The obtained dry extract of beet and cabbage is a powder, light, slightly lumpy, purple color with a moisture content of 4 wt. Radioprotective activity of dry extract and natural juices of the plants was assessed by a 30-day survival of animals and life expectancy (ALE).

In the I-th group survived 16 (80%).

In the control groups survived for 8 animals in each (40%).

From the above data we can conclude that the dry extract of the plant more efficient in 2 times in comparison with the control.

Example 10.

Example 11.

Animals were divided into 2 groups of 20 animals each.

Example 12.
