This technical result is achieved in that the device for loading bulk materials mainly in cars, located on the railway track containing hopper and support frame on which is mounted a chain bucket conveyor, the said hopper is located under the rails in the loading area, and one of the walls of the latter are made vertical, and the other three sloping, with the specified bucket conveyor is installed along one of the inclined walls and adjacent to the vertical wall of the hopper, the bottom of which is mounted drainage and heating systems, and in the upper part of the conveyor is fixed chute for feeding bulk materials in cars.
