Usage: in the processing of rubber compounds in the tire production and in the production of rubber technical products. The inventive device for feeding worm machines rubber mixture in the form of a tape containing the worm machine, automatic platform lift truck, docking press with a movable part of the base in the form of connecting plates with slots and tabs and removable platform holders to transport the rubber on the truck. The device is equipped with a guide rail installed on the site worm machine and after it, the mechanism for transverse installation of the belt end as mounted on the front and rear parts of the volumetric platform movable carriages mounted on spring-loaded cores of the rollers mounted on the free ends of the cores to communicate with the guideway. The mechanism for transverse installation of the end of the tape has the holders of the belt ends and lugs with clamps mounted on the movable part of the base docking station of the press. The device is equipped with a spring and roller holders mounted on carriages. Roller holders installed in acrastone, not exceeding the width of the tape. Spring holders made with the possibility of installation in the slots of the bottom plate connecting the press. 2 C.p. f-crystals, 5 Il.

The invention relates to the processing of rubber compounds in the tire production and the production of rubber technical products.

A device for feeding worm casting machines rubber mixture containing a forklift with a pallet, on which are placed pieces of tape desired size. The pieces of tape are lapped and butt, which requires the use of manual labor to align the ends and does not allow to automate the process of feeding worm machines [1]

It is known and another device for feeding worm machines rubber mixture in the form of a tape containing the worm machine, automatic platform lift truck, docking press with a movable part of the base in the form of connecting plates with slots and tabs and removable platform holders for transporting the mixture to the cart [2]

However, in the known device the low accuracy of the alignment of the ends of spliced tape relative to the connecting plates of the press, since the stop of the automatic truck with an accuracy of +1 mm impracticable. Fake is by hanging by a small amount, what it leads to sagging. The end sagging lost trough-like shape of the tape becomes impossible to combine with the other end of the tape the other portions of the material. The overlapping ends of the tape, which is a prerequisite for joining, even more complicated by the fact that recently there is a tendency abroad and in our industry increase the width of the ribbon rubber compound up to 600 or more millimeters.

The technical result of the invention is to improve reliability in the automatic boot process worm machines due to the precise alignment of the ends of the ribbon rubber compound.

To achieve a technical result in the device for feeding worm machines rubber mixture in the form of a tape containing the worm machine, automatic platform lift truck, docking press with a movable part of the base in the form of connecting plates with slots and tabs and removable platform holders to transport the rubber on the truck, according to the invention it is provided with a guideway mounted on the worm plot machine and after the mechanism for transverse installation of the belt end as mounted on front and rear removable p is different ends of the cores to communicate with the guide rail, and the holders of the belt ends, and lugs with clamps mounted on the movable part of the base docking station of the press.

The ends of the removable platform 2 with front and rear set of mechanisms 6 with transverse installation of the ends of the ribbons. Spring holders are made shorter in order to fit in the depressions 31 /Fig. 1/ bottom plate connecting the press. Extreme rollers 32 /Fig. 4/ with piles, installed at a distance smaller than the width of the tape 4, whereupon the tape takes wavy tighter profile, which reduces the possibility of sagging of the belt end. To hold the end of the tape 4 on the rollers 23 and 32 on the rack 33 has a hinged box 34. The box is both a means of influence on the radiation sensor electrical automatic control system. Under the influence of belt tension LAF who has a ledge 36, which it affects the limit switch 37. For reliable operation of the device, all moving parts should be easy, and the springs 21 and 26 should have a low rigidity. The device operates as follows.

In Fig. 1 and 2 show the position of the working bodies of the device when the removable platform 2 is the actuation portions of the material, the rear end 4 which are placed in the holders of the mechanism of the combine, and has already submitted a new piece of material on a removable platform, the front end 5 of which is in the holder and pressed the box 34. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of food industry, in particular, to the equipment for extrusion treatment of food products. The equipment may be used for production of extruded articles of food in different branches of food industry, for example, for production of corn rods, combined fodders for animals, etc. The extruder contains a loading bin, a working chamber with heating elements, a screw, a bearing mount assembly, a mixer and a steaming plant. The steaming plant is located in the loading bin and contains a slope double bottom placed at the angle exceeding the angle of a natural inclination of the processed raw material. In the slope double bottom there are bores for a steam supply, the number of which increases along the raw material traffic route. In the extreme lower part of the slope double bottom there is a tube for a condensate removal. The mixer is linked to the body of the extruder with the help of a mobile flanged coupling. On the outer surface of the body there is a crown gear, and inside the body - a cylindrical sleeve. The sleeve has three zones: a zone of transportation with the blades located at an angle of elevation "α", a zone of the product compaction with an angle of blades elevation "β" and a zone of transportation of the product with an angle of blades elevation "α". The invention ensures improvement of quality of the finished products at the expense of preliminary uniform moistening and heating of the raw materials by steam and also its intensive stirring, decrease of time for the raw material treatment and decrease of dimensions of the extruder.

