The use of agriculture in the field of crop production in buildings protected ground and can be used to heat the soil and plants in the greenhouse. The aim of the invention is the reduction of energy consumption for heating plants and ensuring the optimal temperature conditions of their cultivation.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the heating device of the soil and plants in the greenhouse, unlike the prototype, the filling of the storage elements are made from a substance, the temperature of the phase transition from solid to liquid is in the range from 15oC to 25oC.

In addition, accumulating elements are equipped with heaters located inside the shells on their sides for contact with the soil. Energy saving is obtained mainly due to the night time use of the heat of solar radiation accumulated during the day.

In addition, the heating device of the proposed design improves the yield of the crop by providing favorable temperature conditions in the rooting zone of the soil by preventing overcooling of the roots of the plants at night and overheating during the day.
