary frame by means of the rotary bracket convex discharge roller located under the upper branch of the conveyor belt and the drive of the lifting and lowering roller, characterized in that the drive of the lifting and lowering of the roller made in the form of built-in the EU gears installed on the fixed frame, and the other gears on the swivel bracket, the device is equipped with a stop for fixing the working and idle positions of the discharge roller.

EFFECT: simplified design of rollers, increased reliability of roller carriage operation.

SUBSTANCE: shaft-bush assembly includes axial pin, expansion element and bush. Axial pin installed in the bush is fixed in radial direction relative to the bush; at that, axial pin includes the axis section preventing the rotation, and bush includes the bush section preventing the rotation. Expansion element is installed on axial pin and includes external periphery area and is made so that outer diameter of the external periphery area in non-stressed position of expansion element exceeds inner diameter of the corresponding area of internal bush periphery. When axial pin is installed in the bush, expansion element is elastically deformed so that external periphery area of expansion element from non-stressed position of expansion element is offset in axial direction of axial pin. Due to decrease in outer diameter of external periphery area of expansion element at axial offset of external periphery area of expansion element, the decreased outer diameter of expansion element corresponds to inner diameter of the appropriate area of internal bush periphery to which this element is adjoined with pre-stress.

SUBSTANCE: belt conveyor comprises medium part frame consisting of purlins 1 with posts, conveyor belt 2 resting on troughing trainers. Rollers 3 are secured to trough arranged thereunder. Trough cross-section is composed of interconnected straight sections 5. Trough bottom horizontal part 6 has vertical ledge 6 directed downward to feed compressed air therein and to rest on crossbar 8 secured at said purlins. Trough top sections are arranged to rest on conveyor posts top parts and to be bolted thereto. Said posts top parts are connected with bottom parts by flanges 12. End parts 13 of trough top sections deflect toward conveyor central axis 14 with edges 15 bent upward and with minimum clearance relative to belt cargo-carrying run side edges. Stripes (16) from flexible elastic material are attached to the innes side of chute with the help of glue.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, longer life, decreased power consumption.

SUBSTANCE: roll table comprises frame with rolls mounted at the frame rails on axles. Every rails is made of square-cross-section pipe, multiple seat being made at angles thereof arranged over the pipe length. Roller axle is fitted in every said seat and has vertically oriented flats at its opposite ends and semicircular or bulged surfaces located atop and at bottom of said ends. Every seat is composed of side and end walls and semicircular bearing surface whereon rests the lower semicircular surface of roll axle. Seat semicircular surface radius is smaller than axle semicircular surface radius. Seat sidewalls are made in pipe vertical wall while seat end wall is made at pipe horizontal wall. Every axle has top semicircular part extending above rail outer surface. Plate secures to the rail is arranged at axle extending parts.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock in underground mines for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level. For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.

EFFECT: device of simple design providing effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock under ground, particularly, for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level. For this purpose loose material reloading device is used which contains inclined and horizontal sections with drive arranged on support between two conveyors. Device is installed in housing with windows from side of conveyors, and is made in form of chain with scrapers passed over rollers and installed for moving in pair of trapezoidal guides. Housing is installed on support by means of hydraulic jacks. Angle of tilting α of side of trapezium is within 35° and 45°.

EFFECT: simple design, provision of effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level.

Aperture is made over hopper at sides of which rollers to support side projections of container at their turning from horizontal into vertical position are made. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for charging belt conveyors with large-size lump loads at increased speed of conveyor belt movement. Device for charging belt conveyor with large-size lump loads is provided with chute tilted to horizon and secured on frame. Chute consists of bottom and size walls. Chute made in form of straight-line section and curvilinear section adjoining straight-line section. Front edge of curvilinear section of chute is arranged at minimum clearance over carrying run on belt. Bottom of curvilinear section of chute adjoining front edge is made up of horizontal rollers orientated in cross direction relative to longitudinal axis of chute. Roller are arranged at minimum clearances relative to each other and are installed for rotation. Rollers can be made solid and furnished with axle-shafts for fitting in frame bearings.

