(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to the field of construction machinery, in particular to plumbing works. The purpose of the invention is the provision of tapping new water pipeline with a diameter of 50 mm and above in appropriate valid without the use of manual power or pneumocele and ensure complete reliability guarantees tie against leakage during operation. The invention consists in that the device for tapping water in the current without disconnecting it from the network and draining of water contains two socket, the bottom 2 of which is welded to the existing water supply and equipped with a shut-off valve and cutting tool in the form of a drill bit 13, coupled with a drive for drilling rotating spindle 12, passing through the packing 11. The pipe is welded to the existing water supply system, secures the block valve 4, the diameters of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the tapped water, to which through the adapter 5 is attached worm gear 6 with the actuator for rotation of the cutting tool and the screw 8 to effect the feed of the tool during the cutting process, and is used combining drill protrudes above the surface of the teeth of the ring drill 10-20 mm, providing a safe direction, with the exception of vibration and cooling water ring drill bit during the cutting process. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 2 Il.

The closest in technical essence to the declared object is a device, consisting of pipes, connected by flanges, and one socket is welded to the existing water supply system, and then through these nozzles, the upper of which is equipped with a sealing gland, passes the spindle with fixed therein by the drill bit, whereby manually, using electro - or pneumogram in the existing water supply hole for water drainage in the newly embedded water without disconnecting the current from the mains and drain from water [2]

The disadvantages of the known device should include the fact that using a handheld electric or pneumocele in accordance with their technical specifications and leakage of water during operation of water supply, because of the inevitable corrosion and vibration weakens or fails the rope holding the shut-off valve device, which will cause water leakage into place tie.

The aim of the invention is the provision of tapping new water pipeline with a diameter of 50 mm and above in appropriate valid without the use of manual power or pneumocele and ensure complete reliability guarantees tie against leakage during operation.

This objective is achieved in that in the known device, consisting of the lower pipe, welded to the existing water line, the upper pipe with Salnikov seal, fastened together by means of existing flanges, drill spindle passing through the specified gland seal, instead of the upper pipe is attached block valve, orifice diameter which is selected in accordance with the diameter of the tapped water, through which the adapter is attached worm gear with a drive for rotation of the cutting tool and, in addition, equipped with a screw feed of the tool during the cutting process. Then the assembled device by virtue of their adapter 5 is attached to the flange of the valve 4, and is ready for use. Turns on the actuator 7, the transmitting rotation through the gear 6 of the spindle 12 and fixed on the drill 13 and 14, and feed them when drilling is carried out by manually rotating the screw feeder 8 using a standard spanner of the appropriate size socket on the upper end of the screw feeder 8. Along manifold lines (1) combustible gas hydrogen or natural gas used for domestic purposes is supplied. Water is received upstream distributing lines (5) by burning of combustible gas with further cooling of produced gases, also in local centralised heating points (2), serving for heating of premises (6), and condensation of produced water vapours upstream distributing lines (5) of a water supply network. In case of necessity condensed water is sent via systems or filters of treatment arranged in these local points or in premises of water reception.

EFFECT: improvement of efficient determination of parameters of reliability and regular supply of water supply and water discharge networks.