FIELD: food-processing industry; production of the roll-gear extrusion equipment.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of food-processing industry, in particular, to the roll-gear extrusion machine intended for production of alimentary and fodder products with application of an extrusion, mainly for production of the confectionery and macaroni products, semi-finished products of swollen extrudates. The roll-gear extrusion machine includes the charging device, the processing chamber with located in it two gear-type rolls and the forming device supplied with the electric heating element. The charging device contains the electrically conductive working tool and the body made out of non- electrically conductive material, on the internal surface of which there is the electrically conductive shell. The electrically conductive working tool and the shell are connected to the power source of the industrial frequency. The charging device is made sealed and its upper part is added with the loosening tool and the convergent nozzle with a mesh for trapping the flour fragments and with the union for connection to the forcing hole of the vacuum pump. The upper part of the loosening tool is supplied with the diffuser with the union for connection to the forcing hole of the vacuum pump. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of the composite thermoplastic materials and may be used in the industries applying the extrusion. The device contains the body with the feed screw and the arranged in it conical nozzle for the ingredients supply. In the extruder body there are three radially arranged annular grooves. In the grooves there are the inserted tools for introduction of the liquid or viscous ingredients. The indicated tools consist of the annular base connected by means of four guides with the extruder body. In the middle of the annular base there is the dummy annular channel, into which the conical feeding mechanism is inserted. The free rotation of the feeding mechanism is ensured by the bearing. On the cone-shaped surface of the feeding mechanism the screw type spirals are made. In the annular groove there is the freely rotating in the bearings bush with the internal cone-shaped channel and the screw-type spirals. On the external side of the body there is the inlet pipeline fixed by means of the flange coupling. The invention ensures the uniform distribution of the ingredients being introduced into the smelt and the extension of the extruder production capabilities.

FIELD: chemical industry; motor car industry; methods and the devices for continuous production of the elastomeric compound used in production of tires.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method and the device for continuous production of the elastomeric compound. The produced elastomeric compound is intended for usage in production of tires. In the extruding machine, the small ingredients are used as the product and in the form of the separate particles containing at least one of the small ingredients, dispersed in the thermoplastic binding agent. Such products are transported to the batching device by the pneumatic conveying line and so consequently they can be precisely batched and continuously fed into the extruding machine. The thermoplastic binding agent ensures to the subdivided product the properties of the free flow-ability, the high batching accuracy and stability even at the intensive pressure and-or the frictional loadings, such as the loadings originating in the pneumatic conveyer line.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device for preparation of the polymeric material, predominantly thermoplastic, to its recycling. The device contains the tank, in which there is at least one gyrating mixing and-or mincing tool. At that the treated material is routed to the disposed in the tank bottom discharge outlet, with which the body feeding inlet is streamwise connected. The device contains at least two feed screws fed together. The invention also presents the dependence between the diameters of the tank and the diameters of each of the feed screws with usage of the constant value, which exceeds or is equal to 50. The technical result of the invention is the possibility providing the more uniform feeding of the material subjected to the recycling into the device adjoining to the discharge outlet, and the uniform outlet of the agglomerate on the discharge end of the feed screw. The design pertaining to the geometry of the feed screws is less sensitive to reprocessing of the various polymers.

In the tank around its vertical axis there is at least one rotating mixing and-or grinding gear. This gear routes the treated material to the located in the lower part of the tank discharge opening, to which at least one body of the feed screw adjoins. The lateral wall of the feeding opening, along which the gear moves down, limits the dilation passing continuously in direction to the axis of the feed screw. The device is supplied with at least one additional feed screw. At that the dilation extends, if to look in the direction of the axis of the body of two or more feed screws, along the part of the periphery of the turns of the neighboring feed screw, predominantly up to the area of the feed screw axis, so that the edge of this dilation on the side of the feed screw forms the continuous cutting edge interacting with the turns of the feed screw. The device allows to attain the more uniform feeding of the subjected the reprocessing material into the feeding opening of the feed screw body and to produce the more uniform outlet at the discharge end of the feed screw.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the more uniform feeding of the subjected the reprocessing material into the feeding opening of the feed screw body and production of the more uniform outlet at the discharge end of the feed screw.
