The essence of the invention is a device consisting of a hopper 1 for powder mixtures with feeder ejector 2, mixing chamber 3, the spray head 4, consisting of an annular premix chamber 5 and the annular supersonic nozzle 6 and the supply of the working gas in raspisyvalsya head 4. The system 8 gas feed includes reducer, pressure gauge, check valve, heater, thermocouple (Fig.1 not shown) and the mixing chamber 3. In system 9 gas supply to feeders-ejectors 2 includes gear, check valve, shut-off valves (Fig.1 is not shown).

The proposed device for coating works as education is. spilivaya head 4 is installed so that the axis of the ring collector 5 and the nozzle 6 coincides with the axis of the rolled product. The unwinding speed (V) is equal to the speed of the car rolling mill.
