Usage: in industry, in particular for dismantling the bearings in hard to reach places. The inventive device includes a housing, a power screw with a driving element and two split nuts. The power screw is mounted in the housing via a bearing. Split biscuits installed on the power screw and eccentric collar and the hole. The locking element is installed in the hole of the power screw. The drive element is designed as a nut. 2 Il.

The invention relates to tooling for dismantling the bearings in hard to reach places.

A device for Dismounting of bearings, consisting of a power screw, a portion of the device made in the form of fixed eccentric fixed on the rotary axes of polyhedral elements [1]

Well-known solution [1] was adopted for the prototype. The technical result is the expansion bearings in hard to reach places.

In Fig.1 and 2 shows a device for Dismounting bearings.

SUBSTANCE: crank stripper includes cross piece 1 supporting power mechanism in the form of one-way telescopic hydraulic cylinder 2 having thrust rod 3 for shaft of crank 14; mechanism for forced closing of foots having cylindrical discs 8, 9, paired plates 10 and double-arm levers 4,5. One arm is used for engaging with crank; other arm of is cone one and it may rest upon lateral surface of cylindrical disc secured to lateral side of cross piece. Sleeves are mutually spaced by interval T exceeding value of mutual convergence of sleeves.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manual tools and is used for removal of packing plug from channel. The plug consists of an external clutch and an internal core retained in the external clutch. The said removal is performed upon drilling an appropriate blind hole in the core. Device for removal (4) consists of conic punch (15) for forced introduction into core (14) to ensure interference fit between punch (15) and core (14). Further, core (14) is withdrawn from clutch (13); simultaneously core (14) is maintained on punch (15) due to interference fit. Also device for removal (4) consists of facility for clutch catcher (16) designed to catch clutch (13) after removal of core (14) with punch (15) from clutch (13). Clutch catcher (16) and punch (15) are removed from removal channel together with clutch (13) and core (14) maintained on corresponding sections of removal device.

EFFECT: reliable retention of removed part on tool for removal and possibility of its further usage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressuring by hydraulic device and may be used, in particular, for jointing fitting with tube by pressuring. Proposed device comprises piston and cylinder to act on pressuring jaws. Piston rod is jointed with acting appliances. Adjustable stop is arranged in direction of hydraulic piston travel to set piston extreme position in back stroke. Said stop is arranged outside said cylinder. By varying stop position, pressuring force is carried applied in pressuring. To set pressuring force, pressuring device is set so that pressuring is performed in continuous travel of piston.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of operating hydraulic press-fitting device, hydraulic press-fitting device with hydraulic pump. Proposed device comprises hydraulic pump, moving part, stationary part and check valve. Moving part moves into press-fitting position on creating pressure in hydraulic chamber. Return spring forces moving part from press-fitting position back into initial position. Check valve closed after pressure drops below preset level due to back flow of hydraulic medium. Means arranged ahead of check valve act on hydraulic medium with check valve open. Said means inhibit hydraulic flow to cause pressure drop to change check valve into closed position.

EFFECT: selective stop of moving part in selected position.
