(57) Abstract:

Usage: for treatment of sanitary wastewater from individual structures with a number of residents 6-10 people. Installation of small sewage contains steel tank with attached inlet and outlet piping. The tank is placed a removable basket with mesh bottom stainless steel. In the upper part of the tank has a pipe for natural ventilation. In the basket sequentially stacked one upon the other three filters in the form of nylon bags with activated charcoal, sawdust and quartz sand. Between the mesh bottom of the basket and the bottom of the tank there is a space in which going filtered waste water. These waters can be defined in an additional reservoir or lower through the drainage system in the reservoirs. 1 Il.

The invention relates to cleaning devices used in low-drain, and can be used for treatment of sanitary wastewater from individual structures with a number of residents 6 to 10 persons.

Known treatment unit for small sewage, using aerobic biological treatment, including aerosance [1] and cept is in the first case and a low degree of purification, great complexity when sediment removal in the case of septic tanks.

The closest analogue of the claimed device is the installation of small sewage to remove any wastewater used for houses, occupied by one family [3]

The system includes a septic tank with inlet and outlet pipes, the coarse filter in the form of a removable basket with mesh bottom, natural ventilation.

The disadvantages of the prototype are the design complexity, the need for removal of sludge from septic cavity, as well as special requirements for filtration materials, due to the need to maintain hydrostatic equilibrium in the system.

The aim of the invention is to simplify the design of the device and reducing the complexity of the service.

The invention consists in that the installation of small sewage containing reservoir located therein a removable basket with mesh bottom, inlet and outlet pipelines, natural ventilation, supplied sequentially stacked in the basket on one of the other filters in the form of nylon bags with activated charcoal, sawdust and quartz sand.

In the drawing predstavljaet 2 and outlet 3 pipelines. In the tank 1 is placed a removable basket 4 with mesh bottom 5 of stainless steel. In the upper part of the tank has a pipe for natural ventilation 6. In the basket 4 stacked filters 7,8,9. The filter 7 is a nylon bag filled with activated carbon filter 8 nylon bag with sawdust, the filter 9 is a nylon bag with silica sand. Between mesh bottom 5 basket 4 and the bottom of the tank 1 there is a space in which going filtered waste water. These waters can be defined in an additional tank or to drain through the drainage system into the water.

The device operates as follows. Through the supply line 2 sewage water enters the tank 1. The filter 9 from quartz sand delays of suspended inorganic and organic residues. The filter 8 from sawdust removes fat contamination. The filter 7 of activated charcoal absorbs colloidal organic and inorganic pollution.

The wastewater that passed in the inventive cleaning device, the quality of match values for the reset in the fishery waters.

SUBSTANCE: reservoir comprises at least two longitudinal chambers arranged at a distance from each other. The longitudinal chambers by means of at least one, preferably two, connecting couplings arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal chambers are connected to each other. The plastic reservoir is made as a horizontal reservoir, and the inbuilt reservoir bottom passes along the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal chambers. A plastic reservoir is described, which consists of two halves of the first small plastic reservoir divisible in the transverse direction. Both halves due to additionally inserted sections of the longitudinal chambers are increased to the second larger plastic reservoir.

EFFECT: simplified production of a large capacity reservoir.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a facility for water intake and a facility for adjustment of water intake depth. Facilities are made in the form of a pipe with a closed upper end. The pipe has one or two longitudinal slots at different parts along its height. The shield gate closes each cut on the pipe and is equipped along the perimeter with a sealing element, and is also fixed to the upper end of the pipe with a stem. At the same time the pipe, shield gates and stems are made as capable of displacement and fixation of gates along their length.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and operation of a device, possibility for expansion of its usage area.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, to devices intended for increasing quality of cleaning water in a closed manifold drain system and can be used for drying soil by closed drainage and use thereof and operation of drainage systems. Drain pressure drop well includes cylindrical housing 1 with cover 2 arranged with difference inlet 3, 4, 5 and outlet 6 pipes of closed collectors and settling tank. Settling tank is divided by vertical plate 9 with holes 10 in its lower part and height greater than height of outlet pipe 6 of closed collector in wall of well from bottom of settling tank, into two sections 7 and 8 so that section 7 of settling tank acts as stilling basin receiving water from inlet pipes 3, 4, 5, and section 8 directly of settling tank. Each inlet well pipe 3, 4, 5 of closed collector is equipped with guide pipe 13, fitted by one end at outlet of inlet well pipe 3, 4, 5. Other end of guide pipe 13 is U-shaped and is located in section stilling basin 7.

EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability and longevity of action not lower than standard service life of closed collector below well.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises body with grid installed in the body. Grid includes rigid frame and filter formed as a number of plates, grid cleaning means, carriage and special accumulative tray for separated impurities receiving. The device has n>1 grids installed in series inside channel in sewage flow direction and defining gaps decreasing in sewage flow direction. Grid cleaning means is made as a rotary bush of flexible resilient rods and connected to drive. Accumulative tray is shaped correspondingly to bush shape and made of perforated material.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.

