Usage: in textile spinning. The inventive lubricant for synthetic, mainly, polyacrylonitrile fibers contains, in wt.%: mineral oil 6,64-9,83, ethoxylated stearic acid with an average degree of oksietilirovannye 6 0,1-0,2 (stearic 6), a mixture (acidication) methylethylenediamine of benzosulfimide containing alkyl radical 16-18 C atoms (Alcamo OC-2) 0.01 to 0.05, polietilenglikolya esters of isononylphenol medium oksietilirovannye 12 (neonol AF-9-12) 0,01-0,03, dibutyl 0,01-0,03, ammonium ferrocyanide 0.04 to 0.05 and water the rest up to 100. Properties: viscosity 3-4 CST. the percentage of the yarn 1 grade 76-78, percentage Rove 1st grade 80-82%. table 1.

The invention relates to the textile industry, namely, technology oiling polyacrylonitrile fibers (PAN-fibers) on the tape machines spinning.

Known oiling agents for synthetic fibers, containing mineral oil, nonionic and anion active surfactants, antistatic agents and other additives.

Known lubricant for synthetic polyester filaments, containing, in mass. ministerioini 4-20-25, drug sintana DC-10 on the basis of ethoxylated alcohols C10-C18with a degree of oksietilirovannye 10-24-30, drug stearic 6-7-17, the preparation of OS-20 based on ethoxylated alcohols C14-C18with an average degree of oksietilirovannye 20-7-18 and ethoxylated caprolactam with an average degree of oksietilirovannye 15 1,0-6,0 [1] the Sizing is used to improve the ability of threads to processing while reducing the coefficient of friction, reducing breakage and reducing the electrified. However, this sizing does not improve the processing ability of the PAN-fibers on tape machines spinning.

Also known lubricant for polyvinyl chloride fibers in the form of an aqueous emulsion of plasticizer type diallylphthalate C6-C10preferably, diisodecylphthalate, butylbenzylphthalate, diisodecylphthalate containing also minoritarian and Polysorbate [2]

However, the sizing may not be successfully used for oiling PAN-fibers on the tape machine with the addition of the tapes due to the high viscosity of the lubricant, low aggregate stability and navipane fibers at the final roller of the machine, which reduces "ptx2">

Known, in addition, a lubricant for synthetic, including polyacrylonitrile fibers based on organosilicon compounds [3] This sizing is also not efficient processing of PAN-fibers on tape machines spinning.

Also known composition for avevano processing polyacrylonitrile fibers (PAN-thread), containing amides of fatty acids in a mixture with beta hydroxyacetylamino in a ratio of 1.7 to 1.9:1. The content of the mixture in water emulsion is from 0.2 to 1.0% [4] the Composition is intended to increase the adhesion between fiber strands and increase the heat resistance of the thread, but does not effectively improve the processing AIDS PAN-fiber tape machines in spinning.

Known avevano agent for the treatment of PAN-fibres, containing the product of the interaction of stearic acid and beta acetylethylenediamine in the presence of dimethylsulfate [5]

The tool is intended to improve the heat resistance of yarns at texturing, however, cannot be used for oiling PAN fibers during the processing tape machines as a result of navipane fibers on the exhaust roller tape machine with the addition of the tapes due to the high energy of the window, containing (wt.):

The sizing is proposed to be used, primarily, for the lubrication of yarn from a mixture of polyester fibers and cotton on prayerwhile machine.

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a lubricant for synthetic fibers, containing, in wt. am mineral oil 75-85, drug Starex 6-4-8, kationaktivnaya surfactants Alcamo OC-2 (or drug Alcamo DS) 2-6, drug OD-4 based on ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS (or drug sintana DC-4 on the basis of ethoxylated alcohols C10-C16and water 2-5 [7]

The sizing is recommended to reduce the electrified and improve processing threads when rewinding. However, this sizing is also not effective enough when oiling the PAN-fibers on the tape machine with the addition of the tapes due to navipane fibers at the final roller of the machine due to the high electrified fibers and the viscosity of the lubricant. Furthermore, the reduced quality of the yarn produced in the future from this tape.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the lubricant for synthetic, mainly, polyacrylonitrile fibres, containing mineral oil, ethoxylated stearic acid with an average degree of oksietilirovannye 6, a mixture of (acidication)methyl-methyldiethylamine of benzosulfimide containing alkyl radical of 16 to 18 carbon atoms, a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of alkylphenol and water, comprises a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of alkylphenol mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of isononylphenol medium oksietilirovannye 12 and additionally dibutyl phthalate and ammonium ferrocyanide in the following ratio of components, wt.