EFFECT: provision of effective and reliable operation of charging device at changes of physical and mechanical properties of transported load owing to provision of guaranteed slipping off of load lumps from front edge of curvilinear section of chute at any angle of tilting of belt conveyor.

FIELD: automatic processes for moving elongated products to working zone or at cleaning their surface.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed for feeding tube to working zone at threading its end portions and it includes tie rod parallel to product feed axis. Said tie rod may perform reciprocation motion along its lengthwise axis by means of drive unit jointly coupled with it and being in the form of pneumatic cylinder. Row of rotary levers is arranged at one side relative to product feed axis. Said levers are jointly connected with tie rod and they are provided with supporting brackets carrying centering rollers and with supporting brackets carrying rests. At least several centering rollers have autonomous drive units for their positive rotation. Tie rod includes member for adjusting its stroke values in forward and backward directions providing predetermined position for alternative contact of centering rollers or supporting rests with elongated product.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyor loading devices. Proposed device contains loading chute, guide sides found in zone of delivery of load onto carrying run of belt, and roller supports for carrying run of belt. Two disks inclined to side of axis are installed between roller supports symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of belt. Said disks can interact with transport load before its delivery to load carrying run of belt. Disks are made for rotation by independent drives with angle of inclination to horizon up to 20 degrees. Peripheral velocity of rotation of disks exceeds belt moving speed. Disks are installed with clearances between belt and lower edges of guide sides which overlap in plan upper part of disks, including their central part. Loading chute is furnished with L-shaped divider located in section of loading chute adjoining guide sides symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of belt.

SUBSTANCE: unit of intermediate unloading designed for removing loose material from conveyor belt used in closed-type roller belt conveyor device has first pair of front and rear rollers, second pair of front and rear rollers, and scraper. First pair of front and rear rollers supports conveyor belt in concave state. Second pair of front and rear rollers and platform of support frame of scraper support conveyor belt mainly in flat state. Scraper is arranged between front and rear rollers of first and second pairs. When platform of support frame of scraper is lifted and as a result conveyor belt rests on said frame and on rollers of second pair, scraper removes loose material from conveyor belt. When platform of scraper support frame is lowered and conveyor belt rests only on rollers of first pair. Scraper is arranged at a distance from conveyor belt, and loose material remains on conveyor belt.

EFFECT: provision of safe operation of conveyor at no adverse effect on environment, compact design of intermediate unloading unit, reduced power consumption.

SUBSTANCE: two parallel discharge belt conveyors with discharging devices are used in double-conveyor concrete mix aggregates discharging method. At that one of the discharging devices consists of movable side belt conveyor hinged to discharging device frame and having the possibility of ascending angle-wise in relation to horizontal plane.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of discharging aggregates to the side from discharge belt conveyor as well as uninterrupted operation and improvement of line speed of concrete mix aggregates discharge.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to conveyor building, namely to loading devices of belt conveyors. Loading device contains gutter and guide edges installed on conveyor frame above weight-carrying branch of belt with two replaceable aprons made of elastic material in the form of flat plates that are fixed on their bottom part, bottom edges of which are installed above the working surface of weight-carrying branch of belt. On guide edges on external side of every apron, flat springs are installed as cantilevered and oriented normally to plane of belt, and to the bottom free ends of which steel plates are fixed installed along guide edges with the possibility of their interaction with external surface of aprons in their bottom part. Aprons and flat springs are arranged as oriented parallel to steel plates with slot cuts, in which rectangular brackets are installed, being fixed in guide edges. Wooden wedges are inserted between crosspieces of brackets and flat springs.

EFFECT: provision of efficient and reliable operation of loading device of belt conveyor, reduction of belt and aprons wear, elimination of jamming of lump weight between aprons and belt.
