Thus, well-known from the modern level of development of science and technology of the chamber for heat treatment and conditioning of wood-based panels is very complex and time-consuming to manufacture and operate, have high enough performance, increased energy losses and limited opportunities for the production of plates of high quality. So in practice is possible, due to limited performance and increased energy and labor used in the impregnation, heat treatment and conditioning equipment, to produce just 10 percent of high-quality slabs of total plates obtained after hot pressing. Therefore, structural imperfection practically used equipment not only limits the ability to meet urgent social needs in high-quality wood stoves, but icely invention (the required technical result is to increase the efficiency of the operation chamber for heat treatment and conditioning of wood-based panels by increasing its productivity while improving the quality of the plates due to the possibility to carry out operations of heat treatment and conditioning of the plates during their transportation, decreasing the material equipment and labor, and reduction of energy losses, enable full automation of all technological operations and automatic maintenance of optimum technological modes of production of wood-based panels.

The goal of the required technical result is achieved in that in the chamber for heat treatment and/or conditioning of wood-based panels, comprising a housing with a system of ventilation in ventilation ducts with means of air-conditioning and air movement, and means for transporting plates through the chamber, including at least one section of transportation with the possibility of vertical travel horizontal plates ACCORDING to the INVENTION the section of transportation made in the form of vertically arranged in the housing, at least two chain transmission with a console placed on them by the plate holders in the form of an axis with rollers.

As can be seen from the following examples of practical implementation of the proposed invention the chamber for heat treatment and/or conditioning of wood-based panels can improve the performance and quality of the plates due to the possibility to carry out operations of heat treatment and conditioning of the plates during their transportation, to reduce the consumption of equipment and labor, and to reduce energy losses, to ensure the possibility of complete automation of all technological operations and automaticamente illustrated by drawings.

In Fig. 1-6 illustrates the possible options design cameras for heat treatment and/or conditioning and shows the main stages of their operation.

Tests in the chamber of the heat treatment and conditioning showed the possibility of their industrial utilization, high efficiency, possibility of receiving plates of the required quality and a sharp reduction of environmental pollution. In this experimental study received on the proposed technology of the plates showed that all processing stages of) dramatically improves the quality of the plates, namely, to increase their mechanical strength and water resistance, as well as to improve the performance of the production process plates, since the use of the invention provides the possibility of carrying out all processing stages with a single transport speed of plate motion.

The use of lines for the production of wood-based panels containing proposed camera allows, by providing increased strength and water resistance of the plates, completely exclude the nodes sizing and thereby significantly reduce the environmental pollution, as the bulk sizing substances gets into reverse and wastewater. At the same time, the use for surface treatment of the plates on the line of the proposed design of special machining fluids (e.g., tall oil products) allows for the complete elimination of traditional toxic binders (e.g., phenol-formaldehyde or urea-formaldehyde resins) to significantly increase the durability of the manufactured line of plates and increase their resistance. This completely eliminated the use of traditional energy-intensive and time-consuming in the service of the chambers of the heat treatment and conditioning that can dramatically with the Oia objectives of the invention (the required technical result) conducted tests in a production environment. Studies were performed on wood-fiber plates, manufactured on a production line shop fiberboard Maksatihinskom Dock (50% aspen, 50% birch) and shop fiberboard Podosinovskoe TIC (100% aspen). In the production of plates according to the invention in a fiber mass was not introduced any sizing additives, and in the production of plates by known methods prior to forming the carpet in mass was introduced on normal sizing composition consisting of phenol-formaldehyde resin and paraffin, and as a precipitator sizing composition used sulfuric acid solution.

Example 1 (prototype). As a sizing composition used a mixture of phenol formaldehyde resin (1 to 3% by weight.with. DVP), wax (1%) and precipitator sulfuric acid). Analysis of field test results showed that the use of the invention allows for the complete elimination of site sizing, and the exclusion of traditional toxic binders to significantly improve the quality characteristics of the plates, in particular, to improve the strength and water resistance.

In addition, the tests confirmed the possibility of using the invention to increase (up to 100%) share of high-quality boards by removing restrictions on performance on the stages of surface treatment, heat treatment and conditioning.

Chamber for heat treatment and conditioning can be used for wet and dry method of manufacturing wood-based panels, as well as the manufacture of other similar materials. In addition, the proposed camera can be used for drying and other heat treatment of sheet materials such as plywood or wood veneer.

Filler is treated in tight chamber in atmosphere of flue gases at 190-200°C for 50-60 minutes.