In the sizing composition according to the invention includes a purified mineral oil distillate and residual, not containing additives (GOST 20799-88), drug stearic 6 based on ethoxylated stearic acid with an average degree of oksietilirovannye 6, (GOST 8989-59), drug Alcamo OC-2 on the basis of a mixture (acidication)methylethylenediamine of benzosulfimide containing alkyl radical 16-18 C atoms, (GOST 10106-62) and drug neonol AF-9-12, based on the polyethylene glycol ethers of isononylphenol medium oksietilirovannye 12 (TU 36.507-171-91).

Introduction to the composition of the sizing dibutyl phthalate together with ammonium ferrocyanide provides education fine stable emulsion of oil in water, which causes a decrease in the viscosity of the emulsion and increase aggregate stability of the emulsion. However dibutyl plays the role of the stabilizer inner shell of the micelles, and the ions [(Fe(CN)6]4-the role of stabilizing counterions of the outer shell.

The invention is illustrated in the following examples and table, which presents the characteristics of the lubricant according to the invention in comparison with the closest analogue and indicators of the A.

Example 1. In a container heated to 70oC mineral oil (oil-20A) 9,83 wt. add a mixture of molten stearates 6 to 0.19 wt. and alkamine OS-2 0,01 wt. with neonol AF-12 0.01 wt. and dibutyl 0.01 wt. The composition is stirred and transferred to a bowl of warm water to 90.0 wt. In obtained after stirring the emulsion at room temperature add to 0.04 wt. the ammonium ferrocyanide. The finished lubricant is poured into the feed tank tape machine, from which the sizing served on the mix tape the PAN fibres.

Example 2. In a container heated to 80oC mineral oils (I-20A) 6,64 wt. add a mixture of molten stearates 6 of 0.20 wt. and alkamine OS-2 0,05 wt. with neonol AF-12 0.03 wt. The composition is stirred and transferred to a bowl of warm water in an amount of 93,0% obtained after mixing the emulsion is added at room temperature to 0.05 wt. the ammonium ferrocyanide.

For comparison tests of sizing, prepared in accordance with the invention. C. SU N812863.

The ability of the PAN-fibers in the form of a tape for processing when added together, the tape machine was estimated to reduce the number of navevo fiber exhaust roller belt Isham from this ribbon of rovings and yarn.

The test results of oil after processing or PAN-fibers in the form of a tape in an amount of about 0.2 wt. by weight of the fiber (calculated on the anhydrous lubricant is provided in the table. For comparison, these tests of sizing on the author's certificate SU N 812863.

Monitor the processing of PAN-fibers on tape machines and grading produced from the ribbon of rovings and further yarn was conducted during the month (22 shifts).

As can be seen from the table, sizing according to the invention (examples 1 and 2) is markedly superior to known lubricant (comparative example 3) ability to give a PAN-fibers of the required quality in processing. This reduces the number of navevo fibrous mass on the exhaust roller tape machine and increases the quality of the produced ribbon of rovings and yarns.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cordage protected from action of external medium. Proposed method of treatment includes application of treatment compound with gradually winding off cordage article submerged in said compound and pulling article through compound at speed providing required preset depth of impregnation. Then cordage article is passed through draw plate and squeezed out. Squeezed out article is wound on drum. Temperature of treatment compound is maintained at level of 70-75°. Compound contains paraffin. Use is made of degreased paraffin into which mineral oil is additionally introduced at the following ratio of components, mass %: degreased paraffin 85-90; mineral oil 15-10. Device is furnished with means for application of treatment compound made in from of cylindrical channel. Said channel is arranged coaxially to cylinder with heat carrier furnished with heat sensor and connected with reservoir for heating of heat carrier. Cylindrical channel for application of treatment compound is connected at one side with reservoir with heated treatment compound, and at other side it is furnished with draw arranged at outlet end of cylindrical channel. Device proper is furnished with winding off and winding on drums.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to treatment of cordage used in industrial fishing. Article is submerged into composition for treatment and pulled through it. Composition contains latex BSM-65 of A or B brand, wax emulsion VE-40, water and dye, if required. Then article is preliminarily dried at 40±5°C, the first stage of drying is carried out at 60±10°C for 16-18 minutes. The second stage is realised at 80±10°C for 16-18 minutes and thermally treated at 130±10°C for 1.5-3.5 minutes.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of chemical technology of textile fiber materials and refers to the method of treatment of synthetic fiber materials in order to increase their hygienicity. SUBSTANCE: method involves grafting onto a synthetic fibre a phosphorous containing monomer at room temperature for a period of 15 minutes and subsequent drying. The phosphorous containing monomer used is a 50% water solution of phosphorous-boron-containing methacrylate, neutralised with a solution of ammonia to pH 7. Grafting is done in the presence of a sodium persulphate initiator, taken in quantity of 1-5% mass of phosphorous-boron-containing methacrylate.
