The invention relates to woodworking, and more particularly to equipment for the manufacture of hardboard, particle Board or other, made from plant or wood materials, wood panels or similar materials, and can also be used for heat treatment and conditioning of other materials, such as plywood or wood veneer.There are various lines for the production of wood-based panels including the equipment for pulping, stock preparation for pressing, molding, carpet, hot pressing and subsequent processing of plates by impregnation, heat treatment and conditioning. A necessary condition common in industrial technologies for high-quality wood-based panels is the operation of heat treatment and conditioning.The operation of the heat treatment is intended to increase physicomechanical the Chamber heat treatment according to the nature of the process is divided into chambers of periodic and continuous action. Currently, the most widely distributed cameras periodic action, consisting of load-bearing steel walls with internal insulation, doors with blast valves, ducts, axial fan, equipment for fire fighting device for injection of cold water and instrumentation [1, page 105] When carrying out the heat treatment plate ukatyvajut on special trolleys in a refrigerated (up to 80oC) the camera and through the fan air heater to raise the temperature to the working level (165oC), and conducting heat treatment when the air speed 5 m/s for 3 to 6 hours Then the camera again cooled and rolled out a cart with plates. After this plate, to ensure their optimum moisture content, is subjected to conditioning (hydration to the desired humidity) by handling them directly on the trolleys humidified air in the cells that have the same design.The disadvantages of these cameras for heat treatment and conditioning are their high intensity, relatively low productivity, high labor loading and unloading plates and high heat losses.III name "rotiform", representing rotating (size 12 m in diameter) of the rotor, the peripheral part is fixed in the radial direction of the plate (with a maximum dimension of 2,h,2 m in an amount of about 1000 pieces), and in the Central part of which is installed the fan. The performance of the camera when the thickness of the plates 3 mm up to 500 plates per hour [1, 108 S.
Known production line for wood-based panels, including the site of formation of the carpet, hot press, a quenching chamber in the form of shelves with vertical racks and shelves, as well as the drive in which to improve performance by increasing the reliability of the quenching chamber, the line is supplied with the fixture compensation extension shelves in the form of horizontal supports, of which one end is rigidly fixed to the uprights of the shelving units, and the free ends covered elliptic hollow elements, with hollow elements mounted on the support with a clearance relative to the vertical uprights of the shelving units
Known cooling chamber particle boards, including horizontal feed conveyor, on which a vertical plate is moved in a horizontal direction through the flow of circulating air, the body system pitocin who provide uniform cooling plates and improve their quality characteristics, system supply and exhaust ventilation equipped with an additional circulation ducts, all ventilation ducts made in the form of vertical and upper horizontal branches, which are placed on both sides of the camera offset in a staggered manner and are connected with exhaust ventilation through a horizontal pipe, with the upper limb of the circulation duct provided with adjustable louvers arranged outside and from the internal cavity of the chamber
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result (prototype) is a device for cooling plate materials includes a continuous chain conveyor with stands, one branch of which is placed in the split on the vertical section of the tunnel ventilation system and traction drive, in which, for purposes of uniformity of cooling is made more separated on the vertical section of the tunnel, which houses another branch chain conveyor, the latter being positioned vertically and ventilation section of both tunnels are equipped with a window for the branch conveyor sluice chambers, at the same time the ventilation sections are interconnected compass is medeni relative to each other by the length of the vent section.The disadvantages of these and other similar cameras for heat treatment and/or conditioning are the complexity of the regulation of optimal treatment (optimal temperature, humidity and speed of air flow), the complexity of loading and unloading plates, bulkiness and high heat losses.Thus, well-known from the modern level of development of science and technology of the chamber for heat treatment and conditioning of wood-based panels is very complex and time-consuming to manufacture and operate, have high enough performance, increased energy losses and limited opportunities for the production of plates of high quality. So in practice is possible, due to limited performance and increased energy and labor used in the impregnation, heat treatment and conditioning equipment, to produce just 10 percent of high-quality slabs of total plates obtained after hot pressing. Therefore, structural imperfection practically used equipment not only limits the ability to meet urgent social needs in high-quality wood stoves, but icely invention (the required technical result is to increase the efficiency of the operation chamber for heat treatment and conditioning of wood-based panels by increasing its productivity while improving the quality of the plates due to the possibility to carry out operations of heat treatment and conditioning of the plates during their transportation, decreasing the material equipment and labor, and reduction of energy losses, enable full automation of all technological operations and automatic maintenance of optimum technological modes of production of wood-based panels.The goal of the required technical result is achieved in that in the chamber for heat treatment and/or conditioning of wood-based panels, comprising a housing with a system of ventilation in ventilation ducts with means of air-conditioning and air movement, and means for transporting plates through the chamber, including at least one section of transportation with the possibility of vertical travel horizontal plates ACCORDING to the INVENTION the section of transportation made in the form of vertically arranged in the housing, at least two chain transmission with a console placed on them by the plate holders in the form of an axis with rollers.In addition, the camera includes an additional means for removal of plates with holders, made for example in the form of pushers with limit switches.The camera body is divided one ilenia horizontally spaced plates, performed, for example, in the form of similar chain pairs with plate holders.In addition, the camera further comprises means for moving the plates of one section of the camera in the other, made for example in the form of pushers with limit switches.Console holders are provided with additional locking rollers.In the casing of the hole inlet and outlet plates, which is provided with sealing means, performed, for example, in the form of hinged covers.The combination of public and private significant features ensures the achievement of the objectives of the invention (the required technical result).As can be seen from the following examples of practical implementation of the proposed invention the chamber for heat treatment and/or conditioning of wood-based panels can improve the performance and quality of the plates due to the possibility to carry out operations of heat treatment and conditioning of the plates during their transportation, to reduce the consumption of equipment and labor, and to reduce energy losses, to ensure the possibility of complete automation of all technological operations and automaticamente illustrated by drawings.In Fig. 1-6 illustrates the possible options design cameras for heat treatment and/or conditioning and shows the main stages of their operation.In Fig. 7-15 shows the General scheme of the execution line for the processing of wood panels after pressing, which can be used, we offer chamber for heat treatment. The main parts of the line indicated by the following symbols:
PR press hot pressing;
On site surface treatment;
The curing oven;
To the camera conditioning and/or moisture.Lines for processing of wood-based panels using the proposed camera for thermal treatment and/or conditioning include the located in various combinations, connected in series in a single transport line (Fig. 7-16) press extrusion 11, the means for surface or other processing 12, chamber 13 and heat treatment chamber for conditioning and/or moisture 14.Chamber 13 and heat treatment chamber for conditioning 14 have the same design (Fig. 1-6) and contain a closed housing 1 with holes for inlet 2 and outlet 3 plates from the camera. With the side stoianova air, moving through the fan 6 and the ducts 7, which in turn tools are installed for air conditioning 8. Inside the housing 1 of the camera has two or more pairs of chain gear 9, which is fixed cantilever holders 10 plates made with the possibility of vertical movement through the circulating air flows horizontally on the plate holders 15.The production line of wood-based panels, including the camera of the claimed design, works as follows.Wood chips or other wood raw materials are cut into wood fiber by known methods. Then wood fiber prepared for spinning, forming a carpet, put his cold pre-and serves the carpet on hot press 11, where the hot pressing. Then immediately after hot pressing ( without intermediate cooling) plate material is subjected located directly on line transportation vehicle 12 surface treatment, for example, prepared on the basis of tall oil products drugs, and without intermediate cooling serves in the heat treatment chamber 13, where the plate 15 is subjected to heat treatment at Samanosuke. When the heat treatment chamber 13 and chamber conditioning 14 operate in two stages, the first of which (Fig. 2,4) perform concurrent loading and unloading of plates 15 (chain of transmission and respectively arranged on the plate fixed relative to the housing) and the second stage (Fig. 3,5) chain of transmission 9 is moved in the vertical direction. During all times while the plates in the cells in the gap between the plates continuously circulates heated, cooled or humidified air.If necessary, for example, in the case of receiving a special fire-resistant or biostable plates and subjected to additional processing and/or heat-treated, cooled and directed to further processing, for example, by laminating decorative materials, and large format cutting.Tests in the chamber of the heat treatment and conditioning showed the possibility of their industrial utilization, high efficiency, possibility of receiving plates of the required quality and a sharp reduction of environmental pollution. In this experimental study received on the proposed technology of the plates showed that all processing stages of) dramatically improves the quality of the plates, namely, to increase their mechanical strength and water resistance, as well as to improve the performance of the production process plates, since the use of the invention provides the possibility of carrying out all processing stages with a single transport speed of plate motion.The use of lines for the production of wood-based panels containing proposed camera allows, by providing increased strength and water resistance of the plates, completely exclude the nodes sizing and thereby significantly reduce the environmental pollution, as the bulk sizing substances gets into reverse and wastewater. At the same time, the use for surface treatment of the plates on the line of the proposed design of special machining fluids (e.g., tall oil products) allows for the complete elimination of traditional toxic binders (e.g., phenol-formaldehyde or urea-formaldehyde resins) to significantly increase the durability of the manufactured line of plates and increase their resistance. This completely eliminated the use of traditional energy-intensive and time-consuming in the service of the chambers of the heat treatment and conditioning that can dramatically with the Oia objectives of the invention (the required technical result) conducted tests in a production environment. Studies were performed on wood-fiber plates, manufactured on a production line shop fiberboard Maksatihinskom Dock (50% aspen, 50% birch) and shop fiberboard Podosinovskoe TIC (100% aspen). In the production of plates according to the invention in a fiber mass was not introduced any sizing additives, and in the production of plates by known methods prior to forming the carpet in mass was introduced on normal sizing composition consisting of phenol-formaldehyde resin and paraffin, and as a precipitator sizing composition used sulfuric acid solution.Example 1 (prototype). As a sizing composition used a mixture of phenol formaldehyde resin (1 to 3% by weight.with. DVP), wax (1%) and precipitator sulfuric acid). Consumption impregnating a mixture of 10 to 12% by weight.with. Fiberboard. Processing of plates was carried out at the normal traditional hardware mode. The ultimate strength in static bending resulting plates was 49 57 MPa, swelling for 24 hours in water 10 to 12% of the density of the plates 980 1100 kg/m3.Example 2 (invention). Traditional binders are not used. Consumption impregnating mixture (tall oil) 4.5 to 5.5% by weight.with. Fiberboard. Time spent directly is obtained when plates was 58 63 MPa, swelling for 24 hours in water 7 9% density plates 990 1100 kg/m3.Analysis of field test results showed that the use of the invention allows for the complete elimination of site sizing, and the exclusion of traditional toxic binders to significantly improve the quality characteristics of the plates, in particular, to improve the strength and water resistance.In addition, the tests confirmed the possibility of using the invention to increase (up to 100%) share of high-quality boards by removing restrictions on performance on the stages of surface treatment, heat treatment and conditioning.Chamber for heat treatment and conditioning can be used for wet and dry method of manufacturing wood-based panels, as well as the manufacture of other similar materials. In addition, the proposed camera can be used for drying and other heat treatment of sheet materials such as plywood or wood veneer.The sources of information.1. Rebrin C. P. of Marcov D. E.
