The present invention relates to the field of pulp and paper industry and can be used in the production of laminated paper and paperboard, weighing 70-250 g/m2mainly packaging paper and cardboard, in particular cardboard for flat layers of containerboard and base paper for corrugation.

One of the most common in the pulp and paper industry problems is the low retention components paper pulp on a grid-style paper and Board machine (BM and BM). Low retention of fibers and type of chemicals leads to an increase in the content of fine fibers, colloidal and dissolved solids in the circulating water and sewage, which, in turn, leads to p is looking to increase the degree of retention of its components and the improvement of dehydration being formed of a cloth on a grid-style paper - and cardboard equipment by introducing into the suspension of fibrous semi-finished product effective polymeric flocculants of polyethylenimine, polyamidoamine, polyacrylamide and polyethylene oxide [1]

However, currently, due to the necessary reduction of fresh water consumption to improve the overall environmental situation, there are significant qualitative and quantitative changes in the composition of soluble and colloidal substances contained in the resulting paper pulp. These changes adversely affect the flocculation ability of these effective supplements and require a significant increase in their costs, which in turn leads to environmental problems, as well as to the deterioration of the complex final properties of paper and paperboard produced from the obtained paper stuff.

The closest analogue of the present invention to the technical essence and the achieved technical result is the way to obtain paper pulp, comprising introducing into the suspension of fibrous semi-finished product consistently aqueous solution of anionic polyelectrolyte condensation products of formaldehyde and naphthalene-sulfonic acids, a sizing agent, a coagulant and an aqueous solution of polyethylene oxide (PEO) with molecular weight (3,5-7,0)106when the flow PEO 0,01-0,07% of the mass of absolutely dry fibrous semi-finished product [2] the pulp (groundwood or tmp) and 25 wt. sulfite bleached or unbleached pulp.

This method is effective only in the production of such securities, in particular newsprint that do not meet the strict requirements for the achievement of indicators such as high levels of sizing and physico-mechanical properties, and ineffective for use in the composition of paper of a wide range of fibrous semi-finished products on the basis of cellulose and hemicellulose.

In addition, this method is technologically difficult because of the need for additional stages of the introduction of the anionic polyelectrolyte and keeping the masses at this stage, and not enough is eco-friendly due to the use of toxic chemicals, in particular formaldehydefree anionic polyelectrolyte.

As the fibrous semi-finished product, preferably a mixture of 40-60 wt. unbleached sulphate pulp and 40-60 wt. neutral sulfite semichemical pulp.

These properties have a better performance than in the preliminary introduction to the suspension of fibrous semi-finished product additional agent toxic anionic polyelectrolyte condensation products of formaldehyde with naphthalenesulfonate that took place in the manner of the prototype.

As a sizing agent can be used widely used in paper manufacture various rosin adhesives (based on different species is E. in practice, paper and cardboard manufacturing aluminium sulphate (alumina), alumina-potassium or aluminum ammonium alum, sodium aluminate, alumaguard etc.

Preparation of paper pulp is carried out by sequential introduction of the suspension of fibrous material with a content of water-soluble Candida 6-18 mg/l sizing agent, coagulant and polyethylene oxide with maintaining weight after each stage of introduction.

If necessary, can be put special additives, such as dyes, bactericides, etc., in the quantities chosen depending on the desired specific properties of the finished product.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples of its implementation.

Example 1. In the milled suspension of fibrous material containing 50 wt. unbleached sulphate pulp and 50 wt. neutralino sulfite semichemical pulp, the content in 6-18 mg/l water-soluble Candida sequentially injected under stirring rosin size, in the amount of 1.5% in terms of dry substance by weight.with.in. an aqueous solution of the coagulant in the amount of 1.5% in terms of dry substance by weight.with.in. and an aqueous solution of polyethylene oxide in an amount of 0.01-0.04% in terms of dry substance by weight.with.in. Example 2. Pulp is prepared analogously to example 1, but as a source of fibrous semi-finished product, a mixture of 75 wt. groundwood pulp and 25 wt. sulphite unbleached pulp. Physico-mechanical properties of paper and paperboard correspond to GOST standards.

In addition, the proposed method allows to simplify the technological process, to improve the ecological conditions of production by eliminating toxic formaldehydefree polyelectrolyte, as well as to reduce the consumption of polyethylene oxide and to expand the range of securities that are produced from the received on the proposed method of paper pulp.
