In addition, the content of the aluminum phosphate and molybdate zinc in the composition of the primer improves the adhesion properties of coatings, resistance to the action of fluid ngj-4, flagston what is the results of electrochemical testing of coatings. In table. 3 shows the results of measurement of electrode potential in solutions of NaCl aluminum alloy coated with a coating composed of the inventive primer and acrylic enamel, and with the same coating with a primer containing only strontium chronologicly.

More positive (or less negative) value of the electrode potential of the aluminum alloy with application of the coating corresponds to more intensive electrochemical corrosion action of the inventive primer.

In addition to aluminum alloy introduction in the inventive primer phosphate of aluminum and zinc molybdate provides anti-corrosion effect of the inventive primers and compared to steel.

Improved properties of the inventive primer, in comparison with the prototype, facilitates the introduction of the primer acrylic modifier and the use of the curing agent based on silicone amines:

acrylic modifier improves the adhesion properties of the primer,

the hardener of AGM-9 improves coating adhesion, resistance to fluid ngj-4 and the protective properties of the coatings.

The addition of filler Aerosil in the composition of the primer prevents settling of pigments in a lengthy henryanum individual components indicates the total effect of the inventive primer depends on the concentration of each component in the inventive primer composition.

The reduction of the phosphate content of aluminum and zinc molybdate below the limit value (example No. 5), the reduction in the content of the acrylic modifier and curing agent of AGM-9 lower limit and an increase in titanium dioxide above the limit (sample No. 6) leads to a decrease of the adhesion properties of the coatings resistance when tested coating systems in a humid chamber and reduce the corrosion action of coatings when tested in a salt fog chamber.

The stability of the coating to the action of hydraulic fluid ngj-4 decreases the molybdate zinc below the limit in the primer (sample No. 5), the reduction of the hardener ratio is below the limit (sample No. 6) and the increase above the limit of the content of the acrylic modifier (example # 7).

Technological properties of the primer coating, even when extremely high content of zinc molybdate (sample No. 8) by the formation of a dense, difficult to stir sediment during storage of epoxy semi-finished product. Beyond low content of aerosol in the primer also affects technologically the Cai (example No. 7), and prohibitively high reduces adhesion (sample No. 6).

The inventive anti-corrosive, does not contain chromates primer, thus, meets the requirement of less toxic paints and, at the same time, when it is increased coating adhesion, resistance to oil and corrosion protective action of the coating.

The inventive primer grayish-white (almost white) color, resulting in easier application of further layers of coating enamels bright colors (white, light gray, and others), reducing the thickness of the coating and, accordingly, the gain from coverage.

Primer cold drying, suitable for painting large-size products.

The primer is intended for corrosion protection of aluminum alloys and steels under acrylic, Acrylonitrile, urethane and epoxy coatings enamels.