FIELD: water treatment equipment, particularly for separating mechanical impurities from domestic and industrial sewage.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises body rested upon support, grid adapted to perform continuous movement and formed as closed continuous chain with trapping hooks. Hooks are secured on rods forming grid web located on upper driving drum shaft and lower support drum shaft. Apparatus also has electric drive with rotary drive unit, grid cleaning device made as a bush of flexible bars and connected with above unit, as well as conveyer or special pack. Trapping hooks formed of sheet steel are secured to rods with two plastic bushes. Hook and bushes are connected one to another by pouring plastic material over hook along with bushes forming or hook is mechanically connected to bush so that hook and bushes are restrained from mutual rotation. Grid web and upper drum shaft are attached through star members installed on upper drum shaft and uniformly distributed through grid width. Body is provided with support plates located parallel to grid movement path and adapted for grid supporting. Apparatus also has drive for grid web movement speed regulation. Drive is made as electric drive having electric current frequency converter and level sensor to determine water level upstream and downstream the grid.

EFFECT: increased reliability, efficiency and service life.

FIELD: water protection, particularly for prevention of water basin contamination with surface water received from agricultural lands.

SUBSTANCE: modular device comprises vertical partitions, which divide thereof into receiving, overflow and sediment chambers. Device includes several identical sections provided with partition chamber, clean water chamber, oil and floating rubbish gathering chamber and has filtering dam installed in intake channel bed.

EFFECT: simplified structure, increased cleaning efficiency.

FIELD: purification of sewage from mechanical impurities.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of a sewage purification from mechanical impurities. The technical result of the invention is increased effectiveness of purification of sand from organic impurities and reliable removal of the sand. The installation for sand removal contains: a through channel having the placed on its ends devices for feeding and withdrawal of sewage and a slope bottom, in the deepest part of which there is a chute for collection of the sand; a mounted above the chute circular bubble-type tube for formation of a circulation flow in the cross section of the indicated through channel and a device for sand withdrawal located along the route of the sewage stream movement and made in the form of the linked with the indicated through channel separately located tank having a cone-shaped bottom and a slope spiral conveyor with a body, a dewatering spiral, a drive unit, a discharge bottom hole and an intake device aligned with the cone-shaped bottom. The installation is additional supplied with a made in the form of a drive unit and located in the indicated chute sand pump to feed the sand from the indicated chute into a separately located tank with the cone-shaped bottom and with a bridging them sand pipeline, which has been made in the form of a direct section prolonging the indicated chute. The invention is advanced in the dependent points.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased effectiveness of purification of sand from organic impurities and reliable removal of the sand.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes filtering rods and strips supporting them which consist of several bars with combs. Combs have teeth of different height; combs are mounted on bars in alternating position relative to height of teeth. Each comb is provided with elastic flow reflector made in form of strip secured on lateral side of comb at similar distance from cutting edges of teeth.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of cleaning filtering cloth; reduced wear of comb teeth.

FIELD: powered rake type grids, possibly used for removing from sewage water mechanical impurities.

SUBSTANCE: powered grid includes set of vertical parallel rods forming filtering screen and it is mounted in frame with possibility of motion. Said rods are mounted with gaps normally relative to motion direction of liquid flow. Cross section of grid rods is in the form of wedge with rounded edges of its base turned towards flow of sewage water. Filtering screen of grid includes separate interchangeable sections secured to cross rigidity ribs of frame of grid. Two endless chains are driven to motion with use of sprockets at sides of grid together with rake arranged between them and being in the form of set of toothed plates whose teeth engage with said gaps. Rigidity rib arranged in sewage water is in the form of bent metallic plate to which rubber strip is secured. Lip of grid frame base is slightly raised over duct bottom by regulated height and it is in the form diffuser. Guides for changing motion direction of rake are provided with centering gaskets arranged upstream and downstream filtering screen.

EFFECT: simplified installation, restoration and exploitation of grid.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the system of the scraping, transportation and collection of the silt, and also to the settler containing the transportation components. The technical result of the invention is creation of the design of the system of scraping containing the design of the transportation components preventing the silt overflow through the upper edge of the transportation components. The system of the scraping, transportation and collection of the silt contains first of all the number of the scraping and transportation components. At that the transportation components are disposed at least at two levels including the lower level consisting of the direct transportation components located essentially perpendicularly concerning the longitudinal axis of the settler, and the upper level, at which the transportation components are made in the form of the arch and located in the horizontal direction and-or are bent in the middle point at an angle. The invention also presents the descriptions of the versions of the settlers, which use the scraping systems.

EFFECT: the invention presents the created design of the system of scraping containing the design of the transportation components preventing the silt overflow through their upper edges, and also the versions of the settlers using the scraping systems.

SUBSTANCE: sewage and storm water pre-cleaning method includes sewage water feed, its filtration through installed cleaning grid made as set of plates retaining large mechanical impurities, their deposing to grid basis. Device for sewage and storm water pre-cleaning includes retaining grid installed in it at an angle to water flow and made as set of plates installed with equal spacing, and accumulating tray for garbage collection. It contains also reservoir with water feed socket, compressor, control unit and air distributor. Retaining grid plates are pierced with horizontal line aerators installed in cascade.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency and performance reliability.

SUBSTANCE: device for soil ingress protection in storm drain includes turning shaft and closing plate to be opened at an angle. Closing plate is intended for drain inlet opening and closing depending on the drain water amount. It also includes at least one opening restrictor, one aligning restrictor and one weight element located on the bottom surface and rear side of opening/closing plate to be opened at an angle.
