SUBSTANCE: working member of loading machine includes fixed chute (1) and installed in it on frame (2) reciprocating from hydraulic cylinder (3) interconnected actuating elements (4) in the form rolls. SUBSTANCE: bulk material reloading from railway hopper cars includes use of load-transfer device.
