The inventive disk brake includes a movable bracket, brake suspension with two brackets, two brake pads, a movable bracket in the form of a fist, brake disk, spring. Each brake pad has a cover plate of the bracket and mounted for sliding along the axis of the suspension brackets. Moving yoke equipped with a hydraulic drive, a plate covering on the outside of the disk, a spring which presses the sliding bracket to the brake hanger. Plate movable clamp formed by two protrusions located above the bearing elements brake pads. On a movable bracket made two grooves, each of which is made with two flat supporting surfaces. Brake pad for disc brakes includes cover plate suspension. Bearing elements brake pads each made with one fixing protrusion. The invention relates to a disk brake and brake pads for disc brakes.

The technical result of the claimed disc brakes is to increase its efficiency through the use of movable clamps the maximum width of the hull.

To achieve a technical effect also from the side member on said movable bracket in the installation position of the brake bearing elements brake pads each made with one locking protrusion located in the direction of the connecting line, smaller than the size of all structural members resting on the brake hanger, and each locking tab is formed by the party which is at right angles to the plane of the plate of the bracket and parallel to the connecting line, and the locking tabs each with one side surface which is located on the inner or outer side with respect to the center of the mentioned brake pads and which is at right angles to the front side.

Two ways of carrying out the invention are described in more detail with the aid of the attached drawing.

The figure 1 shows a partially cut disc brakes with movable bracket with the grooves. The first variant embodiment of the invention depicted in the left half, and the second on the right.

Brake suspension 1 has two arms 2, 3 suspension with guide surfaces which move in the axial direction of the brake pad 4 that extends in the axial direction, which are not shown in the drawing, or, in other words, at right angles to the plane of the paper. Brake pads 4 are equipped with speakers on the sides of the bearing elements 5, 6 of the cover plate of the suspension, which represents a lot of hard pondosa brake suspension 1 and through which the brake pads 4 are supported on the brackets 2, 3 suspension in a direction from the periphery of the brake disc and in a radical direction, despite the fact that they go gliding in the axial direction, referred to the thrust surface of the bearing elements 5, 6, arranged and cooperating with the arms 2, 3 of the suspension so that when there is a higher brake forces of the contact force of the friction in the brake pad 4, is transmitted to both of the brackets 2, 3 suspension. For a more precise definition, each bearing element 5, 6 is equipped with one external and one internal hard surface, when viewed from the center of the brake pads towards the periphery of the brake disk, external hard surface is the outside radius and the inner radius to the inside circumference of the brake disc. In the case of higher forces brake contact, external thrust surface of the bearing member located on the input side of the disk abuts the bracket brake suspension, located on the input side of the disc. With this design bearing element on the output side disk undergoes compressive stress, and a supporting member on the output side of the disk is exposed to tensile stresses (the principle of "push-pull"). The movable bracket 7, is equipped with hydraulic analena in the axial direction with the sliding of the brake hanger 1 by means of the fingers, not shown in the drawing, and draws its outer side, which is located in the axial direction, the retaining projections 8, 9 load-bearing elements 5,6, to which it is fed in the radial direction by a spring 10. The movable bracket is formed by a plate 11, the protrusions 12, 13 which extend towards the periphery of the brake disk for the bearing elements 5, 6 of the brake pads 4 and which enhances the said plate 11. Side locking projections 8,9 mentioned projections 12, 13 are equipped with grooves 14, 15, running in the axial direction, in which the locking protrusions 8, 9. Grooves 14, 15 are equipped each with two machined flat bearing surfaces 16, 17 and 18, 19, which are located at right angles to each other. The first surface 16, 18 abuts against the corresponding front side 20, 21, related to the fixing projections 8, 9, as a result, the movable bracket is held in a radical direction. For leaning towards the periphery are provided, respectively, the second bearing surface 17, 19, which is at right angles to the first support surface 16, 18 and which rests against a respective one of the side surfaces 22, 23, relating to the fixing projections 8, 9. the other there is no probability of withdrawal or clamping of the movable bracket. In the first embodiment of the invention, depicted in the left part of the figure, the groove 14 is open on the side outward, or, in other words, to the left side of the drawing, for ease of manufacture. Groove, not shown in the drawing, located on the first side in the first embodiment of the invention, the open side out, or, in other words, to the right. In the second embodiment of the invention, which is depicted on the right side of the figure, the groove 15 is open at the side to the inside, or, in other words, to the left side of the drawing. Groove, not shown in the drawing and located on the left side in the second embodiment of the invention, the open side inwards, or in other words, to the right. Brake under item 1, characterized in that the two grooves of the movable bracket, located in the axial direction, are made each with two machined flat bearing surfaces, with the first bearing surface parallel to a connecting line which is at right angles to both grooves with the formation of the base of the groove, the second bearing surface is at right angles to the connecting line with the formation of the inner or outer wall of the groove in the tangential direction, brake pad, serving the greater, than the depth of the grooves, and placed them in contact with their proximal grooves surfaces with the first support surfaces of the grooves, and contact with the paired side surfaces of the bearing elements with opposite attitudes towards the second support surfaces.

3. Brake under item 1, characterized in that the two grooves of the movable bracket, located in the axial direction, open inward or outward, and without supporting surfaces they are made with one located respectively inside or outside in the tangential direction of the side surface.

