On the frame 1 mounted for rotation four pairs of rollers: advanced flexible 2-3, two pairs of rollers final flexible 4-5, 6-7 and 8-9 for pressing and pressing seam weld in a tubular profile.

The device operates as follows.

FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture of thin-wall tubes with folded seam.

SUBSTANCE: at first transitions flanged portions are bent beginning from imparting to flanged portions of folded seam final curvilinear shape of ready tube. It allows form complex butt of folded seam without after-shaping of flanged portions in range of bending angle 80 - 100°. Remaining portions of complex butt of folded seam are shaped till their final shape. Other butt of folded seam is shaped while keeping equal height of butt walls and bending portion of round part of tube near butt along radius of ready tube. At further transitions flanged portions near edges of angles are after-shaped in order to provide joining of butts of folded seam. Portions of round part of tube are bent by lowering radius and simultaneously portions adjoined to portions of folded seam are bent by ready tube radius. Then stages of coupling and seaming are realized by means of rotating roller tool without final after-shaping of portions of folded seam adjoined to round part of tube.

EFFECT: improved quality of outer surface of tube with inner folded seam due to providing round-cylinder outer configuration of tube in zone of folded joint, possibility for easily detaching tool at readjustment for other type of shape.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clamping device to be used for jointing structural elements together. Proposed device comprises first part to receive first structural element, second part to receive second structural element and clamping structure to fix said structural elements relative to each other. Parts receiving structural elements in jointing position, clamping structure passes from outer side of first receiving part to outer side of second receiving part directed outward from aforesaid first receiving part. Clamping grips outer edge of appropriate receiving part. Note here that proposed device is located on robot that has incorporate several hinged and hinge elements that, in pairs, form hinges. One of aforesaid structural element receiving parts is rigidly jointed with one hinge element, while clamping structure is rigidly jointed with another hinge element of robot hand.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of precipitation electrodes for electric filters used in cleaning gases electrically by dust. Precipitation electrode elements are produced by forming tape in rolls of profile-iron bending machine and cutting preset length tape section from rolled tape. Profile of edges of said elements features deflection of bent element from element axis. Said bent element has start and end. Relation of deflection of bent element edge from element axis varies from 0.5 to 1.45. Obtained elements are assembled into precipitation electrode.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of electrode, hence, filter efficiency.
