The invention relates to water-soluble polyalkyleneglycol, polyaminoamide containing in its structure epoxypropyl, galogenirovannyie groups used as reagents for the cationization of starch used for the processes of flocculation and hardening of paper in the pulp and paper industry.

Known for containing galogenirovannyie group products the conversion of ammonia, mono - or polyamines with epichlorohydrin.

In (1) describes the reaction products of epichlorohydrin and water-soluble basic polyamidoamine derived from saturated or unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acids (C4-10or derivatives thereof with polyamines having primary and secondary amino groups.

In (2) describes the interaction products of mono - or polyamines with epichlorohydrin treated consistently inorganic alkali and halogen-free acid.

A Naib of polyaminoamide, synthesized from N-bis-aminopropylene and saturated bicarbonate acids and their derivatives (3).

The disadvantage of these compounds is necessary to pre-polymeric matrices polyaminoamide. In addition, they have a high toxicity to living organisms.

The aim of the invention is the synthesis of low reagent simplified method for cationization of starch.

This goal is achieved by the fact that as polyamine for condensation with epichlorohydrin used polyhexamethylene guanidine (phmg). Pre pgmg (TU 10-09-41-90) is transferred to the main form of an alcoholic solution of alkali. After removal of the formed mineral salts in the polymer solution injected epichlorohydrin. The process is performed at a molar ratio of reactants is 1: 1 for 6 h at 50-55oC. isolation and fractionation of the resulting polymeranalogous products of interaction pgmg and epichlorohydrin carry out a fractional precipitation with acetone. Further purification of the target product are carried out by extraction with organic solvents and vacuum. The main fraction, polymeranalogic with a degree of substitution of 1, a colorless hygroscopic powder is LASS="ptx2">

6,9 g (0,605 mol) pgmg hydrochloride are dissolved in 100 ml of 0.5 n alcoholic solution of alkali at 45-50oC. the NaCl Formed was removed by filtration. To the filtrate add 4,63 g (0.05 mol) of epichlorohydrin. The reaction mass is stirred at 50-55oC for 6 hours Polymeranalogic with a degree of substitution of 1 allocate fractional precipitation with acetone. The precipitate was washed with ether to remove low molecular weight organic compounds, and dried in vacuum.

Example 2. Obtaining cationic starch.

10 g (0,062 mol) of potato starch is heated with stirring to 240 ml of water to a temperature of gelatinization 80oC. After cooling to 30-40oC paste enter 0.5 g (0,0021 mol) of reagent poly - N-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium dissolved in 10 ml of water and acidified with sulfuric acid to neutral pH. Modification of starch is carried out at 60-70oC for 2 h with vigorous stirring of the reaction mass. These cationic starch with a degree in samewe the Calculated N 0,99.

Example 3. The test of cationic starch as a binder in the formation of a sheet of paper.

30.0 g of a mixture of sulphite bleached pulp from coniferous and deciduous wood and bleached Kraft pulp of hardwood timber in the ratio of 7: 1 milled on a laboratory mill to a degree of grinding 40oSHR when the concentration of the fiber 30 g/L. the resulting suspension is diluted with water to 20 g/l and injected sequentially 15 ml rosin glue (concentration 20 g/l), 60 ml of kaolin suspension (concentration 100 g/l), 9 ml of a solution of aluminium sulphate (concentration 100 g/l). After stirring for pulp, diluted with water to a concentration of 5 g/l, administered 30 ml binding (concentration 10 g/l). As a binder used unmodified potato starch and cationic starch (QC), obtained using reagent poly-N-2 hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium as described in example 2. Of the cooked mass to laboratory listonline the apparatus is formed into patterns of paper. Physico-mechanical characteristics of the paper was determined by standard techniques at a relative humidity of 65% at a temperature of 2oC.

The results Ipatovo starch, increasing the strength of paper by 13.4% (increase in breaking length), 21.3 per cent (an increase of resistance to punching shear), 75.7 percent (an increase in resistance to fracture). This increases the efficiency of the sizing of paper pulp (decreased absorption) and decreases the concentration of subgrid water from 104 to 60 mg/L.

The inventive reagent used to produce the cationic starch used in the pulp and paper industry for intensification of processes of dehydration paper weight and improvement of physico-mechanical properties of paper. Modified polymeric reagent starch has a high affinity for cellulose fibers in contrast to the above products. With the introduction of such starch in the pulp, the formation of additional bonds between the fibers by polymer bridges", which leads to a considerable increase in the strength of the paper. In this case, a more uniform structure of the paper web, having a correspondingly more uniform properties.