SUBSTANCE: proposed disk brake comprises caliper, holder secured to vehicle, friction appliances arranged on both sides of disk brake, detachable unit to secure friction appliances, and spring secured to friction appliance to joint first and second wings of caliper. Said caliper has extending part to embrace disk brake on both sides and is furnished with hydraulic cylinder with piston. Note here that caliper is arranged to move on the holder, while disk brake can rotate between said extending part and caliper piston. Holder represents a half passing on only one side of disk brake plane, while guide pins are arranged above disk brake perpendicular to its plane. SUBSTANCE: annular disc brake includes a rotating disc and at least one disc shoe installed on each side of the rotating disc. Brake shoe or shoes on one side are connected to an axially guided load-carrying element of the brake shoe. The brake has a force transfer mechanism creating enhancement of increase in force between the axially driven element and load-carrying element. The method for increasing gripping force of brake shoe in annular disc brake consists in the fact that the first force is generated synchronously with the brake drive; at that, the first force has the direction that is parallel to rotation axis of the rotating disc. Also, rotating torque is generated using the first force; at that, rotating torque has the rotation centre that coincides with rotation axis of the rotating disc. Besides, the second force is generated using rotating torque; at that, the second force has the direction that is essentially identical to the direction of the first force and is higher than the first force. The second force is used for gripping of brake shoes on opposite sides of the rotating disc.

EFFECT: increasing brake compactness and providing uniform distribution of braking force in a circumferential direction of the rotating disc.

The disc brake comprises a floating clamp, a brake piston driven by a motion converter cartridge, the rear part of the latter being thrust against the bottom of a seat made in the said clamp for the cartridge and including a control shaft extending through the seat bottom. The front part of the cartridge rests against the brake piston. The named part of the cartridge includes a pusher fitted with a disk interacting with a control shaft disk by means of balls located between disks with a possibility of rolling along the paths designed as inclined surfaces for the conversion of the rotary motion of one disk with reference to another into the translational movement of the pusher. The cartridge is locked in its seat by a yoke resiliently pressed against the seat wall. The pusher disk has longitudinal grooves interacting with lock cores and thus holding the pusher from rollover with ensuring freedom of its translational movement.

EFFECT: simplification of fabrication of the brake bracket due to minimising of the quantity of parts of the movement conversion cartridge is achieved.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of railway transport, namely to disc brake mechanisms used in railway rolling stock. Brake block consists of frame and friction element that is monolithically connected to it. There are mounting lugs installed on back side of frame. Friction element consists of 1-4 inserts. Inserts are arranged as integral or composite. Integral inserts are installed in frame chambers and are arranged in the form of truncated pyramids with base in the form of trapezoid or polygon that are inverted with their lower base to working surface of brake block, with inclination of side walls of α=10°-15°, with provision of "dovetail" joint to frame chambers. Composite inserts are made of parts, parts are installed in cells of frame chambers and are arranged in the form of truncated pyramids or cones inverted with their smaller base to working surface of brake block with inclination of side walls of α=10°-15°, with provision of "dovetail" joint to cells of frame chambers. Frame material additionally covers internal side walls of integral inserts or internal side walls of composite insert parts. There are windows provided in external side walls of frame, at least on two sides opposite to every insert, and inserts have protrusions that correspond to windows. There are heat resistant elastic damper bushings placed in mounting lugs.

EFFECT: increased heat resistance of block, operational durability, reliability and mechanical strength.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to disk brakes. Proposed disk brake consists of brake caliper and brake throw-in mechanism. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to friction bake shoe linings of disk brakes. Proposed device comprises moulding material attached to load bearing plate with opposite surfaces, one or several out-of-round extrusion orifices arranged over the plate depth, and ledges or any other fixed mounting ledge. Aforesaid moulding material is arranged above aforesaid opposite surfaces after extruding through aforesaid extrusion orifices to produce a homogeneous structure. In this structure moulding material on one side of load bearing plate acts as friction material of the lining, and, on the other side, it acts as a noise-reducing element. The number, shape and arrangement of extrusion orifices may vary to vary noise-reducing properties of the block, thus, reducing risks of brake system components locking.

EFFECT: improved noise-reducing properties.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this invention, method proposes producing two brake blocks from a plate. The latter comprises fist layer of friction material and second layer for bearing plate of brake block. First layer covers completely second layer. Part of friction material layer is removed the plate to comply with peripheral shape of every brake block so that there is no liner friction layer on a part of material layer of bearing plate. Plate is cut to comply with bearing plate shape.

EFFECT: lower labor input, no necessity in warehousing.

Said shoe has wearing section interacting with friction pair. Brake shoe geometry allows wear centre, in the case of skew wear, to displace so that torque counteracting said skew wear originates. Multiple polygonal brake shoes may swing about their holders in all directions. Cross section of wearing section narrows toward pair of friction in whatever plate perpendicular thereto.

SUBSTANCE: proposed brake comprises housing and actuator assembly. Housing comprises pad with pad arm. Actuator assembly comprises actuator and element with brake block arranged to translate along motion axis. Said block is fitted on said element to move on support with pressure spring. Pressure spring serves to generate pressure force FR between brake block and surface of fit in housing pad. Pressure spring fit surface is located antiparallel with motion axis. Note here that angle α between fit surface and motion axis exceeds 0°.

EFFECT: better ventilation of brake blocks.
