(57) Abstract:

Use: manufacture of soap. The essence: a piece of disposable soap is a composition of two layers of detergent, such as soap, and a layer of water insoluble solid material (media), such as cardboard, plastic film, Styrofoam, etc., placed between layers of detergent and bonded with them by means of adhesive or other binder. The thickness of the layers of detergent and carrier is 0.5 to 3.0 mm Small thickness of the layer of detergent allows you to use a bar of soap in one-off mode, a small overall dimensions and low weight make it possible to place a piece of disposable soap in a purse, briefcase, briefcase, school satchel and simply in your pocket. Known "Method wasteless use of soap" (patent application Germany N 25 28 298, priority 25.06.75, publ. 13.11.77), according to which in the manufacturing process inside a piece of soap, place a core of expanded polystyrene or other similar material. This method also allows the pieces of soap that has the property of buoyancy and washing some of which can be used completely without residue. However, the present is not able to produce enough thin-layer structure.

Closest to the claimed is "a Piece of soap with the core" (PCT N 91/18083, priority 16.05.90, publ. 28.11.91), in which the Central part of soap, inconvenient to use (the remnant), is replaced by a core made of a different material than the detergent, and having an internal cavity, the outer part of the core is strongly connected with detergent. This design, as discussed earlier, cannot be used in single mode.

The invention is directed to solving the problems of manufacturing waste-free detergents, in particular soap, suitable for a single use as a means of personal hygiene. The proposed construction of soap is very useful when used in situations where the usual pieces of soap are unavailable, inaccessible, or their use is hampered by the low quality or other reasons. For example, in any means of transport, in hospitals, public toilets, etc.

The essence of the proposed device is that the soap is a composition of two layers of detergent (MS), for example soap, and a layer of water insoluble solid material (media),amewu adhesive or other binder. The thickness of the layer MS and the media may vary from 0.05 to 3.0 mm, depending on the source material.

The described construction has the following advantages. The small layer thickness MS allows you to use a bar of soap in one-off mode, a small overall dimensions and low weight of this design make it easy to place the soap in a purse, briefcase, briefcase, school satchel and simply in your pocket. The presence of a layer of the medium between the layers MS allows you to use the soap entirely without waste. In addition, the use of a piece of disposable soap avoids the usual unpleasant effect of excessive moisture.

The proposed device can be implemented in several ways, depending on the properties of the materials used and the specific situation in which it is applied, which allows to vary the shape of the packaging.

Example 1. The soap is made in the form of a bar, which as the carrier used a piece of cardboard having a thickness of 2-3 mm and a size of 30-50 mm, the thickness of the MS is also 2-3 mm (Fig.1).

Example 2. The soap is made in the form of a square cloth with the size of the side of 100-200 mm and a thickness of MS 0,05-0,5 mmohut to be packaged in a perforated roll.

Example 3. The soap is made in the form of sticks (Fig.4) or tubes (Fig. 5), in which as the carrier used Styrofoam or similar porous polymer (Fig.3).

A piece of soap, mainly for disposable, consisting of interconnected layers of detergent and an intermediate layer of water-insoluble solid material, wherein the layers of detergent and water-insoluble solid material is performed so that the thickness of each of them is 0.5 to 3.0 mm, and as a water-insoluble solid material used cardboard, or plastic film, or a porous polymer material.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides disposable cleansing article including water-soluble carrier, on which surfactant no.1 is disposed in the form of distinct point-profiled members monolithically linked to carrier and containing differently-shaped bulky cleansing particles monolithically linked to carrier and to each other by means of binder. The latter is water-soluble surfactant no.2 whose dissolution rate in water is below than that of surfactant no.1, while bulky cleansing particles are made from water-soluble material with lower dissolution rate than that of carrier. Cleansing article is bulky and porous with open-cell structure.

EFFECT: improved convenience of use, hygienic properties, washing velocity, and water solubility allowing rapid disposal and reduced environmental pollution.

FIELD: soap boiling industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes soap that comprises a whitening substance, "Antal P-2", ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid di- or tetrasodium salts, cosmetic cream with wheat embryos oil, perfume principles and soap chips. As perfuming principles the following perfume principles are used: "Moloko i med" ("Milk and honey") or "Tsvetok lotosa i vitamin E" ("Lotus flower and vitamin E"), or "Apelsin i myata" ("Orange and mint") wherein components are taken in the definite ratio. Invention provides enhancing stability of odor during storage, reducing dissolving rate and swelling of soap in its using.

EFFECT: improved properties of toilet soap.

SUBSTANCE: means for fermentative cleaning of textile fabrics contains microorganisms of species Penicillium pinophilum or of species Trametes versicolor, able to produce enzymes, useful in said cleaning method. Said means is made in form of sachet, permeable for said enzymes, but impermeable for said organisms. In addition claimed is fermentative method of textile fabric cleaning, according to which soiled fabrics are soaked in water in presence of claimed means.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of fabric cleaning and more convenient for user cleaning method.

EFFECT: product possesses good compatibility perfume and a washing cleanser, economic to use, and easy to manufacture.

EFFECT: good solubility in cold water with aging, water-resistance to an impact of wet hands and mechanical properties.
